@O2 the only phone company who actively are encouraging me not to upgrade and not even trying to help me. Waiting 30 mins to speak to a human who couldn’t give a toss, and the online options also misleading and unhelpful. @VodafoneUK where you at?!

My sisters phone is broken and both @O2 and @CPWTweets have been zero use. What was she paying insurance for???? She has spent all morning trying to get help and each person just points her to the next useless person.

I don't always use the #O2Priority app, but for the second time now, it has logged me out, prob due to updating. When I try to login via my O2 account, I am presented with a blank white screen. Tried reinstalling, no change. So unstable! @O2

@O2 Was on the app ready to go from 9:30am yesterday only to continuously be told the content wasn't available. You then put out a statement saying the priority app was down and tickets would be available for 48 hours, so was that all a lie? This smells like some sort of scam.

@O2 You're a joke. An ISP that can't host a web server and have absolutely no systems in place to stop bots from bulk buying tickets. Absolutely disgusting. Your priority tickets are now on sale via third party sellers at astronomical prices. Absolute **** show
