    @O2 the only phone company who actively are encouraging me not to upgrade and not even trying to help me. Waiting 30 mins to speak to a human who couldn’t give a toss, and the online options also misleading and unhelpful. @VodafoneUK where you at?!

    Ridiculous @O2 service has been shockin lately constantly having no service due to work on a mass. Then a month later 2 days now no service as same mass is broken. R they gonna refund us on our contracts of course not. Expect us to pay for nothing

    The @O2 network in this area is so bad. I am constantly telling people not to take out a contract with @o2 and the company doesn't listen to their customers when they tell the company there is problems with signal and coverage issues.

    Some days are just awful! Been a horrible week and I’ve come in to the office and was hoping to put my AirPods in and just lose myself in work & music. Nope, dropped them and they got squashed 😩 Going to see if @o2 have any. Can only hope my day gets better from here on 🤞
