Kal (@GoonerKal) reported from Poole, England@1burnm I think this is endemic within the service sector not isolated to BG. The last 10 days of mine have been taken up on phone calls and emails with Plusnet, Sky, ADT on several occasions with the promise of a call/email back. It’s absolutely rife. I hope BG come through for you.

David (@David297819311) reported@EE rubbish customer service. Plusnet changed over my contract to you 2 weeks ago and each day I have to reset my Internet connection to sky. On hold for almost an hour tonight and no reply. I do not want online help I want to speak to a human who can explain why this happens.
-
Nigel Hurneyman (@Nigelh7n) reported@WeAreOpenreach My provider will probably be #BT, because I have to switch from #Plusnet to keep my home phone number. I know you own the network and I believe you do all BT-related updates, but do you allow other broadband providers to do their own updates on it?
-
G M Thomas FRSA FRAS (@japanauthor) reported@ThatNeilMartin @Plusnet I left @Plusnet years ago after a customer service guy was patronising and rude. One strike and you're out is my mantra with such things.
-
Mark Bush (@mjb8028) reported@Plusnet we were without internet for best part of 2 weeks at the end of June going into July, was fixed 6th July… was told we would be entitled to retrospective compensation off the bill (which was never properly explained) so I phoned up
-
thomasobeirne (@thomas_obeirne) reportedI have been a loyal plusnet customer for a number of years. I received an EE router and a text to switchover to EE, without wishing too. I have followed the steps to switchover and encountering problems. My logins are not working for either provider, can you help? @Plusnet
-
David McGinlay (@Quigmeister) reported@Plusnet The new service is at least 10x faster and cheaper than what you can offer. It’s due to start after my contract with you expires, so I don’t appreciate the continued pressure to stay with an inferior more expensive service
-
Paul Sutton (@PaulSutton66) reported@davidkurten In which case, the problem is my internet provider, Plusnet.
-
GromitFoxZero (@gromitfoxzero) reported@whisperwoIf @virginmedia I mean they didn’t let customers cancel and yet they got fined yesterday by our regulator here in the UK for £28m. I can’t relate because I use Plusnet which practically never goes out or ***** up a lot
-
Martyn Lucas (@Martyn_Lucas) reported@EE Trying to rip my elderly parents off! Terrible service! Moved them from a working service with @Plusnet , to a service that keeping dropping. Someone called them today saying they needed 900 Full Fibre! They are 2 OAPs who occasionally stream!
