Got tickets for Skunk Anansie via @O2 Priority but they are etickets with no physical counterpart. Presale elsewhere has physical tickets for same price, and I can't help but wish I'd known about that one instead. I have almost all my ticket stubs for the last 2 decades!

@O2 yet another upgrade blunder!! Went to the trafford centre store asked about phone comparisons, the advisor had no idea.. Asked about the contract "above my pay grade mate" seems all she wanted to do was sell me a watch.. Very poor!!!

@O2 has to have one of the most annoying customer service chatbots I have ever experienced. All I wanted to do was pay the remaining Device Plan balance, but I now want to leave O2 after more than 20 years, as their website and automated customer service has peeved me off!!

@O2 customer service is shocking, first o2 add a spend cap for no apparent reason, tried myo2 not available rang 202 pressed the monopoly of buttons to get through to talk to them about my account then it just says fraud press 1 and goodbye, whats going on?

Is @O2 actually blocking VPN connections? It seems the only UDP I can send from an O2 link, is DNS, but never actually makes it to that DNS, O2 seem to transparently intercept and forward to theirs. Dodgy AF.
