So support has recommended I power down router for 65 minutes to get reallocated a new IP! No problem sending via office 365 as we have a VPN just IMAP4 on fibre!

We shouldnโt have to rely on 3rd party sites like @DowndetectorUK or looking for tweets by other customers to know thereโs a problem!

I nearly had a nervous breakdown!๐ I'm not messing with it anymore I'm just sick of it. We weren't having this problem before we moved to fibre. It's not up to me to set it I'm not an engineer ๐
