@BritishTelecom @BTOpenreach1 @Plusnet so disappointed at the level of service I’m receiving. Changing suppliers has lead to a fault in the line. No internet for 9 days already. Fault STILL not fixed. 3 kids at home and 2 parents working from home with NO INTERNET. Not impressed

@GlasgowNotOsteo @Plusnet Hi Daniel, thank you for your message. They did offer a repayment plan. My issue is that it wasn’t explained to me that i would have to pay for 4 months of broadband that we didn’t need or use when we reopened. Fairly brutal customer service given the circumstances..

Is anyone else here a @Plusnet customer? I'm having the mother of all internet hassles at the moment. The router is working and I have wifi but no internet. Are they down? Have re booted etc but to no avail. It's been almost an hour.

Horrific service by @Plusnet !! Cancelled my account against my wishes, didn’t tell me I needed to pay moving fee on the phone, charged me £150 closing fee, said they’d listen back to call and call me back - now getting debt collection emails?! Shocking! Call me please.

@Plusnet Yer, the explanation still doesn't cover a fixed term agreement being changed once i took up the offer. It's quite underhanded really. I take the special offer, only for the price to escalate afterwards. The reason/excuse behind the rise should not be my problem
