    @JessSloss @Plusnet My year with @Plusnet was the worst. Terrible WiFi, useless customer service. I moved to Sky as soon as possible. I take their £9 and run-they don’t care!

    @SamofLeeds @Plusnet Same here but with a different provider. It’s been down for a couple of hours. Looks like there are issues across the east end of Glasgow.

    @bt_uk We are Plusnet customers - the problem is due to the BT exchange and Sky, Talk Talk, BT, Plusnet customers are all reporting the same issues so how come BT aren’t owning up to a major issue in our area. This has been like this for a week.

    @Plusnet Crap what is Plusnet doing for there customers ,no consideration,no empathy full of talks but left me waiting with a box screwd of the wall for 3 days.Service Sucks

    @Plusnet major pains in Berkshire with whole estate with on / off broadband for 7 days now - plusnet, talk talk, bt, sky. Same response “it must be the router” - not with approx 100 households having the same problem it isn’t!! Get open reach to sort it!! RG109TS

    @JohnCooper633 are you with Plusnet? My internet went down tonight at about 10.30pm..not great as I'm on nightshift. Using my 4G just now to get through the last hour of it.

    @Plusnet customer services has gone right down the pan! Ridiculous time on hold & gave up in the end. After a year, Covid is NOT an acceptable excuse! #plusnet

    @Plusnet Hi. If there's no wifi light on my mum's router, does that mean the router is faulty? Have tried resetting, unplugging and swearing at it. Wired internet devices working fine. Just wifi not working at all. Any suggestions?
