@Plusnet 6 months of terrible business bb & of all the csr’s I spoke to only 1 was helpful. She deserves a raise! Technician turned up and said the equipment was faulty and I should be compensated. Called your rep to complain and like the other useless ones, no help. Plz help

@Plusnet @plusnethelp Plusnet down 2-3 days again, I'm seeking legal advice, these cheeky sods charged me £70 for an engineer who was here less than 20 minutes and within 15 minutes of him leave no internet again, worst provider in history, please stay clear of these

The @Plusnet customer services people help as best they can, trying to find alternatives, but BT WiFi hotspots aren't strong enough in my flat. I've already racked up quite the mobile bill using extra data. I resign myself to having to wait until 23rd March.

@Plusnet you owe my Mum in law a huge apology! She has depression/anxiety so we deal with all of her admin. Have had to fight tooth and nail to try to deal with her account and still you made it impossible without her having to call you. No care for your customer’s wellbeing 🤬
