@O2 the only phone company who actively are encouraging me not to upgrade and not even trying to help me. Waiting 30 mins to speak to a human who couldn’t give a toss, and the online options also misleading and unhelpful. @VodafoneUK where you at?!

Hey @O2 why is your 4G signal in Uttoxeter utterly useless... It says full signal yet no data... Been on and off for months but it's gotten worst lately!
