    @O2 My phone has not had any internet access, it goes off on me, my messages don't send and its deletes. I spend a lot of money to your company and the service I am getting is disgusting. I am definitely changing networks. Not happy at all 😟

    Fast forward to this morning. I realised what was wrong and called our doctors. I got an apt but they said someone would need to see him. I rung #111 who to be fair had a nurse ringing back really quickly. BUT apparently there was a problem with @o2 and @tescomobile use o2 masts.

    @AlStewartOBE @O2 Getting through to any company these days is a joke. Recorded messages about how busy they are and that they’re working from home still doesn’t help. I don’t call any more I email the ceo.
