@JamesNewbon @Plusnet Ive got no service either also in Chippenham. It's the orange light with the red broadband symbol, but troubleshooting claims it's my service not being active yet... Even though Ive used plusnet for years.

@EE EE is the best network for reception, but if you aren't fussed about wi-fi calling you might as well pay Plusnet for the same service, starting at £6 a month. You'll get free roaming too.
