I have done all the fault finding and still no better, have to keep resetting the router at least 6 times a day

We had a broadband problem in Nov 2020 & reported it. Itโs now almost Feb we still have broadband issues & no landline. 3 @OpenreachHelp engineers in house, way more outside. #useless

Bairdy ๐ (@bairdyblues) reported from Church Village, Wales@cardiffstu @Gazman1927 They offered me ยฃ28 for 18mth contract. I pay ยฃ27 with Plusnet . In the 5 plus years I've been with them I've had no issues with service albeit the WiFi drops out occasionally but a router reboot sorts that.

After five calls (three of which the call was cut) the adviser refuses to repeat their name and eventually tells me "complain online" HOW???
