    Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

    @O2 been phoning for over 2 months now chasing the money you owe me. Keep getting promised a refund and a manager call back and nothing. Will be seeking advice from the ombudsman. Never known a company like it.

    @O2 Hi, I have a sim only contract and I’d like to upgrade to a device plan. I know I have to wait until 3 months but can I pay the extra month (£20) to upgrade quicker? Or cancel my current contract and open a new device plan? Thanks
