@O2 is there an option to setup a direct debit without making a phone call? It used to be set up but for some reason didn't change when I used the Switch service to move banks and I'm fed up of being told I'm behind on a payment. Can I do it via the app? Thanks

@O2 I spent half an hour waiting to speak your customer service team. Then got out back on hold for another 30 mins to be put back through to payment management team only to put back to customer service. It took me a hour and 15 to resolve the issue.

@O2 No one called back. The advisor told me on Saturday that "Ian" would call me in 5 minutes. had to call twice on Sunday till someone finally sorted me out. The payment had to be done over the phone. Poor show!
