    @leo_sheek It's a minefield. I ditched VM for the same reason. Promised to fix the problem but didn't. Switched to plusnet who I recommend. There was a similar problem at the start but they sorted it. I was in a black spot so it was either crap pricey VM fibre or cheap and not great basic.

    @LozzaFox And this is why we left. We got atleast 3-4 outages a month and at one time it was off for a week and no TV for 3 days, when we did finally manage to get hold of someone, they offered us £3 compensation on a £60 bill. My wife works for Plusnet and we've never had a problem at all

    Still waiting for @Plusnet to listen to a phone call where they told I'd owe em about £20 upon leaving. Instead been charged about £60 and had no contact from them. Got sent to a debt collector. DO NOT go with plus net. Advise everyone to avoid. Horrible customer service.

    @plusnet @plusnethelp major outage reported over 24 hours ago. You promised fix by 6pm YESTERDAY. Over 24 hours later connection still down. Customer service line not accepting calls. WHAT ARE YOU PLAYING AT?

    Worst Internet coverage EVER by #plusnet. Need to teach online to make a living. Lost connection 13 times in one hour today. This has been happening for months. Supposedly, they upped my signal two weeks ago. Contract is up, I'm off!
