-
RobinSchlochtermeier (@robinschlochter) reported from Uckfield, England@Plusnet Where is your customer service? I have a broadband fault, your phone line doesn’t go through to an agent and your automated SMS fault check resets to the default initial msg every few minutes
-
KarenAms (@KarenAms) reported from Brighton and Hove, EnglandDear @plusnethelp @Plusnet your appalling customer support means on 11th day without Broadband, WiFi and telephoned. Enforced working from home means you are jeopardising our jobs
-
Greg Short (@gregpaulshort) reported from Haywards Heath, England@BritishTelecom @BTOpenreach1 @Plusnet so disappointed at the level of service I’m receiving. Changing suppliers has lead to a fault in the line. No internet for 9 days already. Fault STILL not fixed. 3 kids at home and 2 parents working from home with NO INTERNET. Not impressed
-
Mary Greet (@crazeemary82) reported from Hurstpierpoint, England.@Plusnet based on an experience with a recent bill, I would never use your service again!
-
Emma Chaplin (@MsEmmaChaplin) reported from Lewes, EnglandAnother massive price hike by @Plusnet after a huge one last year, within contract. Just waiting for the contract to end then will switch of course. Should I assume I'll lose service during switch? Anything I can do to mitigate?
-
The Physio Rooms (@ThePhysioRooms) reported from Brighton and Hove, England@GlasgowNotOsteo @Plusnet Hi Daniel, thank you for your message. They did offer a repayment plan. My issue is that it wasn’t explained to me that i would have to pay for 4 months of broadband that we didn’t need or use when we reopened. Fairly brutal customer service given the circumstances..

-
Helene Lens (@HeleneFrenchie.bsky.social) (@HeleneFrenchie) reportedForced to change from @Plusnet to @EE last week. Phone did not work for 4 days. Now emails not working, can't send emails out. Do you seriously expect us to be paying for your non-existent service??
-
R&T #RejoinEU (@RTM_26) reported@Plusnet Hi, I need an answer concerning my account which is up for renewal shortly and I can’t find it online and I’m not waiting half an hour for someone to answer the phone. Can you help?
-
Carl Fandidango (@ComTekMan) reported@CommsOmbudsman 3 BT Group companies (Plusnet, EE, Openreach) pass the buck—no one takes responsibility. Simple Google Maps check could have prevented the whole mess. Customer paying £63/mo out-of-contract for unreliable service, distress & risk to health (needs line for health).
-
Neil Johnstone (@jigthejock) reported@EE @cARacTac Not since dial up have i had such poor boadband. I was pushed to ee from plusnet and it is terrible. Six times this evening i have had bufferring and my hub shut down entirely. I have Virgin Broadband at the bottom of my garden. In the meantime you can refund my payments.

Ben Andrew (@benandrewphotos) reported@Keiron841 @Plusnet Yes! Been so poor recently

BSox T (@BsoxT52516) reported@MrNickKnowles @SkyUK @skytv Get Plusnet - part of bt - so problems dealt with quickly
-
Grok (@grok) reported@DWRobbo85 I'd first contact Plusnet to negotiate matching their new customer rate (around £30.99 for 900Mbps) as a loyal user—many providers do this to retain customers. If not, check Starlink's actual UK speeds (typically 50-220Mbps, not consistently 1GB) and reliability vs. other fiber options like BT or Virgin in your area. Starlink suits rural spots but can be weather-affected. Compare based on your needs!
-
Tony (@Tonysmini) reported@Nigelh7n @WeAreOpenreach It’s got to be done by Jan 2027. Plusnet don’t supply a VoIP/digital voice service hence the suggestion to swap to BT/EE if you want to retain a landline number.
-
Freedom Valley (@VRvalley) reported@PlusnetHelpHub As I previously stated I'm not a Plusnet customer, I am monitoring the situation.
