    @O2 is there an option to setup a direct debit without making a phone call? It used to be set up but for some reason didn't change when I used the Switch service to move banks and I'm fed up of being told I'm behind on a payment. Can I do it via the app? Thanks

    @O2 No signal for two , now on the third day , all your help lines etc are busy , no support or help , not the best customer service but you will still take my money , not impressed at all

    @O2 my experience is that the O2 connection drops away when the environment is busy. Is there enough capacity in Cheltenham? My service is barely useful

    @AdamRutherford @O2 As phone was still locked I couldn't. Was stuck in another country without any of my possessions for 7 weeks until my MP helped liaise with Home Office to get me back home. Will never ever use 02 again.

    @O2 They hung up on the call while I was on hold. I called back, spoke to someone different. They hung up while I was on hold again. No call back. Breathtakingly bad customer service.
