I was told broadband would be live by midnight last Thursday . Then I receive email saying order cancelled.another stating it’s working. It isn’t working!

A742321 (@HarbourAdam) reported@virginmedia management …..thank you to your uk staff! There are some real good people who work for you but they are severely let down by your telephone system and “overseas” staff. Take a leaf from @Plusnet and use uk staff to provide all your customer service.

There is a training gap in your call centre, agents saying it was a @Plusnet mistake when it was theirs.
