@O2 is there an option to setup a direct debit without making a phone call? It used to be set up but for some reason didn't change when I used the Switch service to move banks and I'm fed up of being told I'm behind on a payment. Can I do it via the app? Thanks

. @O2 so nobody again dealt with my complaint. I called to actually find out no formal complaint had been raised. No one could answer why I hadn’t been contacted by the 4 previous managers that should have called me. A formal complaint was logged and yet again no response!!!!

@O2 I have no signal and no Internet unless I am connected to WiFi. I can't make it receive any calls as my phone is saying that its not registered on a network. I have not changed any settings and have tried updating and restarting my phone. None of this works
