@O2 hi your app isn’t letting me pay my phone bill. It has changed from what it was last month and have had to change passwords etc to get in and now nowhere at all to pay my phone bill. Can you help? I’m just about to go on holiday so need to pay it today

.@O2 Hi, why am I suddenly being treated like a new customer by your website? It's asking me to set up passkeys, biometrics etc when I've been a customer for years. I just need to pay my bill! I don't use biometrics to log into the bank, why on earth wd I do it for O2 at £15/mth?

@O2 @Rollofastara It was a nightmare. Fortunately my son on 3 network was able to be contacted. I had considered moving him to 02 but I am now thinking it might not be a good idea. My daughter is experiencing the same issue when she was out in West Lothian.

@O2 I've tried ringing you but your phones are pretty much down as the voice keeps cutting out. Then it cut out when I finally got to an agent. I need help to sort a problem I've contacted you 3 times about and I'm sick to the back teeth of having to keep chasing you up.
