Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

Hey @O2 - I've been trying for nearly two weeks to buy a new phone from you (an upgrade). Your website gives errors when I try to pay, visiting a store I was told to call you, and when I call you I'm promised, "it'll be fixed in a day or two," which it hasn't been. Help?

Amazing both @EE and @O2 have sent me txts saying they are improving my service. Err wrong. At Balcombe I had 5G with @EE now 3 bars on 4G, and O2 just 3 bars of 4G. Amazing improvement

@O2 Got to say your 4g is getting worse and worse especially I'm last few months. Unable to connect more often than not, Plymouth, Devon, Cornwall, Wales and Greater Manchester. Adding virgin mobile customers to an already over subscribed/ congested network not a great idea!

@O2 I am still receiving phone calls from a company called CV the last number they rang from was 0141 489 0715. Any idea who they are? The caller says they are an authorised O2 company. I never deal with third parties my contract is directly with you. Please advise.
