@O2 Thanks; I just googled "is it normal to block popups" and as far as I can see it absolutely is, so maybe your website shouldn't be using them - particularly in a situation where a user is locked out of their account and has enough problems already.

Hey @o2 as someone who has both their phone and home internet through you, can I please ask that for next years IOW festival you do something to pre-empt/manage the congestion? Every year everything is painfully slow for 4 days (in Southampton) and I can’t get any work done 😩

Been with @O2 for around 2-3 months. They have to be the worse network provider. Not even people In the shop can help and it’s impossible to find help or numbers online. Absolute joke
