This has helped resume the internet but not the bad feeling we now have to Plusnet. Ben (@B_R_G11) reported@MikeyCleave @Plusnet When I talked to plusnet about this they always said that there was no problem but I couldn’t talk to openreach directly even though they weren’t solving the problem. After weeks of waiting I ended up with a faster speed with Virgin at a cheaper price.
