This has helped resume the internet but not the bad feeling we now have to Plusnet. Dean (@xdean2) reported@Plusnet looking to change broadband providers from BT but read somewhere that if you try just get routed back to see the expensive option trying to get away from. Can you confirm can swap to plusnet as new customer with new customer pricing from BT?
