SAB Photography (@sabphotos69) reported from Woodside, England@simonmaroulis @O2 @ThreeUK The mast near me. Hasn’t worked in now 19months. I understand dead spots, but I struggle to get a 4g signal anywhere. Utterly ridiculous.
-
Phil Tonks (@PhilTonks2) reported from Dudley, England@O2 Just runs very slow, if at all. Advised in the past to change settings in phone to use 3G but it's hardly practical to keep doing this. 4G+ in the City Centre just seems overloaded much of the time. Other half on Vodafone no issues at all. Very frustrating.

Jonathan Deavs (@Y2JONAKERFELDT) reported from Redditch, England@O2 Hi. I’m thinking of upgrading this month to an iPhone XR 128 GB, or an iPhone X 256 GB. I’ve been a customer for over 10 years. Could you let me know the very best price based on 1 GB or 3 GB data over 36 months. Happy to DM any additional info.

han (@Hannahbreenx) reported from Bromsgrove, England@O2 I haven’t had any signal in my own home for 2 weeks and when I check online it says there won’t be an update until the 10th of June. How is that acceptable for a paying customer? I’ve missed an extremely important medical call back because they can’t get through to me
-
Dani Grim (@RefinedSavage) reported from Dudley, EnglandSeems like @virginmedia is completely down in our area, I can't even access their support site to log a problem. Also it appears that @O2 is having some sort of issue, my mobile data connection is so slow that royal mail could be a viable messaging alternative.
-
RICARDO WILLIAMS (@iamRicardoW) reported from Birmingham, England@BigJMusic @O2 @ThreeUK Did that... never looked back! Do it
-
Chris Sammons (@ChrisSammons_) reported from Birmingham, England@O2 I appreciate theres obviously a serious issue, I’ve never known signal to be down for so long at one time. There needs to be a conversation at some stage regarding a substantial reimbursement on this months tariff, because to not have any signal whatsoever for this long is a pain
-

Mike Klymko (@MikeKlymko) reported from Dudley, England@O2 really disappointed with the service I’m getting from O2. Poor coverage, dropped calls, slow texts, no internet, been like this for 5 months, No sign of a fix, difficult call centre staff hide behind “policy” to avoid being helpful. If you need a new provider - Avoid O2
-
