@O2 the only phone company who actively are encouraging me not to upgrade and not even trying to help me. Waiting 30 mins to speak to a human who couldn’t give a toss, and the online options also misleading and unhelpful. @VodafoneUK where you at?!

@O2 @JessicaNellH It's awful, pay through the nose for a service we don't get. I like to be able to look up stuff about places we go, without WiFi supplied by businesses I'd be at a loss.

@apakula @O2 I can't speak for them personally, however most contract T&Cs do state that after the minimum term ends its up to the customer to make contact and give notice. If its been years and you've not been looking at your bank then it's not their fault. Partial refund as goodwill maybe.

Need to move away from @O2. Data deals are terrible and their MyO2 site is atrocious. Can’t access it, again, and running out of data. Need to shop around.
