    @Plusnet I am already set up with virgin media. My WiFi has been shockingly slow. The other reason was the bill was increasing to £47 per month.

    Hi @Plusnet, I got a system popup on my phone just before 1pm, saying the network provider had turned off my 4G, and have had no internet since. Calls & texts are fine, ditto WiFi. Can you help? I'm well within my usage allowance.

    @Plusnet You will not find a more friendly company than this one. The staff are understanding and have the patience of a saint! Plus you actually get to speak to someone rather than a crappy online messaging service. Thank you
