@Plusnet I don’t have a phone, so #1 is out - the rest are super basic that of course I’ve checked, the service works, it just drops out for a few minutes, every day...

So @Plusnet is a bit rubbish isn’t it? Never had a broadband before that drops out every day, literally never and I’ve used Virgin, BT, EE, Sky and more over the years

@Plusnet your residential tech support agent Ben Podmore is a credit to you. He exceeded expectation and showed he actually cared. Possibly the best telephone support I’ve ever experienced.

@liztred @cambrianguy @Plusnet Clive, are you in the 14 day ‘cooling off period’? If so, quote the Consumer Rights Act at them and say you wish to leave without penalty. Plusnet are the low cost, read, ‘cheap and nasty’ broadband provider of BT. The broadband never reaches the speeds they promise!

@shoba_31 I know what you are saying but sky tried to really ramp up my costs. Sky was reliable but @plusnet refuse to accept that there is a problem, so if they refuse to accept that they don't have to fix in their eyes

I’m a new @Plusnet customer - can’t watch TV over the internet, constant circle of death, or participate in Teams meetings for work. Useless. What’s the cooling off period?
