    @Plusnet morning, the Internet service we receive is up and down like a new brides nighty. Router spends more time flashing orange than blue. Area is TN38. What's the issues. Seriously considering ditching you for three mobile broadband

    @wavyhall @plusnethelp @Plusnet I came from BT. Terrible service. Plusnet seemed better. They are now on the case, so i will report publicly if they deliver.

    @BBCNews What else do you expect from BT, absolutely rip off merchants. They took over Plusnet and now they are just as bad as them now. Switch to a Giffgaff or Tesco’s mobile for a far superior customer service.

    @Plusnet As with everything provided by Plusnet in the last year, this was of no use whatsoever. Self help guide that I've been through numerous times. On a night after 10pm I'm lucky if I get 6m. Can't wait to leave. Your customer service used to be fantastic, it's awful now.

    @TriTim @Garybro82547780 @MartinSLewis And once Vodaphone follow, effectively the remaining operators will have no choice but to do the same. Take a look at who BT Group, Telefonica, Vodaphone and Deutche Telekom own. Then you've got the smaller providers like Plusnet who use EE's network, so will be the same.

    @MoneySavingExp Do you know what the impact will be on networks that piggyback on EE’s signal. I’m with Plusnet Mobile for example.

    @SamsungUK TV is Samsung UE50TU8500UXXU Firmware is 1460 Internet provider: Plusnet Connection is Ethernet cable. Fixed IP address App version: 6.25.401 Please let me know what the fix is as this is a new TV and @All4 worked fine until they auto updated the app in Feb. Thx

    @Plusnet really bad service! My elderly mum left for over 3 weeks without a land line phone! An engineer should have come this morning, still waiting!!! Not happy!

    @Plusnet what’s going on with router authentication? Mine stopped working around 16:30 and is still down. Kinda need it tonight for work 🤔

    @Plusnet has the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Two weeks solid not internet, two further outages and when I politely explained my frustrations agent hung up on me! Do not go with this company

    @Plusnet Sorted! I'm up and running.... next bit... and my original issue.. my connection speed has dropped off the face of the earth, and is now only 2.9mps....
