    @O2 number should have ported on Monday, from @virginmedia as part of new package. After several calls this week the porting has still not happened, now have no service! And yes I have switched it off and on again! #help #notgreat

    @O2 the only phone company who actively are encouraging me not to upgrade and not even trying to help me. Waiting 30 mins to speak to a human who couldn’t give a toss, and the online options also misleading and unhelpful. @VodafoneUK where you at?!

    @O2 Like I said I have made a formal complaint 02 directly. They have a set amount of time to respond before I take it to @Ofcom if you have call centers overseas make sure the we can understand them. Refusing the 14 day change of mind is illegal fortunately, this is gonna cost £££££

    @O2 priority link not working for pre sale concert tickets, click on it & it takes you to Ticketmaster, then says click on the o2 link & it takes you back to the priority app…not good!! 🤬

    @O2 Getting council wayleaves doesn’t take 2 mnts, it’s more about process than permission. What priority is assigned to this case & underlying SLA. Pls escalate up, I would appreciate a decent update, root cause & period long to fix? This impacting all my calls.

    @O2 We got there eventually, the staff in store and on the calls - particularly the insurance team - were excellent but I could see they were as frustrated as me. Excellent customer service, terrible systems!
