Woop woop lunch time tomorrow all being well. Should have full fibre broadband courtesy of @CityFibre and @juicebroadband A bit nervous, plusnet FTTC has been incredibly reliable and "fast enough" more is better right? 200Mb up AND down for £10 a month less is hard to ignore!

  • Le_Painter Dudley Freshwater (@Le_Painter) reported from Christchurch, England

@plusnethelp 4 conversations over plusnet online chat with poor service and 5-15 minute pauses between each contact during a chat and 4 days with no decent internet... Very disappointed with @plusnethelp Will definitely be looking to change suppliers when the contract is up..

@Plusnet Hi - can you cancel BT Sport from my broadband package please? As a Spurs fan I won't be needing it anymore.

  • Steve47165052 Steve (@Steve47165052) reported

    @Plusnet worst company going

  • SJHGJH Chris Hodgkinson (@SJHGJH) reported

So dissapointed @Plusnet can't get me a good 12 month deal for being a loyal customer since broadband came in! Such a shame it look looks like I'll be leaving 😢

  • jellybeantwits Jill (@jellybeantwits) reported

@Plusnet my mum's phoneline isn't working and as a result neither is her broadband. She hasn't been able to get through to support on her mobile. Is there a way I can raise a fault for her?

  • stieber_oliver Oliver Stieber (@stieber_oliver) reported

@plusnet common carrier and network shaping in the Liverpool area. I can get bbc iplayer but itvhub is practically unwatchable. Are you network shaping and testing out common carrier changes?

  • MadgeOrrity J Brown 💙💛 (@MadgeOrrity) reported

@AdvocateforJus4 @Only9built @avsybaby If it makes you feel better, we're about to have a similar-ish problemo. Plusnet copper broadband stops on 29 Apr & apparently Vodacrap, who said they could supply from 17 Mar, now say they will start our new service on (go on, have a guess...)... 1st June. What a load of sh*t!

  • robjo2112 ROBERT JOHNSON (@robjo2112) reported

@WeAreOpenreach @Plusnet And then I could get normal broadband set up (quicker than these idiots can fix this).

  • PhilCambs Phil Jacoby (@PhilCambs) reported

@Plusnet Hi, I need to sort out an issue with my broadband contract. I rang Plusnet yesterday but I believe I was given incorrect information by the call handler. Is there an email address to contact Plusnet please? Thank you.

  • ajpickering Amanda 💙 (@ajpickering) reported

@Plusnet I'm a new customer and my broadband should have gone live on the 8th March. I am now without a phone line or broadband and can't work. Can I get an update? This really won't do!

  • robjo2112 ROBERT JOHNSON (@robjo2112) reported

@WeAreOpenreach Each time they lie through their teeth, it will appear on here and be reported to my MP, who is in this for me. They call it a mass outage and then email him saying 5 houses are affected. @Plusnet should cancel the account with no fees to pay (£159 exit) because of this.
