    @O2 any reason why only one of my direct debits been transferred over with my upgrade? I’ve just been cut off for not paying the ‘device plan’ and have no idea why this isn’t take by DD same as the ‘data plan’? Bit annoyed as that’ll be a bad mark on my credit score 😒

    @O2 The international calls are still not activated in the current plan. This situation has been going on for months. I cannot dial out internationally, the question is why. Last week you addressed this and the problem persists. Pls escalate this.

    @O2 I've just been running back and forth with your customer service for a week as I was sent out the wrong phone for my upgrade then feet were dragged for me getting the right phone. Only to be sorted today finally and now I get a email saying the phone is out of stock. --

    @virginmedia @O2 Why is it so hard to communicate with Virgin? I literally have to free up a whole day. And when I don't get through I live with the problem until my next free day to attempt to contact Virgin.
