Thanks @Plusnet. Another unhappy customer. Signed up 1 month ago. Still no broadband. Put back again with no comms to advise. Credit to the call centre employee for his honesty though. Will be cancelling on monday. Did not do me proud.

@Plusnet OMG 14.4% rise U R even more 'less competitive'. I can get faster 'Full Fibre' cheaper / potentially fixed price + little rise at end. (vs fibre part way & more rises) Guess my mobile will be less competitive when I hear from you. (signal was bad today, got E on phone!!

@Ofcom @Plusnet why are broadband and phone providers allowed to raise prices by £6+ a month after signing a new 18 month contract? It’s very unfair and terrible practice that need’s to be stopped

@Plusnet Hi, my contract expires next month. I'd like to upgrade to Full Fibre, but your website won't let take the deal as I'm an existing customer. Is there any workout for this, or do I need to let my contact lapse and become a "new" customer?

Broadband with @JohnLewisRetail via @Plusnet happy. JL cease providing broadband. Arrange to continue with @Plusnet series of problems. No broadband for 10 days. Not happy

@plusnet are audacious to email me to tell me there about to increase my fees despite not actually providing the level of service they agreed to. Charlatans. AVOID

@Plusnet we have only signed up to a new contract for 18 months I have received notice the price is rising why is this as it’s terrible way to tear customers so what are my options?

@GeoffHux @Plusnet If you fall below the minimum agreed levels (login to your account to see) just raise a ticket. Last time I did this they tore up the whole street and fixed loads of faults for free. Follow the process.

@EleanorDallaway 4G/5G router and a 30-day SIM only data contract prob your best bet. Best deals are with MVNOs, make sure the underlying network is one with a good signal at your location. Hope Plusnet get their act together & sort it for you!

@DanWoodger Don’t get me started! They are the worst of the worst in a multitude of ways. I’ve been a Plusnet / Freeview customer ever since and would never go back to Virgin EVER! Best of luck getting out!
