    Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

    The @O2 saga continues. They have put a default against a closed account due to THEM making an error. (They admitted this) - this is an issue as I’m trying to get a mortgage right now. Having spent many hours (over 3hrs on hold) trying to contact them I got the account (1/4)

    @O2 many hours more of holding and still no end in sight. @Ofcom can you look into @O2 failing to provide a working customer service line, meaning you can't get through to them when their service is failing. Access to support is surely a consumer right??

    @O2 what is going on with your coverage. I speak to people on the same network and have to call them back 4/5 times per conversation. Trying to have a conversation with someone is painful! #rubbishsignal

    @O2 genuine question , how come I had 4g+ , 2 bars and nothing loads up I.e Internet , and yet my work phone which is on EE has the same 4g+ same 2 bars and is a older phone , works straight away no loading problems what so ever ??

    @o2 I'm currently paying you for 90gb of data per month, but I've only been using around 20gb since November, because your network is so woefully bad. What is the minimum standard of service you are contractually obliged to provide, before I can claim money back or cancel?

    @O2 According to your area checker there is a mast that needs repairing and you will start that work at the end of this month! Is that right? Post code PL2. Doesn’t explain why my colleague in Salisbury is having the same issue with his 02 service though
