Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

@O2 click & collect upgrade Fulham Broadway. Called store to check collection. Hadn’t got my order. Called 202. Told store had my order. Cue 3 more calls to store and 202. 202 says cant cancel and reorder for home delivery. Store says they can’t give me a phone. What now? Woeful

@O2 I am exhausted by your handy tips rather than fixing the problem. Paying monthly airtime contract and indeed a price increase is unacceptable yet still no resolution. This is the poorest customer support and with 3 airtime contracts you will not realise any renewals!

@Phil_Gooch @O2 I’m on ecotalk (same people as Ecotricity). They use EE network and seem to be pretty good. Profits go to eco causes.

@wxmsmith @O2 Complained to them about this a couple years ago along with poor signal and they basically said they can’t cope with the demand in Wrexham. Ended up getting compensated as phone was unusable. Has improved since then but it’s still a bit naff. Worth contacting them and asking.
