    @O2 @GreggsOfficial voucher is garbage (and wasted) if venues can say "ah we don't do that", which they often do (incl Welcome Break Newark, not mentioned as any exclusion on the app) - just make them all accept it?

    It’s suddenly become a nightmare to log in to @O2 account through their app. The merger with Virgin Media has messed everything up & on top of all that their customer service team (dial202) are now in India 🤬

    @O2 @O2 , clearly does not take fraud seriously. I’ve received a cheque to my home made out to a fraudster I’ve reported previously & they won’t help me contact their fraud dept Speak to customer services and they can’t grasp the situation, the last guy told me to cash the cheque 🤦🏻

    @O2 Spent the entire day being messed around over a PAYG data issue, latest quick transfer "because I'm disabled" has gone to somebody who can't help. Now victimisation I am getting really upset now over how I am being treated. I have been an O2 customer with various No's over 20yrs
