Got tickets for Skunk Anansie via @O2 Priority but they are etickets with no physical counterpart. Presale elsewhere has physical tickets for same price, and I can't help but wish I'd known about that one instead. I have almost all my ticket stubs for the last 2 decades!

@O2 Constant drop out in the centre of Manchester due to congestion. Got told by a representative that: After speaking with our Network Service Team, the level of service you’re receiving is the expected level within that area. And it's part of T's and C's.. So tough luck.

@O2 yet another upgrade blunder!! Went to the trafford centre store asked about phone comparisons, the advisor had no idea.. Asked about the contract "above my pay grade mate" seems all she wanted to do was sell me a watch.. Very poor!!!

@virginmedia I called for an update but the call handler couldn’t give a monkeys about the existing fault just wanted to upsell a new contract with an @O2 SIM why the hel would I sign up to a new 18 month contract when you can’t provide existing services, or even cancel them apparently?!
