    @O2 No signal for two , now on the third day , all your help lines etc are busy , no support or help , not the best customer service but you will still take my money , not impressed at all

    @O2 hello why have you stopped the Priority Caffe Nero so long before Christmas? Why not run it this week whilst more people are still working but cancel it from next week until the 3rd of January??

    @andyoakes @O2 CST won't talk to you as they take the hit for the disconnection on their figures (I used to work in a cancellation team for Sky and we did the same) Ask for a supervisor and say you are going to talk to Ofcom if they don't cancel.

    .@O2 Disgusted that because of local “upgrade” work we are on Emergency Calls only until 18th. A lot of people no longer have land lines. How are they supposed to manage for five days? It took me over 1/2 hour to send a text this morning.
