    @Extinguisherman @O2 Service has been good so far till 7 or so days ago, might have been longer. If there is a cell issue around here - then these things happen, but if it goes on much longer then I will be looking for more information or compensation. Hope you get your issue resolved.

    @O2 my elderly friend (widower in late 80’s) got cold called and moved from an O2 consumer to O2 business 3 yr tariff last week. They want £300 admin fee to cancel 7 days on. O2 won’t take her calls as they don’t ‘manage the line’ now. Who can help?

    @O2 Please then shut down your twitter account because your may not do this. If you have a front facing channel, you cannot refuse to provide service via it. You may not tell disabled people to do things they have informed you they cannot do. #consumerprotection

    @O2 you have given my phone number out illegally to a third party and because I am not a customer with you there is no way to get my information removed from your database. Absolute shambles this took a 50-minute phone call to find this out. Disgraceful will be referring to ICO

    @joeyjojo1974 @O2 Welcome to o2 the network that’s anything than better connected. Terrible network, even worse customer service. If they don’t sort your problem out, retweet using BBCWatchdog and Which tags. I’m fed up of o2’s terrible network.
