    My sisters phone is broken and both @O2 and @CPWTweets have been zero use. What was she paying insurance for???? She has spent all morning trying to get help and each person just points her to the next useless person.

    @virginmedia @O2 Evening. I setup a new contract on the 30/09/22 with Michael Kay at VM. I received and completed the new contract, signed it and returned it. I gave my bank details to Mr Kay and I am receiving FINAL DEMAND for none payment. I spoke with customer services in Saturday

    @nsandihelp Hmmm…. Unconvinced. Never had/have any problems using hashtags or phone key presses with any other organisation. Spoke to an adviser who said a workaround is to long press hashtag key for 5 secs…..haven’t tried it yet….. @O2 - is this DTMF issue your problem?

    @virginmedia @O2 So you sent me a small cable to connect my hub to my telephone line. The problem is that they are both installed in different rooms, thus rendering the telephone useless. How do you suppose I overcome this problem? I’m paying for something that I can’t use!

    @virginmedia @O2 @peterkay_co_uk I want to speak with Michael Kay at VM. I setup a new package with VM and O2 on the 30th Sept 2022 and now i am getting Final demand messages from VM stating I have paid. Spent 52mins on the phone on Saturday last and 44 mins this evening.Get Michael Kay of VM to sort this issue.

    @O2 Hi. I just moved to you as a VM customer too. I was sold a SIM only plan by one of your chat colleagues, I activated my SIM today and seems the 50gb I was told I was going to get for £15 are now 30gb. Can you help please, otherwise this is not a good switch for me. thx
