@spazdiv I had Plusnet for around 6 years with no problems at all. Very fast and reliable. Only moved to Sky because it was a very cheap deal.

@Plusnet Second reason it’s not Plusnet fault is that it is my fault I should pay for extra data on my phone in order to get a service I pay them for and it’s my fault that I can’t afford to do this

@Plusnet i ordered broadband to my flat today and received a message saying my broadband delivery will be delayed, and my account says “we found a potential problem” on checking the line. I need broadband urgently so need help with understanding what is going on.

@Plusnet I have paid for my broadband order and you've happily taken my money, but you can't even tell my why my order has been delayed for more than 9 days. Just a cryptic text message and support lines that don't pick up the phone. Can I please get some information?

@Plusnet your customer service agents are terrible, they put me on hold for an hour and then hung up on me, and I still haven’t got my internet connected?! Is anyone actually able to help?

@Plusnet Third reason it’s not their fault is that offcom only say they have to pay you compensation after you have had no service for 48hrs So according to Plusnet fine for them to take payment for service they are not supplying
