@K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think you’ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, I’ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

@plusnethelp having problem with broadband setup. new customer as of 26 March. should have been up & running today, seamlessly. Plusnet hub has blue light but no broadband. Not impressed. Previous provider, Daisy working 100% on Wednesday. Please DM ASAP, order no: 0-3905409.

@plusnethelp - Hi Plusnet, I’ve been advised by another provider, I am interested in moving to, that my line shows I am already a customer of theirs but I’m a customer of yours. They believe that you guys need to review why it’s showing I’m with multiple providers, can you help.

@ZenInternetHelp @Plusnet could you guys speak to each other. Trying to move from plusnet to zen. Zen says plusnet is blocking this and plusnet so not so. You both have really bad waiting music on the phone.

Our broadband was due to be setup on Wednesday with Plusnet. Every day since then we have been told it will be on by midnight. It still isn't. it is apparently a problem with Openreach's system but it is making WFH impossible. Please provide a solution @OpenreachHelp @plusnethelp

My @Plusnet fault ticket that I've had open since the 12th got automaticlaly closed after no reply... Whats the point with this company? Got another 12 months of this high level of service to look forward to. If anyone has escaped a PN contract before please let me know.
