Before that I was with BT - even though they're technically the same company, BT was wayyyyyyy worse at every step

Now getting nothing as opposed to 0.4mb up @plusnethelp - trying to get some work done on my laptop and itβs not a great time for it to cut out. The broadband is a blinking green light.

Promised call divert but not set up & they are unable to set up as they said there is an issue. We no longer have access to our old premises so our clients can not contact us.
