    @deanrobertlogan @giffgaff @O2 If your Apple watch requires an esim then it won't work with giffgaff because as yet they don't support esims but if you just connect it to your phone via Bluetooth then there won't be any extra charge for the data it uses.

    @O2 This new system just doesn’t work, the majority of my colleagues and I used to get a coffee on our lunch but unless you get a code at 10am they sell out and it has to be used within 30 mins, when everyone’s already in the office! Terrible!

    @O2 so I've lost my SIM and I go to the O2 web site to order a replacement and the 2factor security tells me its sent me BY SMS a code to log in.....I **** you not!! Who ******** designs these processes and how easy would it be to give another option to distribute the codes.

    @johnpudneyhq @O2 I couldn’t get a single bar of signal in Chester. Had to drive for about 5 miles before my signal kicked in.

    Hi @O2, I am waiting for a sim to arrive in the post due to having some issues with my current o2 sim. However I am getting sim not provisioned on my phone popping up. I am currently unable to make any calls or send any texts. Please advise? Thanks
