    @O2 number should have ported on Monday, from @virginmedia as part of new package. After several calls this week the porting has still not happened, now have no service! And yes I have switched it off and on again! #help #notgreat

    @O2 the only phone company who actively are encouraging me not to upgrade and not even trying to help me. Waiting 30 mins to speak to a human who couldn’t give a toss, and the online options also misleading and unhelpful. @VodafoneUK where you at?!

    My sisters phone is broken and both @O2 and @CPWTweets have been zero use. What was she paying insurance for???? She has spent all morning trying to get help and each person just points her to the next useless person.

    @tomnixon @O2 Tom, I've been a phonecoop customer for over a decade. Customer owned. They have never let me down. When I exceed my mobile data limit they call and offer an upgrade that minimises my cost. Recommended.

    @O2 as much as love being a customer with #o2 there is a downside especially when you have to phone up to ask to pay off remaining contract. Would be easier especially if you’re disabled like me. And sometimes it’s easier to pay on the app/website. Please take this on board.

    @O2 after 15+ years of being one of your customers i have decided to take my custom elsewhere!!! Your decision to merge with Virgin and move your callcentres to whereever they now are has been the worst decision ever made by your business I have never received such awful service!
