  • Fatty_Gets_Fit BenC (@Fatty_Gets_Fit) reported from Robertsbridge, England

@Plusnet morning, the Internet service we receive is up and down like a new brides nighty. Router spends more time flashing orange than blue. Area is TN38. What's the issues. Seriously considering ditching you for three mobile broadband

  • Neilwigg Neil Wigglesworth (He/Him) 💙 (@Neilwigg) reported from Kennington, England

So @Plusnet is a bit rubbish isn’t it? Never had a broadband before that drops out every day, literally never and I’ve used Virgin, BT, EE, Sky and more over the years

  • Neilwigg Neil Wigglesworth (He/Him) 💙 (@Neilwigg) reported from Kennington, England

@Plusnet I don’t have a phone, so #1 is out - the rest are super basic that of course I’ve checked, the service works, it just drops out for a few minutes, every day...

  • jimjam_arch James Galpin (@jimjam_arch) reported from Ticehurst, England

@wavyhall @plusnethelp @Plusnet I came from BT. Terrible service. Plusnet seemed better. They are now on the case, so i will report publicly if they deliver.

  • BillfoxUk Bill Fox (@BillfoxUk) reported from Lydd, England

@Plusnet @plusnethelp disappointed with the continued poor speeds for our broadband, its tough enough at the minute for #SmallBusinesse to survive without these problems adding to the stress levels. I only want the speeds that you are contracted to provide.

Plusnet Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • EltontoNick The Calmer Llama (@EltontoNick) reported

@SpagFlying Maybe - although its very shabby. Like @Plusnet don't really know what they're doing. Clearly have no incident management and their monitoring is poor too as this started Tuesday night not yesterday morning

  • wrathofgod Susie M(ais qui?) (@wrathofgod) reported

@AlanJSlater @Plusnet Same - I have not DM'd them, just tried searching on their website - the status of the service is VERY hard to find. Should be up front as a pop up box so users know it's not a fault in their modem/computer/phone.

  • mungerville craig branson (@mungerville) reported

@AmandaS40972684 @MLawsonDesign @Plusnet You’ll be lucky. There’s been a lack of information about the problem from the start. This is all very dodgy. Mainstream media don’t really seem to have caught wind of it yet either. 🤔 #plusnet #plusnetdown

  • Smallheathen Jim Houghton (@Smallheathen) reported

@Plusnet Soory to say, Jess, I've just tried a hard reload of the webpage, (ctrl+F5), and I get the "Service Unavailable " message again.

  • AlanJSlater AlanJSlater (@AlanJSlater) reported

@wrathofgod @gnarlybole @Plusnet Not very good customer service at present. We need a real, proper update.

  • TonyOcton TONY OCTON (@TonyOcton) reported

@hundredabovedh @Plusnet I have many email addresses but the one my customers send orders quotes and problems to is the one that is affected! As I can’t see what’s been sent and from who how can I respond via other email address????

  • LoneLeVay LoneBee (@LoneLeVay) reported

@Plusnet My emails seem to have arrived, not sure if all from yesterday have, but I am now getting problems with sending emails. Error Code 0x800CCC1A. Server does not support encrypton type you have specified - contact your ISP. I haven't changed anything all set as SSL/TLS

  • FizMarcus Fiz Marcus (@FizMarcus) reported

@Plusnet I appreciate that you are having problems, but I am still unable to access webmail to delete my emails as you keep on asking me to do. I know that this is not a problem unique to me, I have twice asked for emails prior to Oct 1st to be deleted but have had no response

  • Munross Harry Smart 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@Munross) reported

@Plusnet could you please provide a support number that I can phone (online support options don't work, the contact number on your site is 'number unrecognised', and your email servers have stopped responding to my email client).

  • Plusnet Plusnet (@Plusnet) reported

@Smallheathen Sorry to hear this Jim, I'd recommend clearing your cache and cookies in case your device is trying to load a version of the web page that was broken. - Jess, Plusnet Leeds 🌻
