    @O2 your coverage in the Cwmbran area NP44 is shocking, no end of people on O2 post about the poor signal especially around the Llanyrafon and Henllys/TyCanol area. When we ask about if there are any signal issues we’re told there’s not, Vodafone, EE and 3 work prefect. 😖

    @O2 is there an option to setup a direct debit without making a phone call? It used to be set up but for some reason didn't change when I used the Switch service to move banks and I'm fed up of being told I'm behind on a payment. Can I do it via the app? Thanks

    @O2 It’s been going on for months, I have friends dotted around NP44 and they all struggle making phone calls as they keep dropping out, it’s not something new it’s an ongoing issue. I’d change if I wasn’t tied in and I think you’ll find other would too if they could. So frustrating

    @O2 the s25 ultra has to be the worst phone on the market. Screen flickering and the WiFi is terrible, a lot of the time I have to use mobile data to do anything but because your coverage is so bad it's practically unusable

    @O2 @O2 , clearly does not take fraud seriously. I’ve received a cheque to my home made out to a fraudster I’ve reported previously & they won’t help me contact their fraud dept Speak to customer services and they can’t grasp the situation, the last guy told me to cash the cheque 🤦🏻

    @O2 @GreggsOfficial voucher is garbage (and wasted) if venues can say "ah we don't do that", which they often do (incl Welcome Break Newark, not mentioned as any exclusion on the app) - just make them all accept it?

    @O2 Not on here. I’ve given up. Had 3 email replies all failing to address in any form, the issue I raised. Stated someone tried to call me, they didn’t. Said they’d call back…they haven’t.
