    Broadband is up and down, slow while PlusNet get BT to try and improve speed. Test socket seems worse than normal master. 5MB download at the moment - not great for Fibre.

    @Plusnet AVOID AVOID AVOID. Waiting 4 weeks for them to change our lines and fibre. Still not done. No updates. Promised call divert but not set up & they are unable to set up as they said there is an issue. We no longer have access to our old premises so our clients can not contact us.

    @plusnethelp The service I have received from Plusnet has been diabolical. I have been without Broadband almost 5 months and a resolution is no where in sight. Lack of communication between suppliers and internal departments. Chaos!!!

    My #plusnet internet seems to be down, I’ve turned it on and off again and reset it. Now getting nothing as opposed to 0.4mb up @plusnethelp - trying to get some work done on my laptop and it’s not a great time for it to cut out. The broadband is a blinking green light.

    @Plusnet Plusnet down again. Have spoken to your team and its an external fault this time. It won't be fixed for at least 4 days. My son is still home learning due to isolation so more missed lessons because of no plusnet Internet connection. 2nd time in a week - disrupted learning...

    Plusnet. Anything better than what I’ve endured last 3 weeks. Business loss, business partners webinars loss. The list.. and stress goes on.! I want revenge for all of the trouble and stress caused to me .. Am sure I’m not alone…

    @v8oholic @AndrewHolding @MrNeilB Plusnet has this number 1572 block list... So I use that a lot... I don’t even know how they get our home number ex directory & I never give it out

    @Ephemeral_Goods @Plusnet Bizarrely, I am a longtime customer of JL broadband and have suddenly for no reason got an email from them saying how sorry they are I'm leaving them. I'm not! So I'm kind of having the opposite experience to you but yours is very odd.
