@O2 the only phone company who actively are encouraging me not to upgrade and not even trying to help me. Waiting 30 mins to speak to a human who couldn’t give a toss, and the online options also misleading and unhelpful. @VodafoneUK where you at?!

@O2 O2 you have made massive errors on my account (not applying o2 travel correctly) and are planning on charging over £300 + VAT - I have made numerous phone calls and your staff admit the error and say they will resolve it but don’t - I am very very concerned.

@O2 @o2businessuk Absolutely appalling customer service from your business team! In your York store with my mother to upgrade to a business account, after being on hold to your referrals team for over 30 minutes, they just hung up the phone. Nearly 2 hours there and no phone!
