@JessSloss @Plusnet My year with @Plusnet was the worst. Terrible WiFi, useless customer service. I moved to Sky as soon as possible. I take their £9 and run-they don’t care!

Total outage this morning thanks @Plusnet. They claim "the line from our network to your home is working" but we've reset our router, and over 2,500 on downdetector also report a total loss of internet via Plusnet. That's a lot of houses to have problems internally at once! 🙄

If you want a course on how not to handle a network outage, look to @plusnet. Their entire network is down, as is their status page, and they've stopped answering calls and given no updates on social media.
