Got tickets for Skunk Anansie via @O2 Priority but they are etickets with no physical counterpart. Presale elsewhere has physical tickets for same price, and I can't help but wish I'd known about that one instead. I have almost all my ticket stubs for the last 2 decades!

@O2 hi, how can a serious look at serious lack of 4G signal strength be looked into? I've been advised to use the O2 signal checker which I have done and it always says that my area is at FULL signal strength. This just isn't the case. 4G since covid is atrocious :0(

A new low for customer service @O2 when trying to move from Vodafone but after 3 hours on the phone, email links not working, cut off twice and not called back when said they would I don’t think I will bother. Appalling

Word to the wise : @O2 WILL NEVER contact you to convince you to move your near ending phone plan to a new fancy "business" plan, never, ever. Be aware of companies pretending to be you service provider. Remember : O2 don't do cold calling. Pass the word 📣

@O2 I’ve been trying to get help but if the experience I’ve had from the call Centre in the last 24 hours is what O2 customers get then it doesn’t bode well. If you want to contact me on 07837 340241 then I’ll talk it through but I’m not calling again.
