@O2 the only phone company who actively are encouraging me not to upgrade and not even trying to help me. Waiting 30 mins to speak to a human who couldn’t give a toss, and the online options also misleading and unhelpful. @VodafoneUK where you at?!

@O2 got a pal who has a 3yr contract with you, his phone also from you has had to be repaired multiple times and display has now gone. He’s partially sighted and won’t go out without working phone but can’t afford £200 repair or to buy out contract. Surely you can help please ?
