    My sisters phone is broken and both @O2 and @CPWTweets have been zero use. What was she paying insurance for???? She has spent all morning trying to get help and each person just points her to the next useless person.

    @O2 the only phone company who actively are encouraging me not to upgrade and not even trying to help me. Waiting 30 mins to speak to a human who couldn’t give a toss, and the online options also misleading and unhelpful. @VodafoneUK where you at?!

    @O2 Next the advisor went off on a rant about, "How much easier it is to use the O2 app" I then asked (again) why I received a text saying payment was successful, when no payment was made? O2 advisor answered, "I don't see what the issue is, no payment has been taken!"

    @o2 🚨 @O2 - URGENT 🚨 Our local phone mast in Parwich has been down for over a month. Despite repeated texts promising a fix, the repair date keeps getting pushed back. Calls, texts, and data are all disrupted. We need answers, a firm repair date, and compensation.

    @O2 I terminated the call. If your advisors are unable to answer a basic question, it might be a good idea if they don't tell the customer blatant lies and put them through 20 minutes of inane waffle. O2, useless.

    Hi @O2 – signal on the M55 motorway around Junction 4 Blackpool is extremely poor (calls drop, no usable data). This is a major safety concern on a motorway. Please confirm when this will be fixed.
