@Oh_So_T @O2 I rang up but it wasn't very helpful. My signal is still poor. I have a months credit on my bill though now, so at least I'm not paying for it... Still doesn't help the frustration waiting for stuff to load!

Finally get logged into the @o2 priority app and there are no events showing (of any description) for tickets. So poor - it was obvious that demand for @peterkay_co_uk was going to be high, but they can’t cope!?!

Really poor service @O2 - ring about adding 2 new SIMs to my account for my kids’ Xmas presents & having been passed to the sales team & waited for 10+ mins for an agent I get told it’s online only. Where is the incentive for loyal customers? Might just take my £ elsewhere

@O2 has to be said, today I called 202 because of signal in Beeston. The operator Suzy was a fine example of how great customer service truly can be. Really turned it around for me and I’m absolutely delighted with the result of the call. #thisishowitsdone

@O2 I ordered an Apple Watch upgrade on 13th September, understood there could be a 4 week delay. I haven’t had a single update and the watch still hasn’t arrived 6 weeks later. I spend thousands a year and this is how I’m treated? Absolutely shocking customer service.
