    @O2 i’ve no signal and i’ve switched my handset off twice. there’s no issues on your website, but there was a powercut in the area not that long ago. i can’t get the signal back since. any ideas?

    Absolutely shocking customer service @O2 go round in circles to speak to an agent. Spoken to two - one gave me duff advice and the other has just cut me off. Sort it out - all I want is my visual voicemail sorted. Thinking about cancelling my contract.
