Problem is there is no MSISDN associated to this text, it's just a string with "BankAlert"so without help from @O2 to trace the originator, not much to do. Same with calls from unallocated numbers. You could contact @Equinix / Telecity to whom that IP range is allocated.

I've been advised to use the O2 signal checker which I have done and it always says that my area is at FULL signal strength. This just isn't the case. 4G since covid is atrocious :0(
