    @GlasgowNotOsteo @Plusnet Hi Daniel, thank you for your message. They did offer a repayment plan. My issue is that it wasn’t explained to me that i would have to pay for 4 months of broadband that we didn’t need or use when we reopened. Fairly brutal customer service given the circumstances..

    @BritishTelecom @BTOpenreach1 @Plusnet so disappointed at the level of service I’m receiving. Changing suppliers has lead to a fault in the line. No internet for 9 days already. Fault STILL not fixed. 3 kids at home and 2 parents working from home with NO INTERNET. Not impressed

    @Plusnet Where is your customer service? I have a broadband fault, your phone line doesn’t go through to an agent and your automated SMS fault check resets to the default initial msg every few minutes

    Another massive price hike by @Plusnet after a huge one last year, within contract. Just waiting for the contract to end then will switch of course. Should I assume I'll lose service during switch? Anything I can do to mitigate?

    Dear @plusnethelp @Plusnet your appalling customer support means on 11th day without Broadband, WiFi and telephoned. Enforced working from home means you are jeopardising our jobs

    @mikeportsmouth Plusnet for broadband..I got a good deal, and a seventy pound gift card for joining. I had a small problem at the beginning and was addressed straight away. And Freesat box for sky.

    @Plusnet For 3 days I've had problems receiving and sending emails from my laptop and phone. Coincides with new phone purchase. Very frustrating.

    @Plusnet My service goes on and off. I managed to send and receive emails 30 minutes ago but now I cannot send again, It is utterly pathetic. My email was provided by Madasafish who were brilliant, never any problems. Since you took them over it has been awful.

    @Plusnet I’m really disappointed with your approach to recycling modems. I called asking one of your customer service advisors what to do with an old modem and he said whatever ( in simple terms). Large companies need to do a lot more when it comes to recycling.
