    @O2 the only phone company who actively are encouraging me not to upgrade and not even trying to help me. Waiting 30 mins to speak to a human who couldn’t give a toss, and the online options also misleading and unhelpful. @VodafoneUK where you at?!

    @O2 hi I supplied my PAC code to O2 on Wednesday. Told my number port from virgin would happen next day. Nothing happened. Told it would happen yesterday Nothing happened. Told it is rebooked for Monday but have received no texts confirming. Can you help?

    @O2 Nothing works and I’ve already been into O2 and they put a new Sim in. All I wanna know is are you Atleast attempting to sort the congestion issues before I carry on upgrading with O2.

    Really struggling to get over how stupid the imbeciles at @O2 are. If you want an eSim you have to go into a shop or speak to them and they'll post a QR code through the letterbox several days later. As opposed to a button on the website that just displays one. #idiots

    Dear @O2 , you said you are upgrading the mast in cb24 area for almost two weeks now, you keep giving us different dates as to when you'll be finished, in the meantime we have almost 0% signal for calls or data , particularly annoying when for security i needed an sms token !!

    @AmyTaylor_DA @O2 We keep getting invoice fraud at work. They email us about an o/s invoice to pay. Always sent to our accounts email. Oh the irony, as we start a new pilot service with a bank next week to train specific customers how to identify & avoid scams, including ‘invoice scams’. 🙄

    Does anyone have an answer as to why @O2 mobile data has been SO bad lately? Never had an issue until a couple of months ago, and now I rarely get a stable connection?

    @O2 great service from the lady at tooting store but appalled by the hassle she had with the insurance department! Quick to sell insurance but my dad lost his phone and had a nightmare getting a new phone! Think how you treat your customers & your staff. Your meant to be a team
