@O2 after several hours failing to get a one-time code from you (told your systems were having problems), I've now hit some kind of limit (told it can't send more codes... despite me receiving none). Assuming this limit resets tonight? Or do I have to wait a full 24 hrs?

@O2 Day 36 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

@Beeestonia @O2 Depending on your budget you could buy a fairphone online. Not cheap but then I usually hang on to them until they stop working - and fairphones are fixable. I love mine!
