    Hiya @O2 i just brought a contract online from you & payed my upfront cost + for a plug, however the first attempt of payment was apple pay which apparently declined so i then payed using a different card - however you’ve taken both payments so ive been overcharged - help? 😢

    Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

    So @O2 you have charged me for data roaming in Turkey when i haven't been there. I'm being told this will be credited but not until next month it is 3 x bigger than my monthly plan. So I am penalised and my bank account will be down. If I stop my DD I will show as bad credit

    @O2 customer for over 15 years, in hospital and tried to buy bolt on yesterday - email confirmed - however not added @o2customerservice advise - rude - try again in 24 hours - shocking

    Turns out, yes, roam free ends. Unless you're with @O2. There are other great developments, too: 36-month long contracts on new phones 😳 Have they become sturdier all of the sudden or am I exceptionally clumsy? Mine never last longer than 24 months and usually last less 🙄
