    @O2 the only phone company who actively are encouraging me not to upgrade and not even trying to help me. Waiting 30 mins to speak to a human who couldn’t give a toss, and the online options also misleading and unhelpful. @VodafoneUK where you at?!

    My sisters phone is broken and both @O2 and @CPWTweets have been zero use. What was she paying insurance for???? She has spent all morning trying to get help and each person just points her to the next useless person.

    @ijrogu @O2 They were the slowest when it came to dealing with phone fraudulently ordered on my MyO2 account. Even when they corrected the issue, they put me on the wrong contract which was more expensive than what I was paying before!!!

    @O2 yes I have, but your contact/help pages are deliberately confusing and send users in a circular path around your website, get help > robot live chat > click here > get help > robot live chat... etc etc Try putting lost SIM into Aura & see what happens, doesn't need a discussion

    @O2 I’m sorry your customer service is SHITE! On the phone for 50mins being kept on hold because the girl can’t be arsed to deal with my mum. She got memory loss hence me sat next to her to help her remember!!! Seriously pissed off the way this girl is dealing with my mum

    @O2 No, I’m not an O2 customer and I have no signal. It was received by iMessage, it uses one of your numbers to facilitate fraud. Please just take the MSISDN in my original report, pass to the appropriate team rather than have me jump through hoops to report abuse of YOUR network.
