@GlasgowNotOsteo @Plusnet Hi Daniel, thank you for your message. They did offer a repayment plan. My issue is that it wasn’t explained to me that i would have to pay for 4 months of broadband that we didn’t need or use when we reopened. Fairly brutal customer service given the circumstances..

@Plusnet "Broadband Provider of the Year Winner 2021. We won four big trophies at this year's event including Best Provider Customer Service for an incredible eight years in a row”. OKAY, SO WHY CAN’T YOU GET MY BROADBAND WORKING?? 10 days with it, 14 without. No prize from me.

@Plusnet Having to reboot my router 3 or 4 times a day, I keep getting disconnected and the router shows red light. Never had this issue with EE.

@OpenreachHelp Done this countless times with Plusnet. Last engineer said he could do no more - like all but one other who was the one who got it working originally after six days of failures. 10 days later it goes down. Last Engineer Conrad gave me a ref No. 39298. Referred 2 second line team.
