    @O2 Really @o2? You started out so well acknowledging the issue and it just went downhill from there. The app was down for the day, yet touts managed to buy and relist them for £hundreds, it is disgusting.

    @O2 Hi, I want to upgrade my phone but it will not let me go below 150gb monthly data. I don’t need this much. If I was purchasing the phone new rather than upgrade it let’s me decrease the monthly data on edit my plan but not when upgrading. Please can someone help?

    @o2 why is your service unusable in areas that your map says has good coverage? No backhaul bandwidth? B90 4AJ poor outside nothing inside. B13 0UR poor inside. Intermittent connectivity in spite of reasonable signal. Three works perfectly onside and out.

    @O2 After spending 6 hours trying to get hold of customer services, I ended up driving (and paying for parking) to go to one of your shops to get a sim swap. This apparently the only to get service working. Not the best of starts.

    @O2 why does the local B90 4AJ mast go faulty EVERY week. 6 weeks in a row now, we get no service until it is repaired. You need better repair engineers as their repairs do not even last a week!!!

    @O2 can you stop advising people to "reset network settings" when your network has problems. This didn't fix the problem with your network and unfortunately wipes out all WiFi and Bluetooth settings, which then need manually setting up again. Not good advice at all.

    @O2 never known such incompetence in my life. Phoned, used the MyO2 chat and wasn’t until I went into a store they found for me that the number that I was trying to sim swap has been made into a legacy number. So can’t use it now. Will be cancelling once the contracts finished

    Customer service with @O2 is awful - avoid! Asked high street shop to cancel a short-term rolling contract months ago... just discovered they never stopped billing me. Now cannot complain via app (painful delay), phone (painful delay) nor website (link is broken). Shameful.

    @O2 @o2businessuk you have terrible signal reception everywhere in London and in England. I can’t have reception in the city, in greenwich, in heathrow, anywhere around the city reception is terrible. Shame on you, you dont invest. Worse signal in UK.
