@O2 Hi. I upgraded my sim only in July and part of the offer was a £50 digital giftcard. I reveived an email to register this but had nothing since. 3 other people i know did this upgrade offer aswell and have heard nothing either. Can you help please? Thankyou.

I changed my mobile to @O2 and have had H+ data since! im supposed to have 5g or at least 4g. Beginning to wish I had stayed with ee because the Internet is terrible

@O2 Don’t go to O2 they debited my daughters account for 30 pounds for a new phone. Did not give her the right documents and now over 1.5hours on phone getting the run around. No service go to EE or Vodafone least they are organised.

@O2 any idea why my phone would be losing network connection and going to 'emergency calls only' regularly. It's happening in places I know I should have signal and I need to go in and out of airplane mode to get the network back. Been happening for a week or so

Tried to speak with @O2 online chat as the Brighton store NEVER answer the phone(have tried over 30 times since Saturday) and their advice was to call the Brighton store!! Absolute waste of my time and perfect example of not actually listening to a customer
