    Mad how due to an issue with @bt_uk I’ve had to use my @O2 data to do my work. Which was great, 15GB lasted me from Monday till yesterday. Now I added an extra 8GB yesterday to see me through and half has been used in 24 hours and I’ve not even done uploads/downloads!! #*****

    @O2 Gave up and have gone elsewhere will also be moving my company and all personal accounts from @O2 I have never been messed about so much when trying to give a company my business... absolutely utter madness how poor your customer service is..!

    @O2 @EnglandRugby I want to put in a complaint about the network coverage the last month and especially the last few days in my area. Bt783la. The amount of money i pay monthly for two simcards for the last 20 years is ridiculous especially when i cant send and receive messages of any kind.
