    My sisters phone is broken and both @O2 and @CPWTweets have been zero use. What was she paying insurance for???? She has spent all morning trying to get help and each person just points her to the next useless person.

    @O2 As a loyal customer of 16 years I am disgusted with your lack of care! I was offered an upgrade last week from one of your reps for a new iPhone with a £260 discount only to be told hours later that it could not be honoured! Where is my response or follow up to my complaint?

    @O2 why is the signal in my area so bad. I have 3/4 bars of data signal yet nothing ever seems to load. Starting to get annoyed with it. Been with you for years yet only just getting problems.

    Honestly @O2 what’s going on? Constant signal problems and so I go to Myo2 to help and it won’t even allow me to login? Reset my account and then the four digit code doesn’t work? Your IT systems are BASIC

    @O2 you data drop outs are absolutely awful! I don't pay stupid amounts for unlimited data for it to keep dropping out!!!!
