    Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

    @O2 Hi, no it’s not a screen protector as it was straight out of the box when purchased, i’ve tried all of the settings and nothing has fixed it. Unfortunately i did get a replacement phone at the local o2 store yesterday however i believe it has the same issue

    @O2 Is there any way I can reset my network settings for the WiFi Extra service on the London Underground? My phone won’t auto-join the network even though I’ve got the option switched on. I have to select it every time and sometimes get asked for a login/password…
