    @Plusnet been medsaging you. No response. Internet APALLING for 2 weeks now. I have to work evenings at home just to function. Awful upload/download speeds. Youve done this before. Whenever its not used a while you slow the service right down & I have to do this over again

    How is getting broadband so difficult with @Plusnet it is more comical than the comedian in the advert! Service drops out, they credit the account. System sees it hasn’t received money, so issues debt letter and stops service. Then told 10 days to get service back. @MartinSLewis

    PlusNet have admitted our Internet stability is terrible, with data showing outages every day for 14 days. They closed my Support Ticket cos I'm swapping my provider in Jan to get FTTP. Wonder maybe if that's additionally to do with their terrible service....

    @virginmedia They said they can’t do anything, just have to pay for 13 days of a service that hasn’t even been activated. Not the best customer service really, left @Plusnet due to them not helping (well trying to leave, seems impossible)

    @Plusnet We are with plusnet. We reported a problem with our line we have had no service or Internet since Thursday last week BT said it was a problem at the selly oak Birmingham telephone exchange. Still got no service this is disgusting !

    Absolutely terrible service from @plusnethelp. Called yesterday to report broadband issues, spent 40+ mins on phone. I was told a ticket would be raised so that issues can be logged. No ticket raised as no email received & broadband still problematic! @Plusnet just dont care!

    @plusnethelp You are an absolute joke ! 10 days on from when my internet was meant to go live & still absolutely nothing. Your customer service is a joke ! I wish I had never went anywhere near you . My advice to anyone is stay clear of plusnet !!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡

    @plusnethelp I tried to join plusnet with your Black Friday deals, and twice my order has failed because my current provider has rejected the switch request. Your phone lines are unavailable. How can I resolve this or cancel my subscription as this is such poor service?
