⚒️Tom Cooper⚒️ (@TommyC306) reported from Burnham-on-Crouch, England@MikeGradysez Gave up on them years ago, I changed to Plusnet, owned funnily enough by BT now but great service and you actually speak to people based in Yorkshire. That'll do for me.
-
Ryan (@_RyanLegg) reported from Halstead, England@plusnethelp - Hi Plusnet, I’ve been advised by another provider, I am interested in moving to, that my line shows I am already a customer of theirs but I’m a customer of yours. They believe that you guys need to review why it’s showing I’m with multiple providers, can you help.

-
Brian O'Keefe (@rider45) reported from Great Baddow, England@K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think you’ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, I’ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

-
Sir John Darning 🇬🇧🏴🇺🇸🇪🇺 (@ModerateConcern) reported@Plusnet Why can’t this existing Plusnet customer upgrade from slow 16mbps speed to the faster 62 mbps speeds without switching to another supplier? Literally advised by your sales person to go with Virgin if I want faster broadband.
-
Red Ant (@RedAnt6) reportedSurely the @Plusnet mailbox setup must be the most onerous ever designed. The most stupid constraints on a PIN number, then 101 options you don't really want!
-
Plusnet (@Plusnet) reported@HelsBels2525 Should you continue to have issues following this time, please let me know and I'll open a request for an engineer visit to look further into this for you. -Tony Plusnet Sheffield
-
BOBBY W (@officialbobzta) reported@Plusnet Yes you should be sorry. It's been years and we are STILL paying for a service that DOESN'T work!
-
Just Dave 🇬🇧🐺🇵🇹 (@tyrewulf) reported@PhilBatemanMBE Surprised it's only effected PlusNet customer's. If the problem is in a specific area effecting all service providers not just one, it would suggest a local network issue where someone has put a pneumatic drill through a cable or knocked over a cabinet. It does happen.
-
Plusnet (@Plusnet) reported@MelJPotter I'd recommend that you speak to our Customer Options team about your package as they may be able to move you on to the 6GB for £6 per month tariff. The team are available on 500 from your Plusnet mobile or 0800 079 1133 from any phone. Regards, Emily Plusnet Leeds 🌞

Vern (@REMITINTEGRITY) reported@PriapusIQ We received similar bollocks from Plusnet increasing our wifi pro rata with so called inflation. I sent them an email saying yes no problem but inflation is only transitory.
-
Armadyl (@ArmadylianMage) reportedDon’t get PlusNet, it’s the most dogshit ******* internet provider on the face of the planet. Literally first sign of bad weather INSTANTLY lose all ability to play any online game.
-
Plusnet (@Plusnet) reported@HelsBels2525 Hi Helen, I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with your connection. While I'm showing no external faults, I can see the disconnections you've been experiencing. I've requested a change to your line settings which should complete within the next 24 hours -Tony Plusnet Sheffield

Basil (@thelongestone) reported@JPB_Islington @Plusnet I've finally found a way to raise a support ticket, but golly it is hidden away. Every email gets an auto response which basically says "we don't like emails, we won't respond. Ring us!" which for an ISP is really poor
