My issue is that it wasn’t explained to me that i would have to pay for 4 months of broadband that we didn’t need or use when we reopened. Fairly brutal customer service given the circumstances..

Changing suppliers has lead to a fault in the line. No internet for 9 days already. Fault STILL not fixed. 3 kids at home and 2 parents working from home with NO INTERNET. Not impressed

Wolf Baginski💙 (@WolfBaginski) reported@Plusnet This bear remembers when, even for ADSL, there were modem-only boxes, so he tends to be a bit more picky than some. These days, there is the connection to the internet (modem) in the same box as the local network management. I can confuse for Lancashire on the subject.
