Over an hour cut off 5 times from @O2 I know you’re operating a reduced contact centre but this is such a bad customer experience with poor options on your IVR system that result in the female robot saying “thanks for calling O2 goodbye” without even getting any help or an agent

@MartinSLewis @o2 Martin been asking O2 questions regarding dormant policy on contracts after they’d been taking 7 years worth off a pensioner and only came to attention on his death. They say 12 months back pay, now not after the money just want change to this activity, any help

@O2 Is there not a telephone number that you can simply speak to a human ? We have a weird letter from 02 claiming outstanding bill. Years after its never been used. So long ago we have no record of number and thus cannot get anywhere ringing with voice automation.

@O2 where so ever we go O2 service never work fine weather is West Midlands or Cotswold it’s 5g network all over the world and you guys can’t give 3g or according to my experience it’s 2g I think I should change my service provider and I suggest to my friends and family too.
