    Had a call from 01847912990 with a recorded message saying it was my internet provider and that I’m going to lose service through illegal activity, but if i press 1 I can talk to them. It’s a SCAM of course but @Plusnet @plusnethelp you’re my provider. So thought I’d let you know

    @nmassey79 @Alanlsg Plusnet...very fair..Mobile cheap linked to broadband. Bests I've had. Tell you when they are going to take your payment well beforehand. No issues whatsoever. Been with them 2 yrs.

    Yet again sold down the river by Plusnet was told in an email fibre would be connected 6 Feb it’s now the 9th & guess what been lied to - again! They also said my monthly payment would be £25 email said £38! Should have been ready Thursday put router on - nothing! Load of bolox

    @letterboxd Are you aware of any issues in the UK with images not being loaded for the letterboxd website and app? I am on Plusnet. I cannot use Letterboxd. This is not transitory - it happens every time. I don’t have the issue on any other site. No issue if I switch to 4G.

    @Plusnet Internet kept going down for 5mins every few hours. Since it was reported it goes down every few mins. Can someone please explain why?

    @Plusnet It could also be said that I gained the impression that you could supply your service anywhere in the UK, and that you have let me down. When you leave an energy company before end of contract you are only charged £30-50ish - £156 is way too much.

    @lizardschwartz TalkTalk are literally the worst, I would change provider. I've been with PlusNet 6 years now, any time there's a problem I can speak to an understandable person within 5-10 mins!
