@O2 the only phone company who actively are encouraging me not to upgrade and not even trying to help me. Waiting 30 mins to speak to a human who couldn’t give a toss, and the online options also misleading and unhelpful. @VodafoneUK where you at?!

@O2 2/2 a call back from your last resolution team and if we can't resolve it get a deadlock letter so I can go to ofcom, only to not receive a call for the 3rd time, then spend all even on the phone to find you've closed the case with no call again!

@O2 Started an upgrade order last night but did not finalise as changed my mind (decided to wait a little longer). Despite this O2 have taken the upfront upgrade fee from my account even though I never completed the order?! How do I get this money back?!
