    @O2 the only phone company who actively are encouraging me not to upgrade and not even trying to help me. Waiting 30 mins to speak to a human who couldn’t give a toss, and the online options also misleading and unhelpful. @VodafoneUK where you at?!

    @O2 @UberEats O2 you really take the biscuit! Charging me for a contract that was cancelled 3 separate times on the phone and at a face-to-face visit to the Cambridge grand arcade shop. Absolutely useless customer services. Why does anybody use this company?
