    My sisters phone is broken and both @O2 and @CPWTweets have been zero use. What was she paying insurance for???? She has spent all morning trying to get help and each person just points her to the next useless person.

    @O2 number should have ported on Monday, from @virginmedia as part of new package. After several calls this week the porting has still not happened, now have no service! And yes I have switched it off and on again! #help #notgreat

    @O2 the only phone company who actively are encouraging me not to upgrade and not even trying to help me. Waiting 30 mins to speak to a human who couldn’t give a toss, and the online options also misleading and unhelpful. @VodafoneUK where you at?!

    @O2 It hasn’t mattered where I have been this week, it has been very intermittent everywhere. Sometimes I can’t call out, people are telling me they can’t get in touch and as you can see the data is painfully slow

    @darkclown @O2 It was dreadful down at the seafront today at Hove today. We found the same..calls were not connecting & texts took ages. Had to give up with @BrightonMarathn app.. missed seeing our son at several points

    @leemcbr37826036 @O2 the support is nightmarish. i'm in the middle of hell with them after them threatening court over a none existent bill. been going on since FEB. Was told in FEB it was all sorted....now even worse!! Do not use 02. They're dreadful

    @O2 Your app has turned into **** since you became part of Virgin, try to see my balance and it's always sends me an email link to click, never did this before, and it doesn't even take me to the balance. It's so obvious two systems failing to talk, ironic for a comms company
