    @O2 the only phone company who actively are encouraging me not to upgrade and not even trying to help me. Waiting 30 mins to speak to a human who couldn’t give a toss, and the online options also misleading and unhelpful. @VodafoneUK where you at?!

    @O2 I have a pay as you go phone and you have cut it off due to the global pandemic I have been stuck at home and didn’t need to use it since the being of 2020 now the £20 credit has gone I can’t use the number please help I can’t afford to lose that credit

    Never change your payment date with @O2 I did 4 months ago all confirmed and they hadn’t amended all parts of my plan so now my credit file shows 4 late payments which are not late. They will destroy your credit rating even though it had been confirmed!!

    @O2 been trying to speak to someone for weeks about signal quality I pay for a phone for my elderly mum so she can keep in touch especially during COVID but she can’t make or receive calls in the house. Whenever we call you it just disconnects us HELP

    @O2 The o2 staff member very quickly helped me to change my password and secure my account as I had already had a text message saying my password had recently been changed 😫 horrible horrible people. Feeling a bit panicked now!
