@Plusnet did contact me to say my phone is now with them. I tried to add Call Barring, assuming my broadband was on its way. Instead they removed Voicemail. They did that while I was on hold on the phone to ask them not to! So far, 0/10 for customer service, @Plusnet

Any Tech minded people out there. We just got a new Router thing from plusnet. Streaming is very stuttery and slow despite a 25mbps down. Is there a setting in the router that needs changing?
