My #plusnet internet seems to be down, I’ve turned it on and off again and reset it. Now getting nothing as opposed to 0.4mb up @plusnethelp - trying to get some work done on my laptop and it’s not a great time for it to cut out. The broadband is a blinking green light.

@nsbarrow Yeah! No one's going to give me a faster service than any other as it seems cables round here are crap, despite it being a commuter town to London. Plusnet worked out at a good price even if I cancel early (unsure how long I'll be living here). Good to hear, thanks!

@jmarcjones @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet Do your research on the speed other people get locally. The distance from the exchange plays a big part if you are on an ADSL service.

@Plusnet AVOID AVOID AVOID. Waiting 4 weeks for them to change our lines and fibre. Still not done. No updates. Promised call divert but not set up & they are unable to set up as they said there is an issue. We no longer have access to our old premises so our clients can not contact us.

@Plusnet Your customer service si rude justo lo let you know, i spoke with someone called Brandon about a cancellation and he was laughing at me because apparently I was going to have the same problem with every other company. Happy that I left you!

@Plusnet Don’t waste your time with plusnet guys! I’ve always had terrible connections with them, they make false promises. I currently have no internet because of their absolute S**T services! They are also not willing to help at all as I’ve reported so many times! F***ing Useless!!!

@Plusnet hello, I rang yesterday to report issue on my broadband. We tried troubleshooting with no luck so they were going to look into a potential fault on my line and request for a callback. Is there any way to chase this? I have a busy WFH day tomorrow and need my internet
