Still absolute shocking WiFi speeds and customer service non-existent from #plusnet @plusnet don’t return calls exit fee when service not right from day 2. Useless and can not understand how they exist. Ombudsman next I think.

@marcwebber @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp Ha! Well,the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

@ruskin147 @PippaCrerar @virginmedia Virgin Media outage sounds like an issue with the broadband connection between Virgin and your home. The WiFi coverage within your home should be a quite separate issue? My Plusnet router didn’t give great WiFi coverage so I added TP-Link Deco mesh WiFi and have no issues now.

@cornelius_mark @SkyHelpTeam @primevideosport It's due to the issues with the Sky Channels on BT's TV Platform. BT and Plusnet will be using the Now TV platform for the Sky Channels, but BT want them in HD and recordable via the TV guide. Sky engineers are having to sort it out because it's a sky software issue with Youview.

@gymforthesoul Plusnet works v well for me JD and I'm regularly in the south with no cross border issues or charges. It also uses the EE network which has decent coverage here

@Plusnet In that case, explain why when everyrime I contacted you about the constant and numerous issues, you just reply - this is the best we can do, you need to buy 3rd party expensive equipment that may not help, we can't make it work better and we don't guarantee a working service?

@plusnet my internet keeps switching off and on again. The connect has also gone really slow like it did before it cut off for a month back in October. Can someone please have a look at it remotely before it completely packs in again. Continual poor service this. Really bad.

@Plusnet Wow - I've been your customer for years and you're trying to charge me £114.99 because I am moving house...unless I start a new contract with you at a higher cost per month! I am moving house, I have NO money. Was not expecting this at all when trying to arrange :'(
