Yet again sold down the river by Plusnet was told in an email fibre would be connected 6 Feb it’s now the 9th & guess what been lied to - again! They also said my monthly payment would be £25 email said £38! Should have been ready Thursday put router on - nothing! Load of bolox

Had a call from 01847912990 with a recorded message saying it was my internet provider and that I’m going to lose service through illegal activity, but if i press 1 I can talk to them. It’s a SCAM of course but @Plusnet @plusnethelp you’re my provider. So thought I’d let you know

@nmassey79 @Alanlsg Plusnet...very fair..Mobile cheap linked to broadband. Bests I've had. Tell you when they are going to take your payment well beforehand. No issues whatsoever. Been with them 2 yrs.

@plusnethelp hi Plusnet help. Any explanation of poor broadband signal quality in Birmingham. It seems to get worse when it rains (which is frequently). It's fine for normal stuff but it's starting to affect my ability to work.
