@O2 I had a issue with my billing and spoke to several of your phone assistants who did not help much at all, kept batting me off to Ariel Direct who also were useless. I finally got through to Tracy who explained the situation in 2 mins and resolved the issue, pls reward her.

Hey @O2 is there a actually a mast issue in Wolverhampton? As I've been receiving little to no Internet while I'm at work (WV10) It's been about 2 weeks. I'm not the only one either. Checked your service status and says there's a mast issue but it hasn't been fixed. Any ideas?

@O2 Any known issue with online login? I entered a stored password. Failed. Site offered to send an SMS code.. got it. Then tried stored password again and it worked! Once logged in I clicked upgrade options and it look me to login. Used stored password again - account locked.

@O2 Oh and the camera won't focus now in modes in which it previously focused. I only bought the bloody thing because of the camera. It's now a very expensive faulty piece of crap. I've only had it just over a year. Not good enough. I want my data back and my camera working again.

@O2 I'm so sick of this. I can't connect to see advice. Haven't made contact with outside world since Thursday morning. Am in the Brecons, not outer Mongolia, have reset networks, restarted etc. Still no signal and now I'm getting texts saying I've used all my data. Have I hell!
