@O2 hey I need help with bill please. I have a business account (no business) but that was the only way to get a contract phone years ago. My usual bill is like £65 per month. I just got a bill for £344.56 😳 my data finished as I was waiting for new home wi-fi but this is crazy

@O2 the worst customer service! No signal where I am at the moment, can’t set up WiFi calling on my phone and I’m being told to call you….with what signal? Let’s hope I don’t go into labour today and can’t reach anyone yeah? Stupid

Getting fed up to the back teeth with the service sorry lack of service from @O2 3May went down. Still very patch and customers can’t use smart devices to pay loosing me money and customers. @O2 don’t answer messages,emails can’t call no signal grrrrr.

Then today o2 take money from my account. On the phone they say I didn't cancel my direct debit and I should speak to my bank to claim on their indemity. At this stage Im fuming. At every turn @virginmedia and @O2 have done everything possible to frustrate.
