@O2 Literally the only time I've had this problem with any parcel (or know of any of the 17 other households in my building having it) it's with DPD. And in fact, for me, it's just been o2 parcels from DPD. Every other courier finds it no trouble.

@O2 My wife has a technical issue with her phone (everything coming up no caller id). Live chat is useless with no reply for days. Just need a resolution. This stuff shouldn’t take weeks..

Hello @O2 you have put my 89 year old Dad on a £39/ month business tariff. That can’t be right, can it? We can’t access his account as it is a business type account so the app does not work. Please can someone from your customer services team DM me?

No 02 signal since lunchtime in BS24 area. Next update says 6th Jan @O2 please tell me what you’re doing to rectify this.
