  • RefinedSavage Dani Grim (@RefinedSavage) reported from Dudley, England

@O2 Thanks, it was worth a try, but unfortunately I can't open the link because my connection speed is apparently too slow.

  • PeteVillan1981 Carpy Villan™️ (@PeteVillan1981) reported from Wolverhampton, England

@villa4ever29 @Virgin @O2 Awful mobile coverage for the last 12 months. Shame I’m tied in to my contract for another 6 months. It’s been particularly bad the last couple of weeks. No 4G available and switching between 3G & EDGE regularly. Appalling

  • RefinedSavage Dani Grim (@RefinedSavage) reported from Dudley, England

Seems like @virginmedia is completely down in our area, I can't even access their support site to log a problem. Also it appears that @O2 is having some sort of issue, my mobile data connection is so slow that royal mail could be a viable messaging alternative.

  • sabphotos69 SAB Photography (@sabphotos69) reported from Woodside, England

@simonmaroulis @O2 @ThreeUK The mast near me. Hasn’t worked in now 19months. I understand dead spots, but I struggle to get a 4g signal anywhere. Utterly ridiculous.

  • MikeKlymko Mike Klymko (@MikeKlymko) reported from Dudley, England

@O2 really disappointed with the service I’m getting from O2. Poor coverage, dropped calls, slow texts, no internet, been like this for 5 months, No sign of a fix, difficult call centre staff hide behind “policy” to avoid being helpful. If you need a new provider - Avoid O2

  • MikeKlymko Mike Klymko (@MikeKlymko) reported from Dudley, England

    @O2 You’re having a laugh !! Can’t get a decent signal at home - let alone elsewhere.

  • PeteVillan1981 Carpy Villan™️ (@PeteVillan1981) reported from Wolverhampton, England

How poor is the coverage from @virgin mobile? Since the merger with @O2 the mobile coverage is appalling. Massive price increase on all plans/ packages yet the network service is worse than ever

  • ChrisJSharratt_ ChrisJSharratt_ (@ChrisJSharratt_) reported from Birmingham, England

@O2 I ordered a phone on the train today and only found out you need ID after. I have a copy on my phone, you can check with my work and I will be getting rid of this phone in an hour!!!!!! What ******** am I meant to do?!!!!!

  • PongoVilla PongoVilla (@PongoVilla) reported from Birmingham, England

Why has #o2 gone crap since they merged with #Virgin time to move @o2

  • charlll18x Charlotte (@charlll18x) reported from Dudley, England

Don’t know what I’m paying for as it is can’t name a place I actually get signal, now a massive price increase. Can’t wait to leave @O2

  • MikeKlymko Mike Klymko (@MikeKlymko) reported from Dudley, England

@O2 yet again unable to charge my car because the signal from isn’t good enough.

  • sabphotos69 SAB Photography (@sabphotos69) reported from Dudley, England

@TheOldDear @O2 @EnglandRugby You’d think it would be easy to provide a service considering they charge me……….. wait for it £67 a month. I get no signal at all most of the time. Yet apparently engineers are working on it.

  • gracielou_xx Gracie xo (@gracielou_xx) reported from Swindon, England

I also had the young lad on the call say “if I cancel any of your charges today I was told my job would be effected” disgusting @O2 - instead of gas lighting your clients and threatening your staff, perhaps get a member of management to actually do their job and HELP!?

  • DeanMSimons Dean but festive (@DeanMSimons) reported from Birmingham, England

hey @O2, I’m trying to enter my IMEI number on the Recycle site to start the process of trade in for my new contract but it’s not accepting it? Pretty sure my iPhone is genuine after all these years haha. Could you help?

  • gracielou_xx Gracie xo (@gracielou_xx) reported from Swindon, England

I can’t believe I was on the phone to @O2 for a good hour and all senior members of staff refusing to come to the phone to answer queries about random, large charges on my bill. Instead leaving a less qualified member to try and help with absolutely no support or assistance 🤢

  • _tombradshaw Tom Bradshaw (@_tombradshaw) reported from Birmingham, England

@EnglandRugby @SixNationsRugby @O2 Hate seeing Marchant out the 23, feels like he never gets a run of games… but a strong team, and a hell of a bench!

  • ReissOmari Gordé 🦩 (@ReissOmari) reported from Birmingham, England

    @O2 Priority down!!!!!

  • John10649040 John (@John10649040) reported from Birmingham, England

@BorisJohnson @virginmedia @O2 ****** marvellous triumph there. Something is to NOT GET AS BAD AS WE FEARED Boy are you guys desperate

  • _x864 Boz (@_x864) reported

@LutzSchueler @O2 @virginmedia I'm sure this is good news for some but I'm still trying to resolve issues with my account that started beginning Nov 2020. Unresolved tech issue stopped upgrade, dreadful customer service, & still can't get PAC code to leave. Your #CustomerFirst is a PR joke. #CEO_Bullsh_t

  • theopenshaw The Openshaw (@theopenshaw) reported

@BorisJohnson @virginmedia @O2 Wow, well done! It would be good if the other networks would also offer these benefits. Maybe some sort of cross border arrangement or agreement would help? Something to unify those countries approach to things? What do you think?

  • Fatbowman2017 bowman-cork-1720 (@Fatbowman2017) reported

@BorisJohnson @virginmedia @O2 Oh thank god! That issue has been keeping me awake at night! Not the shitshow of a government we've got or high energy costs or the massive debt you've accrued due to covid! Ffs.

  • mikeshalgosky the critic (@mikeshalgosky) reported

@BorisJohnson @virginmedia @O2 Sort our problems you prick

  • WagonTrain2 WagonTrain (@WagonTrain2) reported

@NadineDorries @virginmedia @O2 What is the matter with you woman. It’s not up to the EU, it’s a decision taken by the network operators. If anything the U.K. government could do as Europe has done & make roaming charges illegal. The option is yours.

  • RobLad1985 Rob Ashdown (@RobLad1985) reported

@BorisJohnson @virginmedia @O2 excuse me while fail to get excited about something we had on ALL networks before you lied to the country for your own gains

  • chris2803 Chris Peplow 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@chris2803) reported

@BorisJohnson @virginmedia @O2 So we had no threat to having to pay roaming charges when we were in the EU with all other benefits and now because one company agrees to keep this you see it as a benefit. You really are an idiot aren't you ! #JohnsonOut

  • Lucaisrighthere Luca C. (@Lucaisrighthere) reported

@BorisJohnson @virginmedia @O2 Vodafone plans to bring back roaming charges at the end of January, while EE is set to in March. Both networks delayed reintroducing the charges earlier due to testing and technical issues respectively. Meanwhile, Three is to introduce fees in May
