Had a call from 01847912990 with a recorded message saying it was my internet provider and that I’m going to lose service through illegal activity, but if i press 1 I can talk to them. It’s a SCAM of course but @Plusnet @plusnethelp you’re my provider. So thought I’d let you know

Yet again sold down the river by Plusnet was told in an email fibre would be connected 6 Feb it’s now the 9th & guess what been lied to - again! They also said my monthly payment would be £25 email said £38! Should have been ready Thursday put router on - nothing! Load of bolox

@nmassey79 @Alanlsg Plusnet...very fair..Mobile cheap linked to broadband. Bests I've had. Tell you when they are going to take your payment well beforehand. No issues whatsoever. Been with them 2 yrs.

@Plusnet Hi, my internet and phone are down because of the fire in the Bangor BT exchange yesterday, is there any ETA on a repair? We've had no info at all, I saw about the fire on the local news.
