I’m constantly having to use my wifi also the phone call quality is terrible phone calls cut off and I’m giving you over £50 a month. I can't call your helpline. Do you have a live chat? I have tried taking my sim out and putting it back in and restarting my phone. All my bills are up to date.

Alex scott (@Alexscott066) reported@O2 Tried manually to select 3 different networks, all gave same response of "your Sim won't allow you to connect to this network". My phone, on a similar tariff , has had no problems. The same thing happened on a trip to Oz last year. Turned out the 'system' had put a 'block' on.
