@O2 why does the local B90 4AJ mast go faulty EVERY week. 6 weeks in a row now, we get no service until it is repaired. You need better repair engineers as their repairs do not even last a week!!!

@O2 Really @o2? You started out so well acknowledging the issue and it just went downhill from there. The app was down for the day, yet touts managed to buy and relist them for £hundreds, it is disgusting.

No idea why SMS tiers exist (apart from to make profit). Voice/web/SMS - it's all data - just take it out of data allowance!
