@O2 Hi it's all over STOKE ON TRENT I've never known it be so bad,I'm literally paying for a none existent mobile phone,I set up to get updates,& all I'm getting is "We are still trying to deal with issue, we'll notify you in 7 Day's" That's it.. it's unacceptable

@O2 I’m in Corfu and my phone connected to an Albanian network and charged me £33 for 5.5mb data. Are you able to remove this charge so I can adjust my network settings to prevent it happening again?

Call o2 to take out a contract, the call takes 2 mins to reach a human. Call them to cancel and it's 20 mins and counting without reaching anyone. Brilliant. I see what you're doing. @O2

@O2 Hi Not Really.. but I do get a bit of a signal.. but in S-O-T the signal is appalling what Make's it Worse I'm paying & not getting a Damn Signal.. I'm severely disabled,& need my phone for emergencies. Is it Because I'm a lowly PAYG customer.. £120 a Month.. in 8 weeks into this

@O2 Ive been a loyal customer 4 yrs & Im left feeling beyond disappointed by the service received. Totally inadequate & on the brink of moving 2 @VodafoneUK. Why is an upgrade THIS hard 4 you? Not happy & wont B staying if this is not resolved by 2moro.

@O2 Everywhere.. yes looked at the guides and spoke to some one 3times in the last 2 weeks it’s impeccably important I can use my phone and since becoming an o2 customer that’s not been possible 😡

@O2 Thank you. I have actually read through this already. It doesn't seem to be just me affected as local groups have similar posts from people asking if anyone else has problems. Wasn't sure if it was an issue in this area?
