Rang every day for 2 hrs, no reply. Live chat offline. No reply to tweets. Pls can somebody tell me how he can sort it. He has no phone!

Poor coverage, dropped calls, slow texts, no internet, been like this for 5 months, No sign of a fix, difficult call centre staff hide behind “policy” to avoid being helpful. There needs to be a conversation at some stage regarding a substantial reimbursement on this months tariff, because to not have any signal whatsoever for this long is a pain

Virgin Handset is now mine but 20 months left on O2 airtime plan. I cant cancel my O2 plan in order to start again (it wont let me change tariffs for 20 months)

Gives UK customers the same service as uk visitors much in the same way when we go overseas #roaming4all

If you are using mobile at home you can link to your router for a better service. All the best with it 👌
