@O2 No signal for two , now on the third day , all your help lines etc are busy , no support or help , not the best customer service but you will still take my money , not impressed at all

@O2 To pay even though I haven’t used them as EE didn’t complete the port of numbers until the 13th. I’ve explained the reason I had to leave was because I couldn’t use them as no signal but she just kept repeating herself but I don’t know if she didn’t understand

@O2 switched to you before xmas. Signal where I live is patchy. At home is just about ok but a lot of areas close where I live I get no signal @EE used to be with had a faultless signal pretty much everywhere. Really regretting my switch right now. No hope of cancelling is there?

@O2 changed contract but still with O2 yesterday day, & then lost service. Have tried Twitter DM & Support on the app. Still no luck. Online network checker says all ok; agent on chat says it's mast in CT5 but problem was first in CT1-help!

@CitizensAdvice @o2 for me not to be able to cancel my subscription from the o2 website or the @disneyplus app/ website, is this not a subscription trap? On Disney I’m referred to O2 where I’m able to upgrade very easily, add on extras easily but to cancel and view- impossible

@virginmedia Tried to ring your CS team they won’t let me speak to a senior manager to get my deadlock nor provide me with anything to show they are dealing with my case. Complete waste of time and ridiculous way to treat a customer who’s coming from @O2 .

@O2 shocking customer service! No signal at home or when out, waiting 48 hours for a call back. What an absolute joke! I took out these sims for myself and daughter but she can’t get in contact with me and has special needs. Absolutely useless!!
