    @O2 just changing to O2 as I opted for deal with Virgin. Disappointed with how poor your coverage is locally in the B90 area. Where I had over 200mbits 5G with three, I am now lucky to get 20mbits with O2. Do you have plans to improve your network? Have I made a mistake?

    @O2 After spending 6 hours trying to get hold of customer services, I ended up driving (and paying for parking) to go to one of your shops to get a sim swap. This apparently the only to get service working. Not the best of starts.

    @o2 why is your service unusable in areas that your map says has good coverage? No backhaul bandwidth? B90 4AJ poor outside nothing inside. B13 0UR poor inside. Intermittent connectivity in spite of reasonable signal. Three works perfectly onside and out.

    @O2 My post code is LL12 7PN, but its everywhere i travel theres no singal. My fiance is on the same network and has no issues what so ever. Unfortunately im not receiving text or calls as i have an important 1 this afternoon and my text come through a couple of days later
