    @O2 is there an option to setup a direct debit without making a phone call? It used to be set up but for some reason didn't change when I used the Switch service to move banks and I'm fed up of being told I'm behind on a payment. Can I do it via the app? Thanks

    @O2 Not impressed, just changed my daughter PAYG tarif, and it told me to add credit. Added credit, it was immediately taken out as the old tarif. Just logged on and there's no credit on her account, no allowances and no online support.

    @O2 Thanks for your reply. Just find out New contract with upfront cost same as upgrade contract. What is the point to loyalty then? Almost last 12 years i am with O2, just find out i am loyal to O2 but in return O2 doesn't bother. Maybe its time to findout cheaper network!

    @O2 worst customer service ever. Cancelled my phone contract within 14 days, returned phone, you are still chasing me for payment 6 weeks later. The refund was approved can't be processed by the people who answer the phone.

    @O2 I've been trying to talk to someone on the 'online chat' function. 3 times it's kicked me out before I'd got through the bot phase. I want to complain about the poor reliability of the network. Dropped calls, no signal it's awful. I'm paying for something that is unreliable

    @O2 #changingbankdetails. I suggest that O2 inform customers before migrating your banking platforms. In this way customers would be forewarned when receiving info from their bank and not worry about a scam!! There are many scams, not helped by your poor communication.

    @O2 Myo2 has been showing a problem at local mobile mast for weeks. Signal has been terrible since I joined o2. What’s going on with SK12 service? It’s awful - 3G and Edge?!
