    @Plusnet AVOID AVOID AVOID. Waiting 4 weeks for them to change our lines and fibre. Still not done. No updates. Promised call divert but not set up & they are unable to set up as they said there is an issue. We no longer have access to our old premises so our clients can not contact us.

    My #plusnet internet seems to be down, I’ve turned it on and off again and reset it. Now getting nothing as opposed to 0.4mb up @plusnethelp - trying to get some work done on my laptop and it’s not a great time for it to cut out. The broadband is a blinking green light.

    @Plusnet It's not good value when you mess up, close an active account resulting in no service multiple times and then charge an early cancellation fee which hasn't been returned for over six weeks in a cost of living crisis. #uselessplusnetthieves

    @jane_touil @Plusnet @plusnet are scammers. They were unable to deliver a working dsl "broadband" when I moved into a new place (only line option available), then dragged things out with promises beyond the legal 14 days and now extort me out of £200 to get rid of them - tried to cancel since day 8.

    @gentoopb66 @LordWilsonVILLA @Plusnet I’ve had plusnet and I agree they are ****. All the marketing we are great and cheap. Try getting hold of them through customer services and they never bloody listen.

    .@Plusnet Do the engineers ever show up? Second time nobody has arrived and nobody has the decency to call us. Total waste of time. WE have to call YOU in order to find out what's going on and nobody at customer service has asnwers. Do you and OpenReach speak to each other? 🙃

    Oh wow @Plusnet, you really don't get it! You were charging me nearly £45 & you wanted me to pay it for October & you didn't raise the cancellation of the contract til after the bill was raised & refused to cancel my contract for past month. There's was no way I was paying it!

    There seems to be a #plusnet mass outage in the Hebden Bridge area - phone OK but no #broadband. Plusnet told me it will last until 11am tomorrow 6 Nov.

    @Plusnet I have no signal since earlier this morning and cannot make or receive mobile calls. My postcode is BB44RA and my mobile number is 07570812176. I have not been advised of any problems by Plusnet. Can you please look into this
