Had a call from 01847912990 with a recorded message saying it was my internet provider and that I’m going to lose service through illegal activity, but if i press 1 I can talk to them. It’s a SCAM of course but @Plusnet @plusnethelp you’re my provider. So thought I’d let you know

@nmassey79 @Alanlsg Plusnet...very fair..Mobile cheap linked to broadband. Bests I've had. Tell you when they are going to take your payment well beforehand. No issues whatsoever. Been with them 2 yrs.

@Plusnet Selling a house, out of contract with you - if the new owner, signs up to a different isp and does a transfer, i presume this will go through even with different names? (don't want a loss of service)

@elonmusk Starlink needed. Awful internet connection in countryside in Lowdham, UK and can’t watch Netflix or Prime. Plusnet, BT and Sky all rubbish. Not even fast fibre here. Send urgent help.

@Plusnet I've been trying to get in touch to cancel my contract. There seems to be no one around your office to start the process. Also, no other method to do this. Disappointing! Hopefully will not be subject to fees for late cancellation!

@_banquos_ghost_ Plusnet tossed me off the network for using the internet too much not long after they launched which was hilarious considering I was paying for unlimited, Never considered them again

@Plusnet Hi Emily - it's simply down to the fact that when your company flicks the switch to block certain traffic on my router as a way of 'restricting' service, you also block your own site. Which in many cases is very counter intuitive, and to some may be interpreted as intentional.
