    @O2 the only phone company who actively are encouraging me not to upgrade and not even trying to help me. Waiting 30 mins to speak to a human who couldn’t give a toss, and the online options also misleading and unhelpful. @VodafoneUK where you at?!

    @epilepeclectic @O2 I was a loyal o2 customer for 20 plus years. I ended my contract and went with @ThreeUK because they upped my monthly contract and wouldn’t change it, customer care since has been awful trying to pay remaining balance of £5 something and getting threats in the post!

    @o2 you’ve got to be the worst network provider in the history of mobile phones 😡 & the last to roll out 5g across the uk I’ll expect my free gift next week since I’ve been a customer since 2004 & have had nothing apart from calls dropping off all the time
