    @JessSloss @Plusnet My year with @Plusnet was the worst. Terrible WiFi, useless customer service. I moved to Sky as soon as possible. I take their £9 and run-they don’t care!

    @EE just moved from plusnet to EE today. Had to ring EE ( only minor issue ) and he couldn't have been more helpful . Credit where its due ! I spend my old retired age moaning about most places ! Well done EE. 👏 👏👏👏👏

    @Plusnet I'm sorry it took so long - waiting for a call to be answered. I was starting to have 2nd thoughts about whether fate was telling me to sack you off. But as I say - the 2 colleagues of yours who helped me were lovely and got stuff done By the way, your hold music is awful

    @DuncanLindsay 10 years ago at Plusnet someone screamed at me & used derogatory terms because her account was under Mrs (she’d given the info for the creation) when she was apparently a Lady. I literally just laughed, took the headset off & walked off the floor. Didn’t even hang up.

    I have been a loyal plusnet customer for a number of years. I received an EE router and a text to switchover to EE, without wishing too. I have followed the steps to switchover and encountering problems. My logins are not working for either provider, can you help? @Plusnet
