@jmarcjones @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet Do your research on the speed other people get locally. The distance from the exchange plays a big part if you are on an ADSL service.

My #plusnet internet seems to be down, I’ve turned it on and off again and reset it. Now getting nothing as opposed to 0.4mb up @plusnethelp - trying to get some work done on my laptop and it’s not a great time for it to cut out. The broadband is a blinking green light.

@Plusnet AVOID AVOID AVOID. Waiting 4 weeks for them to change our lines and fibre. Still not done. No updates. Promised call divert but not set up & they are unable to set up as they said there is an issue. We no longer have access to our old premises so our clients can not contact us.

@AdrianCoxMusic @TalkTalk Used them for one year 2006-7. Hated it and will never return. If they're not providing the service you're paying for dump them. I've been with @Plusnet happily ever since, including seamless transfer during a house move.

@plusnethelp we were supposed to have internet out in 4th October no end of issues, waited in all day for BT today to be told they won't be coming now u til Dec 31st, plusnet you're a joke of a company, I'm ashamed to say I recommended you to my mum in the first place!
