nzbright (@nzbright) reported from Marlow Bottom, EnglandMy #plusnet internet seems to be down, I’ve turned it on and off again and reset it. Now getting nothing as opposed to 0.4mb up @plusnethelp - trying to get some work done on my laptop and it’s not a great time for it to cut out. The broadband is a blinking green light.

Runnin On Empty (@RunninOnEmptee) reported@minniebirch They are all pretty much the awful same Minnie,we we're originally with BT but when it went down, they left us without internet for 6wks hence I left, My parents tried Sky & Plusnet and Sky treated them disgustingly, Plusnet only bucked up when threatened with legal action ? 🤓

SH (@srahorl) reported@Plusnet Issue accessing emails so logged into Member Centre to find a msg saying my BUSINESS account is closing!!! Support say no way to retrieve. No bills outstanding and no warning so must be system error!!! Good job Plusnet!! I do not recommend. Action required immediately.
