Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

Why do you keep cutting my parents phones off @O2 when they haven’t been used in a while with no notice from you (on rollover terms & in credit)? Pensioners who have them in case of emergency. First my dads when he was out and people needed to get hold of him and now my mums.

@O2 I've been a customer of yours since I was 16. I've gone to collect my upgrade in store but not allowed to take it cos I have no passport or license. I have nhs ID and my student ID which even has my DOB on!!! Ridiculous

@O2 I can actually see your mast in a good coverage area, with a good signal level. Lest than 1 mbs download and 11 up. You need some capacity in your network. How are people supposed to use the free disney plus? What about a refund for not providing a usable service?
