@JessSloss @Plusnet My year with @Plusnet was the worst. Terrible WiFi, useless customer service. I moved to Sky as soon as possible. I take their £9 and run-they don’t care!

I had no service for first week -left May 2021 still haven’t been refunded for 2 months they charged me after contract ended despite dozens of calls. It is nothing to do with John Lewis so not John Lewis normal customer service. It is plusnet

@Plusnet absolute disaster of a connection, router is useless regardless of the 37 mbps we’re supposed to get. Useless if you can’t actually use it without devices struggling to connect. Only solution apparently is to pay to upgrade and sign a new contact, what a joke.
