@O2 my new phone has arrived today and is damaged, customer services say can't do anything after 20 mins on hold I must go to a store what a joke, ordered over the phone happy enough to sell but can't sort issues fuming

@O2 What happened to your live chat? It’s awful now. I’ve messaged about trying to adjust my plan (as I can get much better deals elsewhere) and have been waiting days for a reply. Tesco can give me for £10 a month, what you’re giving me for £17.
