@TheEddChina @Parky1919 @Plusnet @plusnethelp I have to say I've been with them for 18 years, and any problems I've had with the service have usually been down to Openreach, or the crumbling local infrastructure. As an IT consultant I've dealt with many other ISPs, most of whom have had similar issues.

@BSLterplife @weebitchilly Plusnet have got a good reputation. I think it is the router letting you down. Powerline are good - only if your house electrics are wired up correctly and in good nick.

Champions League - 4 goals in first 12 minutes I think. Missed them all though thanks to useless @Plusnet service and waste of money BT Sport subscription. Only one mobile phone on in the house and got fibre. Can't wait to get away from Plusnet - avoid at all costs

Hey, @Plusnet @plusnethelp people. I have fibre broadband with you guys specifically for watching movies (Amazon Prime). But I'm getting such slow speeds from you, it's ruining my viewing. The speed I'm paying for would be nice, gents.

I wish every ISP was like @Hyperoptic or they covered more premises. They have been an absolute pleasure to deal with, queries that took @Plusnet @WeAreOpenreach days if not months to resolve are literally resolved in less than 5 minutes. absolute bliss, complete stability!

@icklenellierose Was on Plusnet last year and switched because the service was so bad and they wouldn't help us without threatening a charge if they found nothing wrong. Can't help because the issue was never fixed but you are not alone in your experience

@plusnethelp My broadband was supposed to be set up yesterday but it hasn't been. No e-mail, no SMS, nothing. I'm an IT engineer trying to work from home and now I have no Internet thanks to Plusnet. Great way to treat a new customer. How long am I going to be kept waiting?

@Plusnet your service it atrocious, Ive been charged £130 to leave your company because YOU could not provide an internet connection. Hope your happy that my children will go without this xmas because of you. For months Ive been calling and all I have had is no help.
