    @O2 the only phone company who actively are encouraging me not to upgrade and not even trying to help me. Waiting 30 mins to speak to a human who couldn’t give a toss, and the online options also misleading and unhelpful. @VodafoneUK where you at?!

    @andyoakes @O2 CST won't talk to you as they take the hit for the disconnection on their figures (I used to work in a cancellation team for Sky and we did the same) Ask for a supervisor and say you are going to talk to Ofcom if they don't cancel.

    .@O2 Disgusted that because of local “upgrade” work we are on Emergency Calls only until 18th. A lot of people no longer have land lines. How are they supposed to manage for five days? It took me over 1/2 hour to send a text this morning.
