Sam (@someothersam) reported@Plusnet having issues with broadband again. Has played up for about 12 hours. Smart TVs say they’re connected but show no content. All phones connected but very slow. Harry👑Houdini #GTTO🇪🇺🧡FBPE🎶 ⛓️🔗LUFC (@AustroHungar) reported@JaneMichael62 @Cheeseo76847269 @Fairy__Woodland I find sim free contracts better, as you said by your phone outright. All these deals on TV, e.g 100gb for £20 a month, who the fxxk uses 100gb? I'm with Plusnet who are part of BT and use EE which is the biggest network. £8 a month for 15gb, I don't even use 1gb as most is WiFi.

Joanne (JoBeeArt)❤🎨 (@JoBeeArt75) reported@Plusnet It's suddenly kicked in and all is fine. Have plus net instead of o2 in the corner now. Clearly it just needed a bit of a re-start and time to settle! Thanks for your help.

Dan (@Mot0Dan) reported@JustaQuad PlusNet uses a different technology to VM. PlusNet uses Fibre To The Cab that goes over your copper telephone wire to the cabinet where it is then connected to fibre, the longer the copper the slow the BB. VM delivers coaxial cable straight to your door.

Ginny Temple (@temple_ginny) reported@bt_uk Hi! How do we go about getting our number ex-directory? Is there any other way than phoning customer services? We're Plusnet customers. Thanks

moot_ebooks (@bun_ebooks) reportedMy favourite thing about Plusnet is the same game I could get really laggy, then just doesn't work well.
-
Kelly (@kelly_tengi) reported@Plusnet They reckon a new mast at Fairlawns up the road came online in late 2020 and it changed from 1 bar with dropouts to full signal.
-
Kelly (@kelly_tengi) reported@Plusnet Next door has EE and poor reception downstairs too but: 1) WiFi calling means they don't notice much and 2) it's got better recently.

Patrick C Notchtree (@pcnotchtree) reported@Plusnet Thank you. My firewall setting is 'Off' so I guess port 25 is open. I was trying to use a bit of software which didn't seem to work, and the notes said it sometimes won't if the ISP blocks port 25. Doesn't seem top be the problem though.
