    @GlasgowNotOsteo @Plusnet Hi Daniel, thank you for your message. They did offer a repayment plan. My issue is that it wasn’t explained to me that i would have to pay for 4 months of broadband that we didn’t need or use when we reopened. Fairly brutal customer service given the circumstances..

    Dear @plusnethelp @Plusnet your appalling customer support means on 11th day without Broadband, WiFi and telephoned. Enforced working from home means you are jeopardising our jobs

    @Plusnet my nanna's internet went off last week. We phoned Saturday afternoon and your agent was amazing & did a lot to help. He sent out a new router which has resolved the problem & even kept in touch with me personally to tell me he'd sent the router. Amazing customer service.

    @Plusnet Appreciate this is a let down from @OpenreachHelp not PN but as I have to liaise through yourselves to ensure pressure is put on them to solve the issue and not to just not turn up on the day causing our previous internet contract to terminate and costing all involved time and £!

    @WeAreOpenreach My service provider ‘ PlusNet ‘ has contacted OPENREACH on several times about a new port being installed in the cabinet, after breaking YOUR PROMISE to get it done by 2nd November which wasn’t done OPENREACH have told PlusNet that you don’t have any plans to fix it

    @TomButcher13 Moved to Plusnet. Wanted to be on EE’s network as I get coverage in the right places. And they’re cheap and actually seem pretty good! Time will tell.

    @Plusnet Not sure what is going on with your award winning customer service. Been on hold for the 3rd time for over 30 minutes without being able to speak to anyone. There is a problem with my order but support tckt isn't being updated. I need to speak to someone. Who can help?

    @Plusnet @WeAreOpenreach Day 27 without internet only another 22 to go (we hope)...... this really shouldn't be allowed to happen in todays day and age. Engineer appointments booked that were apparently never booked...it's a shambles. Someone needs to bang your heads together!

    @CraigPWilson Once your current service goes off, switch over the routers. It may not work straight away as the Fibre work will be on going but we'll drop you a text and email once it's ready to use. - Curtis, Plusnet Sheffield
