Our @Plusnet WiFi has been so poor since we renewed. It can barely hold two IPhones on the WiFi, never mind both laptops for work 👎🏻

@TheEddChina @Parky1919 @Plusnet @plusnethelp I have to say I've been with them for 18 years, and any problems I've had with the service have usually been down to Openreach, or the crumbling local infrastructure. As an IT consultant I've dealt with many other ISPs, most of whom have had similar issues.

@EE When are you going to fix the mast at BA6 9LH? No mobile reception at home 100m away! It's been broken since the big storm months ago, you keep saying you need a specialist climbing team...so get one then!!! Useless service thru Plusnet from EE! FIX THE DAMN MAST!!!

@Plusnet Can you sort out a problem with my bill? I got a new bbd contract with you but price you’ve charged me is more than we agreed in writing (£28.40 instead of £25.99) & charged me for delivery of a new router you were going to send for free. Can’t get through on phone.

@Plusnet @Plusnet hi, I recently renewed my PlusNet contract for the 2nd or 3rd time. Clearly happy with the service. The agent I spoke to about recontracting said to contact you after the renewal about getting a new Hub Two to replace my original router. Thanks.

@Plusnet you make a big thing about your customer service well its not great CS to take 20 days to refund me my initial payment that I've cancelled because of the MASSIVE delay in you providing service, your agent didnt even care about the delay, I might be really struggling.

@Vicky70912901 @TalkTalk Never choose @Plusnet either. Been having issues of line dropping and internet disappearing since December. Engineers booked 5 times and today no one came, again... took time off work to be wasted.

For now the 3rd time @Plusnet have cancelled my internet installation only telling me on the day it was due to happen - the original instillation date was well over a month and a half ago - awful service do not use

@bt_uk I would recommend you avoid signing up with BT, they are a bunch of crooks, If you signup for a plan and they keep putting the cost up, never happened with Plusnet or Talk Talk.
