  • rider45 Brian O'Keefe (@rider45) reported from Great Baddow, England

@K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think you’ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, I’ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

  • _RyanLegg Ryan (@_RyanLegg) reported from Halstead, England

@plusnethelp - Hi Plusnet, I’ve been advised by another provider, I am interested in moving to, that my line shows I am already a customer of theirs but I’m a customer of yours. They believe that you guys need to review why it’s showing I’m with multiple providers, can you help.

  • theexterminato9 The Exterminator Pest Control (@theexterminato9) reported from Chelmsford, England

@Plusnet Another day and another evening of useless so called fibre b/b. When can we leave this poor excuse of a service to a decent one

  • deniseessex denise salman (@deniseessex) reported from Chelmsford, England

@plusnethelp having problem with broadband setup. new customer as of 26 March. should have been up & running today, seamlessly. Plusnet hub has blue light but no broadband. Not impressed. Previous provider, Daisy working 100% on Wednesday. Please DM ASAP, order no: 0-3905409.

@MikeGradysez Gave up on them years ago, I changed to Plusnet, owned funnily enough by BT now but great service and you actually speak to people based in Yorkshire. That'll do for me.

  • theexterminato9 The Exterminator Pest Control (@theexterminato9) reported from Chelmsford, England

Because I’d really not like to be charged for me ex’s account when you told me you would cancel it when I started my account up @Plusnet

  • slackyp Peter Slack (@slackyp) reported

@Plusnet I was trying to find out how much bt sport costs as I have plusnet broadband. Before it got to the cost it has said I've ordered the app. How do I cancel? I wasn't given the option to buy at a price and now I've seen the price it's too expensive

  • unogemini Jabber 👉🏻💥 (@unogemini) reported

@Plusnet Hi, are there any outage reports in the Wandsworth (SW11) area? Our Internet has cut out 3 times in the last hour now.. Thanks.

  • mw_hufc Martin Watson (@mw_hufc) reported

@MarkSJordan @Plusnet Most modern phones support voice over wifi so signal boosters are getting a bit old hat as the phone will switch to using the wifi it's attached to instead.

  • TredegarAnn Ann Fleming (@TredegarAnn) reported

@MarkSJordan @Plusnet I’m having the same problem with @plusnet The only option is to tweet which they ignore.

  • jamclarkey James (@jamclarkey) reported

@JudySismey I don't think PlusNet offers Full Fibre broadband with a voice service so you may need to move to BT's Full Fibre package with BT Digital Voice (Internet based phone service)

  • anicetune anicetune (@anicetune) reported

@muns80y @Plusnet I've been trying to cancel Plusnet. Just a simple task of ringing and asking? Nope. After answering some pretty tough security questions, they tried talking me out of it, then said they were having technical problems. I then an e-mail about something completely different 🙁

  • MarkSJordan Mark (@MarkSJordan) reported

Disappointed with @Plusnet . In the absence of online chat, they tell you to direct message them on twitter. 2 messages about lack of mobile signal at our new home sent over 2 days.... Nothing 😡

  • Plusnet Plusnet (@Plusnet) reported

@simonbg12 Hi Simon, I'm very sorry to hear about your experience. I'm afraid that we're unable to discuss John Lewis Broadband accounts via our Social Media Support Channels, so I would ask that you please contact our Support Team on 0800 432 0200. -AJ, Plusnet Sheffield

  • sinz1019 Sinz1019 (@sinz1019) reported

@Plusnet Why is getting through as long as getting through to the @DWP? That is extremely long waiting times, pretty shabby for a company that prides itself on customer service
