    @O2 2. I am struggling to understand how bad this service is. I’ve been your customer for 20 years. Please confirm that I can go into the 02 store on Victoria Street in London today or I will be cancelling my contract altogether and changing provider. This isn’t acceptable surely?

    @driving_without @O2 I dunno been with Vodafone since 1999 prior to them it was 02 but they were at that time way to expensive. Where I used to live no signal I had to go upstairs or out the house I moved 5 years ago had no problems.

    @O2 1. Customer services told me yesterday that the order was completed on their system but that the store didn’t have it. They offered me the option of cancelling and then going directly into store today to upgrade, which I did. On my system it is still showing as order in process.
