    @spazdiv I had Plusnet for around 6 years with no problems at all. Very fast and reliable. Only moved to Sky because it was a very cheap deal.

    @EE our broadband is down and I’ve checked all the usual suspects. Trying to contact customer support texts me from an SMS short code which @Plusnet (my phone provider) don’t support! How can I get my problem looked at/talk to a human?!

    @Plusnet Open reach contractors disconnect us in order to provide our neighbours with internet 6 days ago. The engineer confirmed this yesterday, and now both houses are without internet. We work from home. No way to speak directly with open reach and plus net have been no help.

    @Plusnet Yet another disappointment. Was promised a call back from a manager today and it never happened. This is the third time now over a period of 4 days. Plus net cancelled our email without our permission when we changed address. All our emails now gone and they won’t help.

    @Plusnet We are now into our 16th day of our phone and broadband outage issue and it is starting to affect my health both physically and mentally. Cancelling my DD today and going with another provider ASAP - plusnet can take me to court if they want.

    @virginmedia service is poor, getting internet drop outs almost daily, this never happened with Plusnet. If I could break my contract I would. Getting back to reliable broadband asap.

    @Plusnet my internet drops connection often after midnight, this incident isnt isolated to myself as when i check downdetector many others report the spike. Surely i shouldnt be getting charged the full rate for inconsistent internet and very sub par speeds. Sort it out.

    @Plusnet really disappointed as after 2 years of fantastic service, Plusnet have really let me down. Moved house almost a month ago and the engineer still has not arrived/I cannot get through on the phone. Help please?

    @Plusnet help...I got a text to say my phone has been switched over, and my Sky service has stopped because you told them to cancel it today but it looks like my broadband with you isn't working yet :(
