    Hi @O2 can you confirm if you are having issues with iPhone users SIMs please. Called customer service who have told me that you are but not seen anything reported online. My SIM in my iPhone 12 Pro Max lost service 2 hours ago and is now showing as Not Provisioned. Thanks. J 💙

    Hmm my @O2 #O2 #O2UK contract is ending next month but as much as I LOVE them as a network and brand they can not and doubt will ever match @EE #EE in my area for speeds and coverage so yeah bit of a dilemma here. Stay with O2 or move to EE I don’t know what to do tbh?!?! 📱🤔

    @O2 are awful 😡 so they say with work being carried out it may affect things BUT I cant phone anyone, I cant even send a text to anyone all day this has been it's a disgrace. I run a p/t online business how the hell am I meant to do that!! 😡😡

    @O2 Formal complaint - Business account . All 3 numbers failed simultaneously - no data, calls or texts. Left stranded, couldn't get an Uber or check bank accounts.     @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE If you think Dulwich is bad, try Brighton and Hove. The entire hilly city has draconian parking restrictions that mostly operate 9am to 8pm seven days a week. The only way to park is with a phone app and then you find there's no mobile coverage.
