    @cornelius_mark @SkyHelpTeam @primevideosport It's due to the issues with the Sky Channels on BT's TV Platform. BT and Plusnet will be using the Now TV platform for the Sky Channels, but BT want them in HD and recordable via the TV guide. Sky engineers are having to sort it out because it's a sky software issue with Youview.

    Still absolute shocking WiFi speeds and customer service non-existent from #plusnet @plusnet don’t return calls exit fee when service not right from day 2. Useless and can not understand how they exist. Ombudsman next I think.

    Darn. So fed up with our @Plusnet broadband I was looking forward to changing supplier next month so imagine my disappointment when I realise I signed up for a 18 month contract. The modem is pathetic (and noisy) and wifi quality is shockingly bad.

    @marcwebber @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp Ha! Well,the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

    @Tonysmini @OpenreachHelp @VodafoneUK I've no service at all now. Openreach email on Christmas day said ultrafast now enabled. Arranged to transfer. Transfer/activation date was given as 15th and Plusnet ceased old service at that point. Vodafone, after me pushing, give various stories about what is happening

    Hello @Plusnet, do you ever answer the phone? No support whatsoever from your useless automated chat function ("Joe" is obviously an obstructive computer programme) and no answer when I try to call.

    @Firesnakious Maybe check the settings on the new router? My router, provided by PlusNet is awful, and drops out all the time. I keep meaning to replace it.

    @plusnethelp @Plusnet Only ok for a few mins and now no internet - couldn't be at a worse time, please can you advise how to get a new router, can never get through on phone and if not sorted will have no choice but to change provider which i dont want to as have been happy for yrs up to past few mths

    Mum says she has paid for this month. Either this is bullshit or plusnet are just this ******* bad. I've tried everything to fix this. I'm surprised it's allowed me on ******* twitter. I'm so angry right now everything is setting me up to fail.

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp can someone please contact me regarding the AWFUL WiFi service you are providing. Tried calling on multiple days to only be on hold for in excess of 1 hour to then be cut off.
