The Duke Of Essex (@old_scrotum) reported@Plusnet Switched broadband service from Vodafone to you, you've managed to switch it a day earlier than stated, but not managed to send the router to me in time. Cust services say it'll be another 3 days & nothing they can do. Good start! Way to go! Useless tossers.

media:man (@chrishainstock) reported@Jessie_XL @Plusnet You need to keep your copper phone connection whilst you install FTTP. Once you have the new service set up you can either keep your landline (and pay the monthly charge) or ask your broadband provider to ‘port’ your landline to a VOIP telephone service with the same number

GMagpie (@GMagpie11) reported@AngelaRayner @CWUnews Gawd - BT is a private company. It's a big company & owns a number of subsidiaries- EE. Plusnet etc. Much of BT's work is for corporates. These are private sector workers. But if it makes you feel important, you keep criticising & ignoring the real issues in your own party
