    @O2 My phone has not had any internet access 2day, it goes off on me, my messages don't send n its deletes, not receiving. I spend a lot of money to your company and the service I'm getting is disgusting. I am definitely changing networks. Not happy at all 😟

    @O2 Wow the chat team are not very helpful. Told me I would need to call 202 before 9 to cancel and re-order. Yeah closed at 8. More training required I feel.

    @O2 after many years on the 3 network Moves to O2 in January on £31/mnth deal. 3months in, I get email telling me that my monthly bills going up to £35 for the remaining 21months (unless it goes up again next year!). An additional £84. This is just not right!
