    Woop woop lunch time tomorrow all being well. Should have full fibre broadband courtesy of @CityFibre and @juicebroadband A bit nervous, plusnet FTTC has been incredibly reliable and "fast enough" more is better right? 200Mb up AND down for £10 a month less is hard to ignore!

    @plusnethelp 4 conversations over plusnet online chat with poor service and 5-15 minute pauses between each contact during a chat and 4 days with no decent internet... Very disappointed with @plusnethelp Will definitely be looking to change suppliers when the contract is up..

    @Plusnet Hi we're having trouble blocking calls from a scam caller because it's coming up as an unknown number when we try to block it via your 1572 option. Is there anything else we can do? (It seems blocking *all* unknown numbers incurs a charge of £4 per month)

    @Plusnet You’re not doing everything you can to help at all, Our plusnet broadband is broken & plusnet won’t give us free data Bolt ons to try and tether our 4 plusnet mobiles. 1 child and 1 adult now unable to work and really unimpressed with @plusnethelp & @Plusnet’s commitment to help

    @Plusnet Our plusnet broadband is broken and plusnet won’t give us free data Bolt ons to try and tether our 4 plusnet mobiles. 1 child and 1 adult now unable to work and really unimpressed with @plusnethelp and @Plusnet’s commitment to helping home schooling

    @LetsTalk_FPL @MMABrad48 Think it's 75mb with Plusnet, using ethernet direct from router into mains and get the full 75. Never any issues with lag at all

    @Plusnet Why haven’t you advised your customers via social media, in The Vale of Glamorgan, Barry CF63 that the internet will be off for 60hrs. It went off this morning at 07:00hrs & an agent has advised that it “SHOULD” be on by 12/02/21. BAD, BAD SERVICE 😡😡😡 @plusnethelp

    @plusnethelp hi there, I have received an email saying that Plusnet was unable to take a bill from my account but I can’t log in to pay as I’m not with Plusnet anymore. I cancelled before it started because of other issues. The bill is less than £1. Please can you help?

    @plusnethelp Now all out of data for 1 child from tethering 1 of our plusnet mobiles as still no broadband service. Appalling customer service to be told you won’t help when we’re trying to home school and work.
