    @O2 the only phone company who actively are encouraging me not to upgrade and not even trying to help me. Waiting 30 mins to speak to a human who couldn’t give a toss, and the online options also misleading and unhelpful. @VodafoneUK where you at?!

    @O2 hey, I’m paying monthly for a Apple Watch series 6 and a airtime plan but I’m finding myself just connecting it to my phone and not using the plan/data. Would it be possible to ring up and cancel the airtime plan and still pay for the Apple Watch?
