Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

Hi @O2 what are these ridiculous credit requirements to get a sim-only plan with you ?! Never been rejected ever, want to get a £8 pcm plan (my current one is £38) and yet you refuse my application ?! I'm not a risky customer at all, and I might as well go to your concurrents.

Hi @o2 - when purchasing my sim only with you, I entered a PAC code. My service from Vodafone is being cut off today but the number on my O2 account is a new one. When I put my new sim in will it change over? Thanks!

@O2 Am absolutely appalled by your service. I’ve just had my bill come through, which is completely wrong after speaking to someone only on Monday! After being a loyal customer I want to leave when my contract runs out.

@O2 your coverage in the Cwmbran area NP44 is shocking, no end of people on O2 post about the poor signal especially around the Llanyrafon and Henllys/TyCanol area. When we ask about if there are any signal issues we’re told there’s not, Vodafone, EE and 3 work prefect. 😖

@ailsabm @O2 Wait what?! FFS. That's supposed to be part of the contract thing. I had to cancel audible and restart and it was close in terms of dates but I'm surprised you had less than a month to use it :/

@O2 @O2 very disappointed with the serviceordered a new phone for my daughters bday this morning thru the app paid the upfront cost and the deposit £120 all in and it wouldn’t let me process it at the end but yous did take my money, spoke to 8 diff people and no one can help
