@O2 was meant to swap my number over to you guys from 3 network but you haven't!!! So that means I'm still running two phone contracts! My 3 contract ended on monday!! They wont cancel my contract until the number swap is done !! Please help!

@O2 yet another upgrade blunder!! Went to the trafford centre store asked about phone comparisons, the advisor had no idea.. Asked about the contract "above my pay grade mate" seems all she wanted to do was sell me a watch.. Very poor!!!

@O2 hi, how can a serious look at serious lack of 4G signal strength be looked into? I've been advised to use the O2 signal checker which I have done and it always says that my area is at FULL signal strength. This just isn't the case. 4G since covid is atrocious :0(

@craigrookleeds @O2 Well I'm on 3 and my contract ends tomorrow. I got another phone the other day on 02 but when I put the sim in I've got no network lol. I've asked to swap my number to 02 so I'll see if I get a network tomorrow
