@1burnm I think this is endemic within the service sector not isolated to BG. The last 10 days of mine have been taken up on phone calls and emails with Plusnet, Sky, ADT on several occasions with the promise of a call/email back. It’s absolutely rife. I hope BG come through for you.

@Plusnet thought my connectivity issues the past weekend were on my end but I’m seeing that many customers are having issues with intermittent drop outs. This evening has been frustrating. Already previously logged under Q number 232950185.

Woop woop lunch time tomorrow all being well. Should have full fibre broadband courtesy of @CityFibre and @juicebroadband A bit nervous, plusnet FTTC has been incredibly reliable and "fast enough" more is better right? 200Mb up AND down for £10 a month less is hard to ignore!

@plusnethelp 4 conversations over plusnet online chat with poor service and 5-15 minute pauses between each contact during a chat and 4 days with no decent internet... Very disappointed with @plusnethelp Will definitely be looking to change suppliers when the contract is up..

@CatrionaShearer @virginmedia Dump them asap. I had a horrendous time with Virgin and they eventually apologised and cancelled an alleged "debt" after I lodged an official complaint. I'm now with Plusnet and the difference is amazing. They are superb.

Wow @Plusnet are absolute garbage. They've removed their online customer service chat- the ONLY reason I signed up with them, as I'm disabled and can't use a phone. My bill is £10 more than it should be, I need to discuss renewal options with someone, and I can't. Appalling.

@OpenreachHelp Plusnet have and they have put a note on the record. So you're telling me YOUR engineer broke our service and YOU can't escalate this TODAY to get him to come back and fix it. I work for NW Group, but can't. Shall I have a word with our OpenReach account manager?
