On a night after 10pm I'm lucky if I get 6m. Can't wait to leave. Your customer service used to be fantastic, it's awful now.

Take a look at who BT Group, Telefonica, Vodaphone and Deutche Telekom own. Then you've got the smaller providers like Plusnet who use EE's network, so will be the same.
