Hiya @O2 i just brought a contract online from you & payed my upfront cost + for a plug, however the first attempt of payment was apple pay which apparently declined so i then payed using a different card - however you’ve taken both payments so ive been overcharged - help? 😢

@O2 Logged a complaint on 7th. Was told would be contacted within 5 working days. On day 7 now. Have pleaded for help, but nothing! Worst experience ever. Thinking about switching providers now!
