    @O2 I was close to cancelling all my o2 contracts due to poor online service. But I spoke with and was helped by Ava Church St Liverpool branch. She has excellent customer service and renewed my faith in o2. This branch is excellent. 🥇

    @O2 Honestly it’s the worst ever. I’m constantly having to use my wifi also the phone call quality is terrible phone calls cut off and I’m giving you over £50 a month. It’s that bad I’m thinking about paying it off early and going to EE and I proper can’t be arsed with Kevin bacon

    Mad how due to an issue with @bt_uk I’ve had to use my @O2 data to do my work. Which was great, 15GB lasted me from Monday till yesterday. Now I added an extra 8GB yesterday to see me through and half has been used in 24 hours and I’ve not even done uploads/downloads!! #*****

    @O2 questioning why I'm paying £36 a month for 4G that is so slow, my speed test errors out. 0.7mb still, 2 years later from when I first reported it. Be uproar if that speed went on for 2 years in London, so why is it acceptable in the Midlands?

    Need help with getting a new phone @O2. Credit keep refusing me as and old address in the system is not the same as my credit card. No-one wants to update when I call up and credit said it will be 10 days! Already waited 3. I'm a customer for 18 yrs #CommonSense #customerservice

    @O2 But I didn’t need photo ID to switch over to another network and keep the same number. Absolutely disgusted. Not everyone has photo ID and I could have confirmed when I last topped up and confirmed I had had that number for many years.

    @O2 how usual is it for your fraud team to overrun their 10-day response time. My mum is very stressed and keeps being fobbed off while receiving more and more demands letter for a contract she never took out. Now approaching 20 days with no decent response
