@raymccreath @O2 Maybe you should plonk yourself in an @o2 shop to call customer services and stay on the line until they resolve it. For added effect get a T-shirt printed describing your situation. Potential customers in the shop would find that very helpful.

@o2 absolutely shocking customer service... overcharged on bill by nearly £1800 and been trying to get money back. O2 have admitted error but to date have been unable to get refund. Another 45 mins on phone today and still cannot tell me when money is coming back.

@O2 what's going on with the service in the South Lanarkshire area been absolutely terrible the last 5months. Never had an issue before. Recently got the Samsung s22 ultra ever since then its been terrible. Can easily get a signal on my work phone which is vodafone.
