    They told her they are affiliated with @O2 and apparently do not offer cooling off periods. How can they miss-sell to a vulnerable lady with a brain injury and not cancel it. @plandotcom DISGUSTING.

    @O2 Have changed phones and need a micro sim card. Have PAYG with credit so want to keep same number and credit I have. Ordered a sim card online a week ago and nothing has arrived. Can you help please? New phone sat unused as can’t put standard size sim card in it.

    @O2 I have no issue with waiting so long as you will have it in stock? I was told next Saturday on the phone for delivery this am and then received an email to say it's not in stock. Hence the confusion 😕

    Moved to @O2 a week ago and really impressed by how extraordinarily bad they are Multiple calls, hours spent with the online bot and in the phone queue, and the sim card has not been activated yet
