So @Plusnet is a bit rubbish isn’t it? Never had a broadband before that drops out every day, literally never and I’ve used Virgin, BT, EE, Sky and more over the years

@Plusnet I don’t have a phone, so #1 is out - the rest are super basic that of course I’ve checked, the service works, it just drops out for a few minutes, every day...

@Plusnet @plusnethelp disappointed with the continued poor speeds for our broadband, its tough enough at the minute for #SmallBusinesse to survive without these problems adding to the stress levels. I only want the speeds that you are contracted to provide.

Swapping internet providers - Plusnet said our service would be maintained until 11th. Woke up this morning to no wifi connection, and our new router from Now hasn't arrived yet 😭😭😭

So @Plusnet sold us fibre broadband for our new home. Today they told us that it isn’t actually usable in the area yet but it will be at some point in the future after it’s installed “Why did you sell me a service that’s not available?” “It is available. It’s just not connected.”

@Plusnet absolutely awful service. Told an engineer would arrive between 1-6. Even double checked earlier and they said engineer would defo arrive. Now past 6.30 and no engineer and no phone call from Plusnet.Trying to call them but on hold forever.

@Plusnet I’m still having problems with my broadband. You assured me that it had all been resolved at your end and the problems I’ve had for years with poor broadband speeds would be rectified. They haven’t and I’ve since found out that my landline hasn’t been working properly

@Plusnet Hi Plusnet… Any plans to introduce WiFi Calling on your SIMS?? I’ve got dreadful mobile coverage indoors, and not much better coverage outside (Postcode IP17) - even your customer service lady suggested I leave Plusnet!

Cancelled my @Plusnet now, it shops the day BT put in their UC £9.99 Broadway. To be fair Plusnet service I've had no problem with, I was offered a cheaper new upgrade but still more than a tenner with BT. I'll go back to Plusnet if things change the future #CostOfLivingCrisis

@Plusnet Another disappointment. 3rd time we’ve been promised a managed would call back and they didn’t. Plusnet cancelled our service without our permission & left us without email in the middle of a house sale!! No one is listening or helping. Awful customer service.

@seancinematics Try moving to Plusnet Sean. We've had no problems with them at all and we get BT Sports cheaper with them.
