  • Neilwigg Neil Wigglesworth (He/Him) 💙 (@Neilwigg) reported from Kennington, England

@Plusnet I don’t have a phone, so #1 is out - the rest are super basic that of course I’ve checked, the service works, it just drops out for a few minutes, every day...

  • RrmetroldRose Rose Gold (@RrmetroldRose) reported from Ashford, England

@Plusnet I phoned help line - sorted. Automated e-mails were not very clear.

  • Fatty_Gets_Fit BenC (@Fatty_Gets_Fit) reported from Robertsbridge, England

@Plusnet morning, the Internet service we receive is up and down like a new brides nighty. Router spends more time flashing orange than blue. Area is TN38. What's the issues. Seriously considering ditching you for three mobile broadband

  • SussexRivers UKalchemy (@SussexRivers) reported from Robertsbridge, England

Broadband down for 12 hrs again so far; 2nd time in as many weeks @Plusnet; not sure if it’s the same fault as wasn’t told what the problem was 1st time

  • jimjam_arch James Galpin (@jimjam_arch) reported from Ticehurst, England

@wavyhall @plusnethelp @Plusnet I came from BT. Terrible service. Plusnet seemed better. They are now on the case, so i will report publicly if they deliver.

  • Neilwigg Neil Wigglesworth (He/Him) 💙 (@Neilwigg) reported from Kennington, England

So @Plusnet is a bit rubbish isn’t it? Never had a broadband before that drops out every day, literally never and I’ve used Virgin, BT, EE, Sky and more over the years

  • BillfoxUk Bill Fox (@BillfoxUk) reported from Lydd, England

@Plusnet @plusnethelp disappointed with the continued poor speeds for our broadband, its tough enough at the minute for #SmallBusinesse to survive without these problems adding to the stress levels. I only want the speeds that you are contracted to provide.

@EmmaJessonTV @Plusnet I seem to remember you had some problems before with them, hope they get it sorted for you

  • EmmaJessonTV Emma Jesson (@EmmaJessonTV) reported

I’m not saying they’re not trying, but I’m REALLY having issues with my @Plusnet #broadband service. Probs all over Christmas. Engineer came on Monday - thought he had it sorted. But no. Second time lucky tomorrow? Really irritating 🙄

  • Daisydewdrop18 Tifa DaisyDewdrop - TUSC, Socialist 🌍💙 (@Daisydewdrop18) reported

@Plusnet It could also be said that I gained the impression that you could supply your service anywhere in the UK, and that you have let me down. When you leave an energy company before end of contract you are only charged £30-50ish - £156 is way too much.

  • garyburton45 gary burton (@garyburton45) reported

@EmmaJessonTV @Plusnet Talk talk are bad enough there signal is always dropping

  • NavaronePage69 LunarSlayer | Lily (@NavaronePage69) reported

  • Mallet99 Phil Cordingley (@Mallet99) reported

@Plusnet I am an existing mobile customer and I need some customer service. I've been calling 500 from my mobile all morning, nobody is answering. How do I get some customer service from Plusnet?

  • WolfBaginski Wolf Baginski💙 (@WolfBaginski) reported

@Plusnet Any news on RFC8200 support?

  • contentbythesea Ellen Kate Boyle | Content By The Sea (@contentbythesea) reported

@camieee @virginmedia @Plusnet It's the worst! And now it seems VM is sending emails around about putting prices up for 2022. Madness.

  • McGeorgeOfTheJ1 McGeorgeOfTheJungle (@McGeorgeOfTheJ1) reported

@Plusnet 2/x which has done the exact same thing, random reboots, blocking packets, blocking traffic from others in MMOs, being kicked from MMOs, erratic download speeds. I have simply had enough to be honest, I asked for a new hub 2 to see if that would fix things and was denied.

  • McGeorgeOfTheJ1 McGeorgeOfTheJungle (@McGeorgeOfTheJ1) reported

@Plusnet 3/x Because apparently they are ONLY for new customers, so current customers have to sit with rubbish tech and have problems for the last year or so, with very little being done about it, except swap connections at the exchange and send out countless openreach engineers.
