@K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think you’ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, I’ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

@plusnethelp having problem with broadband setup. new customer as of 26 March. should have been up & running today, seamlessly. Plusnet hub has blue light but no broadband. Not impressed. Previous provider, Daisy working 100% on Wednesday. Please DM ASAP, order no: 0-3905409.

@Plusnet @Deku_shrub Hi Plusnet, I'm also having an issue with connecting to Slack and get a DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN error. All other websites work fine. If I hotspot from my phone I can connect to Slack fine (so not an issue with Slack), but rather with your DNS record

@Plusnet @chrismillerpics Hey Plusnet, I'm also having an issue with Slack. If I hotspot off my phone it works fine, but if I use Plusnet I get an DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN error. This has been happening since last night. Please can you resolve. All other websites work fine

@Plusnet You keep pushing this back on me, but the differentiating factor I can see is me now getting my broadband from you! What are you doing to investigate whether there’s an issue at your end? Others say they recognise this problem with your service, so it can’t just be my set-up.

Do not change your broadband to @TalkTalk . I was with plusnet for 8 years and no problem. This lot have known about the fact I have no phone or broadband for days and have made promises and broken them blaming @BT . I'll re tweet this until its sorted.

It's my birthday and, because UK internet companies take forever to fix Internet lines, i havent been able to see or talk to my wife and son. I've also lost out on wages because i work online. Thanks @Plusnet thanks a lot.

@itvMLshow my Plusnet bill went up drastically. I looked at sky, got a price from them. Went back to Plusnet and they lowered the price lower than sky. Plusnet customer service is really good too.
