Darn. So fed up with our @Plusnet broadband I was looking forward to changing supplier next month so imagine my disappointment when I realise I signed up for a 18 month contract. The modem is pathetic (and noisy) and wifi quality is shockingly bad.

@cornelius_mark @SkyHelpTeam @primevideosport It's due to the issues with the Sky Channels on BT's TV Platform. BT and Plusnet will be using the Now TV platform for the Sky Channels, but BT want them in HD and recordable via the TV guide. Sky engineers are having to sort it out because it's a sky software issue with Youview.

Well,the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

Still absolute shocking WiFi speeds and customer service non-existent from #plusnet @plusnet don’t return calls exit fee when service not right from day 2. Useless and can not understand how they exist. Ombudsman next I think.

@OpenreachHelp My provider (Plusnet) repeatedly contacts you, and you repeatedly fail to resolve the problem. What part of "failed to meet your own timescales on 9 different dates" did you not understand?
@jlandpcustserv Having cancelled my service in part due to poor customer service I now find you (or Plusnet on your behalf) are emailing saying they are still trying to take the usual direct debit despite account being closed... more timewasting calls to fix this
Can anyone get hold of plusnet!!! I’ve been on a 0800 number for ages now. No online to online chat. I need to cancel my plusnet 😡
@Plusnet Interesting to hear you are doing as much as possible to help people. My Mother's experience the opposite. Since Sept 22nd she has been paying for a service that is not working. Multiple efforts to get help and speak to someone have failed. Incredibly poor show Plusnet!

@janeyk72 shite, I was paying for Fibre yet never ever got above 8mbs wouldn't recommend, now with Plusnet and never drops below 25mbs averages about 25mbs
@Plusnet Interesting you say that. My Mother is still waiting to for a response from you. Her internet has not been working since installation on 22nd September. Efforts to get her help and someone to speak to are impossible. What an utter shambles.
@plusnethelp Hello a plusnet customer who is being continously month after month wrongly billed every month i have to call in and then im refunded. This is a direct breach of my contract as i have to wait for a call handler and this is taking my time every month!!!!!!
@plusnethelp your service is appalling. I’ve been trying to log into my account for 3 days now and for some reason your site is down for me. I can’t use youview apps, pay my bill and I’m not wasting hours waiting on the phone. I’m leaving Plusnet after 3 months of crap service!
