@O2 I cannot make calls or texts. It doesn't work wherever I seem to go. Your online customer service team are useless and don't seem to get this. I cannot call or text to obtain a simple PAC code and they/you won't generate one for me?????

@o2 Are you having problems delivering computer generated text messages? I've had my e-mail - but no text - about today's Covid test. I also don't get texts from my pharmacy saying my prescription is ready any more - that's been going on, on and off, for months.

I have a monthly subscription of 17 pounds by @O2 to be able to use datas when I travel. But when I do I'm being charged 45. If hesitating between providers, run away from 02 and go to #three, much more reliable. 02 is pure lie, hidden cost & bad surprises, lack of transparency.

@O2 I’ve had 4G with you since it was introduced. Obviously it will regularly drop through normal use depending on available signal. Until two weeks ago this notification has never come up and it specifically says O2 has turned it off. It’s not normal.
