@JessSloss @Plusnet My year with @Plusnet was the worst. Terrible WiFi, useless customer service. I moved to Sky as soon as possible. I take their £9 and run-they don’t care!

@Plusnet Let down AGAIN this morning after promise that engineer would be out to sort out issue between 08.00 and 13.00 today. No engineer - no update - no surprise. Waiting for installation since October 25th. Absolutely shocking service!!

@Pazza_81 Hi. Have a look at Plusnet sim only deals. They use the EE network but are a hell of a lot cheaper than using EE directly.
