    @O2 the only phone company who actively are encouraging me not to upgrade and not even trying to help me. Waiting 30 mins to speak to a human who couldn’t give a toss, and the online options also misleading and unhelpful. @VodafoneUK where you at?!

    @WylieWylie7 @O2 @virginmedia Yea it’s **** and they sold me a contract and lied about it then they gave me £100 compensation knowing they messed up and now I’m having to beg for it to go in my bank account been a month

    @O2 removing weekly Nero coffee and replacing it with a monthly is not quite up there with P&O corporate fail but as I always purchased at least a croissant or a piece of cake when I got my freebie it seems like a backward move for both @_CaffeNero_

    @O2 so you “can’t” investigate an unusual data usage on my account. I never use my data (24gb) but it’s not an error that I’ve apparently used 34.84gb in 5 hours overnight whilst sleeping?!? 🤔 Is that physically possible? Loyal customer for over 15 years lost in one day.
