    @plusnethelp The service I have received from Plusnet has been diabolical. I have been without Broadband almost 5 months and a resolution is no where in sight. Lack of communication between suppliers and internal departments. Chaos!!!

    @Plusnet AVOID AVOID AVOID. Waiting 4 weeks for them to change our lines and fibre. Still not done. No updates. Promised call divert but not set up & they are unable to set up as they said there is an issue. We no longer have access to our old premises so our clients can not contact us.

    Broadband is up and down, slow while PlusNet get BT to try and improve speed. Test socket seems worse than normal master. 5MB download at the moment - not great for Fibre.

    My #plusnet internet seems to be down, I’ve turned it on and off again and reset it. Now getting nothing as opposed to 0.4mb up @plusnethelp - trying to get some work done on my laptop and it’s not a great time for it to cut out. The broadband is a blinking green light.

    @Plusnet I have now called six times and been disconnected six times. I have tried you message bot and that replies telling me it cant find my number. Horrible service!

    @Plusnet Hi. My mum hasn't had your service for last 3 years, but you've been taking £17.51 from her bank every month. She can't remember her login details and she registered with an email address she no longer has access to. I have DD details only. How do I cancel/get refund?
