    Hi @O2 can you confirm if you are having issues with iPhone users SIMs please. Called customer service who have told me that you are but not seen anything reported online. My SIM in my iPhone 12 Pro Max lost service 2 hours ago and is now showing as Not Provisioned. Thanks. J 💙

    @p_dundas @DixonsCarphone @BBCWatchdog @CPWTweets @O2 were still waiting for £160 they have owed us since November , as part of a "trade in" deal , on the phone every other day getting nowhere, they admitted they owe us but the refund never gets done , their customer service is horrendous #carphonewarehouse @CPWTweets

    @O2 Honestly it’s the worst ever. I’m constantly having to use my wifi also the phone call quality is terrible phone calls cut off and I’m giving you over £50 a month. It’s that bad I’m thinking about paying it off early and going to EE and I proper can’t be arsed with Kevin bacon

    @O2 Case CIT-A387037 I am requesting this is escalated to a formal complaint and managerial review. While roaming in the EU I experienced a complete loss of mobile data service. There was a failure of service and of support handling resulting in significant inconvenience and concern.

    @O2 doesn’t take customer complaints seriously. Reported potential data breach and fraudulent case multiple times. If there is no meaningful resolution in the next five days I have to formally report it to the @Ofcom.

    @O2 I am in Zone 2, my Bolt-on is bought but not working. Please check for and remove all roaming bars on my account if needed… or look to see if there’s another issue. The bolt on was purchased 36 hours ago!
