    @O2 the only phone company who actively are encouraging me not to upgrade and not even trying to help me. Waiting 30 mins to speak to a human who couldn’t give a toss, and the online options also misleading and unhelpful. @VodafoneUK where you at?!

    Anyone with an iPhone 12 mini @O2 have issues accessing WiFi when everyone else can? Mine keeps dropping off my hopme WiFi since I got the phone and now, won't connect to my work WiFi. In both cases it says it is connected but at work it shows 4G despite saying connected and 1/2

    @O2 do you really need to make it impossible to contact you. Live chat never available? Landline cuts you off? Messaging is like messaging my Nan takes 5 hours for a reply? I'm away on holiday have data but can't make calls??

    @HT_95_ @O2 I’ve done that and still doesn’t work for me. Barely get any signal anywhere! I’ve been to O2 and they said they are having issues with their phone towers? Still not be resolved though and I went in weeks ago

    @O2 I know how to back up and restore but how do I reset network settings? I have told it to forget the network I should add but I am assuming you don't mean that.

    @O2 Please do because it's gone beyond platitudes now I just want some service. I can't listen to music, video call my sick dad, pick up with emails or teams calls access digital banking if I'm out the house in my home town. Even Twitter is unusable and to that's mainly text!

    @LiveLancs @O2 have advised me that building works have caused the problem. They can’t access the mast to fix it without permission from the council. They can’t guarantee it’ll be fixed by 31st August, that’s just when they will give another update. Appalling customer service

    @Cazvw99 @O2 It’s not really a good enough excuse though when you pay stupid amount of money every month!! I am definitely going elsewhere when my contract ends
