@O2 I appreciate theres obviously a serious issue, I’ve never known signal to be down for so long at one time. There needs to be a conversation at some stage regarding a substantial reimbursement on this months tariff, because to not have any signal whatsoever for this long is a pain

@O2 ok...this is ridiculous. My son is desperately trying to unlock his phone from o2 so he can use 3 network. Nobody is available from o2. Rang every day for 2 hrs, no reply. Live chat offline. No reply to tweets. Pls can somebody tell me how he can sort it. He has no phone!

Completely takes the mick that @O2 are increasing their airtime bills by 13.5% in April and also don’t accept customer emails or allow anywhere on website or app to set up direct debit- only option to phone them and I’m stuck in a 45 minute queue - joke #mobilephone network

@LifeByStills @Sam_McK_88 @O2 Well it’s certainly not going to network improvements. 1 bar 4g where I live and when I am in a 5g area you can’t get any data through, this is a constant issue in Norwich, also had it in the middle of London last week. But yea rise the tariff price when we have to rely on Wi-Fi
-
Pyeinthesky
(@pye_in_the_sky) reported
@O2 if you're increasing my bill by 17.3%, does this mean we'll see any improvement in signal? This is a shocking increase, when the quality of service from o2 seems to be getting worse. Every day I have poor signal both in & out doors. Always an excuse, never a solution.
-
COYW
(@MarkBac98827479) reported
@O2 what the hell has happened to your customer service? At any time of day now, your live chat isn’t active and your phone lines have a minimum of 40 minutes wait. 20 years I’ve been an o2 customer for. Not any more, I’m off.
-
Andrew
(@pitcombe) reported
So @O2 are putting up their prices by 17% ~ put the service in BA10 up by 16% and I might even get a signal. Hello. From April 2023 the monthly price of your calls, texts and data will rise by the 13.4% RPI rate of inflation plus 3.9% as set out in your terms.
-
Neil
(@NeilCusack) reported
Wow @O2 really with the price increase. That’s phenomenal. I was paying £26pm on another network with my last phone and went for an iPhone with you guys for £29pm, which I thought was a decent deal. This went to £33 last year and not I’m told £39pm… what a joke!!!

@RobWilson_RW @O2 Thanks Rob for the advice, never had any issue before and had rather just refunded me in the 7 days they said it would be sorted, they have even accepted the error that's what's annoying more than anything

Imagine @O2 having the cheek to tell me my plan is increasing when the service they offer is quite literally the worst in the UK and their data never ever works. Embarrassing.

@O2 @nickgd99 Stop telling people to use wifi when they should be able to use the service they pay for! Ps sorry to the person on the Twitter account, I know this isn’t your fault!
