@K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think you’ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, I’ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

@plusnethelp having problem with broadband setup. new customer as of 26 March. should have been up & running today, seamlessly. Plusnet hub has blue light but no broadband. Not impressed. Previous provider, Daisy working 100% on Wednesday. Please DM ASAP, order no: 0-3905409.

@Plusnet I received a Purecare prepaid card through the post today for signing up to Plusnet. I'm having issues registering the card online. Apparently this is a common issue which leads to Pure card and Plusnet then bouncing responsibility back to each other. Can you help?

@kondratiuk59 @Plusnet They’ve just been .. it’s fixed .. also he woke us up .. he’d been told he it was a landline fault .. therefore needed access to main socket .. I’ve made a formal complaint.. they’ve been shocking!! Now got the job of connecting all the devices 😬…

@l_n0te @Plusnet The only way I could get to speak to anyone was to select the "If you're thinking if leaving us ..." option. But he couldn't help because apparently there's no-one in the Broadband support team today as it's a Bank Holiday.
