@O2 the only phone company who actively are encouraging me not to upgrade and not even trying to help me. Waiting 30 mins to speak to a human who couldn’t give a toss, and the online options also misleading and unhelpful. @VodafoneUK where you at?!

@O2 number should have ported on Monday, from @virginmedia as part of new package. After several calls this week the porting has still not happened, now have no service! And yes I have switched it off and on again! #help #notgreat

@O2 How did the scammers manage to sweep up the majority of these tickets? Even while you were apologising, Viagogo had them for sale at £171 each. I don’t know how O2 can treat customers this way.
