    Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

    @O2 (Gareth Turpin) very disappointed that you want to hike up my contract by 17.3%. Using RPI which is discredited by the ONS to get a bigger increase. You well know that inflation is decreasing. Very poor customer service!

    @O2 how long do we have to change our mind on a new contract? Took mine out 2 months ago at a price I could afford and now you’re increasing it by £7 a month. I’d therefore like to cancel because I can assure you I wont be paying it.
