@O2 hi, how can a serious look at serious lack of 4G signal strength be looked into? I've been advised to use the O2 signal checker which I have done and it always says that my area is at FULL signal strength. This just isn't the case. 4G since covid is atrocious :0(

@O2 Hi. Yes, she is unable to relay the code to me. I was also told that, in order to cancel the account entirely, I’d also have to relay a code. I registered a security word when I set the account up. I’ve provided this. But I am still unable to admin/run my account. This is crazy.

@O2 I’m disappointed to see the weekly Caffe Nero treat has been downgraded to a monthly drink. It was the only reason I have tolerated o2 and their patchy mobile service (non existent in my house).

@O2 Its not a very good look when I’ve had 2 of your agents put the phone down on me when ‘transferring’ to another department. It’s also not a good look when you send me a cheque and a default notice within a month of each other. Even worse when the accounts been closed 2 months

@dalehay @O2 @giffgaff Mate O2 are ******* awful. I live in Liverpool city centre and have had shocking signal issues. Just left them and went to ee. May be more expensive but at least I can use my phone!
