    How is getting broadband so difficult with @Plusnet it is more comical than the comedian in the advert! Service drops out, they credit the account. System sees it hasn’t received money, so issues debt letter and stops service. Then told 10 days to get service back. @MartinSLewis

    @jeremycorbyn But you’re willing to make people lose their jobs at Plusnet Sky Virgin and TalkTalk. Yet alone every ******* phone company that gives a broadband service. There’s no limit to your stupidity is there.

    Thanks @Plusnet. Another unhappy customer. Signed up 1 month ago. Still no broadband. Put back again with no comms to advise. Credit to the call centre employee for his honesty though. Will be cancelling on monday. Did not do me proud.

    The problem nowadays with review sites is 9 out of 10 people will only leave a review for BAD experience. I'm switching broadband provider and I just want genuine reliabilty data on PlusNet and Openstream in Burntwood because I'm not paying £52 that EE want to charge me soon!

    Just had an email from @Plusnet saying your broadband should now be up and running... erm we left you about 3/4 months ago for @skytv ... just shows you how “updated” their customer base is.

    @Plusnet I have switched from @SkyUK to you over 3 months ago and I really regret it. I have had the worst internet connection in years. The signal keeps going off, almost very single day! I have decided to tweet everytime I have a bad connection. I called your office yesterday.

    @plusnethelp I moved to Plusnet mobile recently. I’m on 2GB data p/m. With other providers, this amount was way more than I ever used in a month, even if we were away from home for a week or two. Yet I’m now finding that my data use is disappearing even with low use. Please help!

    @virginmedia So in all your wisdom you have notified plusnet to cancel my internet effective from today at 2pm....but on 3 occasions your engineer has not shown up. I am unable to work as no internet and you dont seem to be able to send me an engineer....now what????? Any ideas?

    @Charpezz I have a sim only contract with Plusnet for just under 10 a month, think it's 2gb data and I can't remember the minutes/texts, but I've never gone over. And then phone wise I will say I had a galaxy A40 which broke 3 times within a year of buying it, so not that!

    @Plusnet absolutely awful company would never use or recommend them! Took out a 12 month sim only contract for my son that ran out in April, sent 2 letters in July to cancel and still demanding money and threatening action!! No use on the SIM card for 9/10 months at least!
