@O2 Done! I had absolutely NO IDEA that there was a way to report this type of phishing scam. Sadly your representative in customers services was unaware of this way to report the issue, and seemed to indicate that O2 had no formal way to raise a complaint about it.

@O2 I am livid. For MONTHS now I have had barely any signal in my flat. I have missed yet another call from my GP because of this. Your email updates keep telling me you're "working on it" but this doesn't help me. It's actively preventing me from getting medical help. SORT IT.

@virginmedia I eventually managed to get on service page and you are investigating an issue in my area. Theoretically broadband and mobile data issues should not be related. But i’m with yourselves for broadband and @O2 for mobile and suffered problems with both at same time, coincidently

@O2 There seems to be a problem in Llanelli (SA15) again. My signal returned after the issue yesterday but now I have zero signal again and network checker says everything is fine. It really isn't!

Would be amazing day if @SkyUK broadband and @O2 mobile network actually both worked at the same time without the constant signal losses ALL THE TIME. It’s really starting to piss me off. What the hell do I even pay for? Past few months have been the worst.
