    Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

    @O2 My heavily pregnant daughter in law has been threatened with debt collectors in spite of 7 attempts to pay an outstanding balance. Customer service useless as unable to see any outstanding balance or issue. Much distress caused and no resolution

    Pt2... @EE Rather than them paying the additional £2 per month + £35 up front fee. They'd rather lose a customer whos been with them for ages. EE, your website did this to me the first time I signed as well, but because I was new, you wavered it. Funny that! Over to @O2 I go.

    @O2 so got a device from O2 went to turn it on yesterday and nothing won't even take a charge now being told I had 28 days to check it which I was not advised before. Passed to two teams and the last just hangs up great service towards your customers. I need a manager call today

    @MarkEvansO2 I have just forwarded an email to you from .@O2 customer service who have not detailed the full complaint I have raised regarding poor signal and service at a specific location since 2019, that affects multiple customers and devices. I look forward to Your response.

    @VMO2News @virginmedia @O2 And it’s a good lesson in not hiring pencil pusher strategists to your fraud head position. Hire someone who has worked the fraud queues, understands the process and investigation. Actually wants to solve the problem not present ‘better close times’ to their seniors 🤡

    @O2 Send me the details of the current ceo please ( email address) and I'll happily pass the email to them. Having dealt with customer services many times and nothing has been resolved, there is a technical infrastructure issue that requires proper investigation.

    @O2 still can’t receive calls or texts because o2 have messed up my number port, have been phoning since 21st December no update , no solution, ridiculous!
