  @EE Hi Craig, thanks for your reply, it's more than I've had from Plusnet! I've already spoken to them twice and they said it would be fixed on Friday but it's still not sorted. I'll have to phone them again but their service status page says all OK which is clearly wrong 😡

  @Plusnet how do I get service help on a weekend. FttC just died and i can't seem speak to an engineer to get it fixed.
