Can you try you manually turning on 3G via your settings to see if this may help? Please use Wifi calling if and where you can

J D (@atomicape99) reported@Extinguisherman @O2 I have just sent it again slightly edited with the tags you sent. I live in a major city centre (literally yards from a 5G mast not sure if its O2) I hardly ever get 5G and when I get 4G it's shockingly slow. Don't get me started on the phone signal.

Dale Watts (@Extinguisherman) reported@atomicape99 @O2 The network is inadequate and fails to perform as it should.I’m my opinion it’s congested, but they use terms like ‘busy’. Masts in some areas like mine are dead at peak times. Retweet complaint using BBCWatchdog, WhichUk and ofcom tags.

Using my location, service page says good 2,3,4G, but status page says masts get busy (better term than congested). So how do u deliver a good service on congested mast?
