@O2 is there an option to setup a direct debit without making a phone call? It used to be set up but for some reason didn't change when I used the Switch service to move banks and I'm fed up of being told I'm behind on a payment. Can I do it via the app? Thanks

@ArchieMorton @O2 @goustocooking Interesting to hear your experience. Your vote might be the decider. Personally I think not being able to cancel Gousto unless you call them is criminal. O2 leave much to be desired though, the Indians over at Three do it better

@O2 After some terrible service I have received from o2 for months to sort out a problem has been frustrating to say the least. Lynn and her trainee at Unit 9 Milton Keynes was brilliant, very helpful to deal with the o2 customer services who had still not cancelled a contract.

@O2 - phone broken before the end of my contract, go into store for help and told “there’s nothing in the contract that says your phone has to actually work for the 3 years” - shocking customer service!
