@JessSloss @Plusnet My year with @Plusnet was the worst. Terrible WiFi, useless customer service. I moved to Sky as soon as possible. I take their £9 and run-they don’t care!

@Plusnet No mobile signal at all in the ST10 area for 3 days!! I can't contact you because there is no signal. I know there's a mast problem with EE but this is getting ridiculous. Am I entitled to compensation or do I have to cancel my contract and move to a rival?

@RobertsonDawn3 @Plusnet Plusnet don't own the infrastructure. Their contract with BT (or whoever does own the network) will say that the supplier has a certain time (sounds like three weeks) in which to establish the connection.

@jwripple @Plusnet Whole day on phone listening to robot alternatives - press 1 if you want boredom, press 2 if you want canned music… get to end & line cuts off due to problem you were calling about - apparently know learn it's called being 'slammed' someone trying to take over your digital ID
