    @O2 the only phone company who actively are encouraging me not to upgrade and not even trying to help me. Waiting 30 mins to speak to a human who couldn’t give a toss, and the online options also misleading and unhelpful. @VodafoneUK where you at?!

    @O2 I checked the website and there's reportedly issues with a cell tower where I live. As I'm working/studying from home I'm not currently going anywhere else.

    @O2 I’d prefer to do it in store, I once had a major issue with a sim swap previously, having multiple numbers on account, the person who I spoke to switched all the numbers around on all the sims, which was an issue.

    @O2 Everywhere actually. I did try to request a new sim as I’ve been having problems ever since I received the phone to be honest. But I couldn’t and have been waiting for the store to re open to get a new one. My signal is awful. I could have full 4G and sometimes won’t load!

    @O2 still nothing? It has been a few weeks now, are engineers acrually on site teying to fix the problem? Your engineers could have replaced the broken one with a brand new mast within couple of weeks if they tried!

    @O2 Hi, my wife both have iPhones with O2 pay as you go. My phone cuts to voicemail ok but hers just rings and rings without voicemail cutting in. Any ideas how she can fix this?
