    @O2 the only phone company who actively are encouraging me not to upgrade and not even trying to help me. Waiting 30 mins to speak to a human who couldn’t give a toss, and the online options also misleading and unhelpful. @VodafoneUK where you at?!

    My sisters phone is broken and both @O2 and @CPWTweets have been zero use. What was she paying insurance for???? She has spent all morning trying to get help and each person just points her to the next useless person.

    @O2 Hi, I am now on the Virgin/O2 joint venture but while the O2 SIM is working for calls and texts and texts from O2 also say 'You SIM is activated', I can't sign in on MyO2 - keeps saying 'SIM not activated'. Waited 5 days for sync with MyO2. How do I sort this out? Thanks

    @O2 I am a brand new customer. Just received my sim today. I need support with transferring my existing number. “Get a PAC.” Yes, I have one. “Once you have a PAC, please contact us.” Yes, how? I cannot seem to get in touch with O2 at all? “All our agents are busy.”

    @O2 just wanted to say that me and my Mam spoke to Dave (from Yorkshire?? - wish we'd asked for his last name!) to upgrade a phone tonight. He was lovely, an absolute star- so patient with everything and brilliant customer service.

    @O2 So for a few days I’ve had no signal ( 3G or 4G ) when I’m away from my home wifi! Apparently there’s a mast fault in my area!I work every day, and spend a lot of time away from home and with my ‘mobile’ completely unusable at these times I urgently need your help and advice?
