Hi @O2, do you have any plans to fix the data coverage in Ely? Reported a fault nearly two months ago, you have it on your status page but still no ETA for fixing. I'm out of contract and will have to switch networks if you can't sort this soon.

Completely unable to use any data at all today despite 4 bars of 4g. Utterly sick of it now @O2 it really has been months and all O2 users I know here having the same issues. Had enough. Just going to consumer affairs programs and local media to see how many others affected.

@O2 Hi I switched from Three to O2, giving my PAC number when I joined. It has been 6 days since I ordered the phone and my old number has not yet moved to O2. I can’t get help on my O2 app as I can’t get through to a chat window. Can you help me PLEASE !
