    @plusnethelp 4 conversations over plusnet online chat with poor service and 5-15 minute pauses between each contact during a chat and 4 days with no decent internet... Very disappointed with @plusnethelp Will definitely be looking to change suppliers when the contract is up..

    @Plusnet hi, our landline will ring (we don't have a call package) the answer phone cuts in, there are a series of bleeps only. This can happen 3/4 times a day. At this time the Internet cuts out and sometimes a device has to be reconnected. What's the problem?

    @LeeThom27071737 Yep ,I'm with Plusnet now ,no issues.the charge what they say .you don't have to ring Durban to get help ( there is no help b t w ) they owe me £88 .but will they pay up .....er no 🤬

    @Plusnet why has my speed dropped since you have increased my price to 20% above your current deals!? Streaming content on Netflix, or screencasting on Teams... Not had an issue before the last week. Nothing has changed with my setup.

    @Plusnet OH MY GOD! I cancelled the stupid smart cap on my phone because it costs so much money and you've just put it on again and charged me for it! I can NEVER sign in to either of our accounts without making new log in details. Seriously fed up with this!
