Thanks @Plusnet. Another unhappy customer. Signed up 1 month ago. Still no broadband. Put back again with no comms to advise. Credit to the call centre employee for his honesty though. Will be cancelling on monday. Did not do me proud.

@maburgess8 Plusnet that runs off EE. I'd understand if I wasn't receiving any service but I'm able to use it without any issues except from receiving calls and text messages. WhatsApp, Facebook messenger etc. no problems at all. Strange

@Plusnet why can I not receive ANY calls on my mobile? One of your operators says there is an mobile outage but NOTHING on your status update !I’ve been waiting in all day for a call from ICU where partner is and nothing but they called 4 times what is going on this is appalling

@EE Still nothing. @Plusnet customer who tell me they can't do anything as it's @EE network. EE tell me they can't do anything as I'm a plusnet customer. Can't go anywhere with a baby and no ability to phone someone if needed.
