    @JessSloss @Plusnet My year with @Plusnet was the worst. Terrible WiFi, useless customer service. I moved to Sky as soon as possible. I take their £9 and run-they don’t care!

    @Plusnet What shocking service from plusnet. Order placed a month ago for installation today, plusnet decide to send an email on the 6th day before installation on the 7th and leave us without internet for another 13 days because they have messed up the order .what a company!!

    Help @Plusnet I’ve signed up for a 30 day SIM contract. SIM hasn’t arrived (has an email to say sent on Monday) but you’ve swapped my number over today so I can’t use my current SIM and I can’t phone you for help!

    Moving to plusnet today for mobile SIM card. Great deal, loads of data and mins etc. Number being transferred today old provider confirmed… only issue is no SIM card here from plusnet yet. Come on Royal Mail clowns get my post to me on time for a change.
