@Plusnet @plusnethelp disappointed with the continued poor speeds for our broadband, its tough enough at the minute for #SmallBusinesse to survive without these problems adding to the stress levels. I only want the speeds that you are contracted to provide.

@Plusnet what a shambles. 4weeks the business has been without internet - over 15 calls made, countless hours on hold, a load of made up deadlines in which my internet should be working, 2 engineers, promises of call backs that never happen. Latest is another 5days for engineer🤬

@Moognific @virginmedia in my experience when anyone who has a good experience with any internet provider, there are plenty who have the opposite. I've had nothing but amazing service from PlusNet for 5 years now, but I know plenty who have had the opposite. Location matters a lot, ask neighbours maybe?

@SpaceMonkey351 @Plusnet I have this exact same problem, an engineer came out last night and it was fine for about an hour and a half then it went back to orange again! I’ve messaged and tweeted and no one has come back to me! I’m having to use my phone data to work which is not ideal

@Plusnet call, you will receive a call back within 5 days' leaving this poor family in limbo as to what's happening with the body! As we will have no service until then and possibly 14 days after as we will have to have a new contract! this is on top of charging me 2 months line
