I am paying more for my phone still than what was originally agreed at the start of my contract. I was told I'd get discount as I work for Bupa. How to lose a customer of 26 years in one easy lesson. Not good business. Even my insurers will negotiate to keep the good business of an easy customer.

They’ve been “fixing” a mast near me for weeks, keep giving completion dates and it’s never fixed and then they send out new alerts with new completion dates and again never fixed. I’m not asking for a complete refund just money off my bills bc why tf am I paying £73 a month for no service @O2

You keep saying issues in area but this has been over 4 months. Missing important calls from hospital. Time for network change if nothing can be done.
