    @Plusnet morning, the Internet service we receive is up and down like a new brides nighty. Router spends more time flashing orange than blue. Area is TN38. What's the issues. Seriously considering ditching you for three mobile broadband

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp disappointed with the continued poor speeds for our broadband, its tough enough at the minute for #SmallBusinesse to survive without these problems adding to the stress levels. I only want the speeds that you are contracted to provide.

    @Plusnet any chance of a response? I messaged yesterday yet can see you replying to people who messaged later than me. I sent PAC code over to keep my number but the port request hasn’t completed yet no one can ring me on my number. Any help? Also can’t access mobile account

    If anyone on twitter is thinking about going with Plusnet for the internet, don't bother... it's great the first six months, then the signal is rubbish, and just to rub salt in, they increase their prices for a service that you don't receive...
