@Plusnet @plusnethelp disappointed with the continued poor speeds for our broadband, its tough enough at the minute for #SmallBusinesse to survive without these problems adding to the stress levels. I only want the speeds that you are contracted to provide.

@Plusnet morning, the Internet service we receive is up and down like a new brides nighty. Router spends more time flashing orange than blue. Area is TN38. What's the issues. Seriously considering ditching you for three mobile broadband

So @Plusnet is a bit rubbish isn’t it? Never had a broadband before that drops out every day, literally never and I’ve used Virgin, BT, EE, Sky and more over the years

@plusnet My broadband connection is often slow and sometimes drops out all together, I have followed all broadband troubleshooting steps and not resolved. Have done speed checks and sometimes comes back as 'very slow'. Very frustrating as need good quality video calling for work.

@Plusnet You don’t have to increase the price. The cpi is merely an update. Companies don’t have to pass this on to the innocent customer.

@huwareyou Can recommend Plusnet - been with them over 8 years now and can't remember any problem with them at all. Check their site for what they're offering at the mo *(and let me know if you do go with them as you can use my referral code)

@Plusnet My router is 3 or 4 years old. I was informed it should be okay for 7 years or so. There was always an issue with the phone line that never seemed to be resolved

@MarkJon80194532 @Plusnet It’s clearly not a wifi issue as the line speed is at 21mbps and they’re getting 20mbps on WiFi, on the device (as per the speed test). Probs best ringing them Mark and asking them to log a fault with Openreach for a line speed issue. You should be above 30mbps.
