Woop woop lunch time tomorrow all being well. Should have full fibre broadband courtesy of @CityFibre and @juicebroadband A bit nervous, plusnet FTTC has been incredibly reliable and "fast enough" more is better right? 200Mb up AND down for £10 a month less is hard to ignore!

@plusnethelp 4 conversations over plusnet online chat with poor service and 5-15 minute pauses between each contact during a chat and 4 days with no decent internet... Very disappointed with @plusnethelp Will definitely be looking to change suppliers when the contract is up..

I just wanted to say how good it was to deal with a company that understands there can be problems & SOLVE them! Just spent 20 mins going over my Broadband connection with someone @Plusnet. Guy solved the issue and couldn't have been more helpful. A joy to deal with. Thanks.

@JohnLewisRetail @Plusnet my Granny took out new broadband 6 weeks ago and order wasn’t placed for some unknown reason. Meant to go live yesterday but no luck. Now told only option is £50 for an engineer to come out. Terrible customer service and not ideal for a vulnerable 79 old

@Plusnet absolutely disgusted in the service, no urgency offered, no compensation offered and told we will have to pay for the engineer to come out Monday! Weve been without internet since Thursday morning, cant WFH and we are heavily reliant upon the internet in the lockdown! 😭

Can’t believe the terrible ‘service’ of @plusnet @plusnethelp that has left my daughter, a hardworking teacher who lives alone, with no internet since end of Jan. Broken promises, excuses & no call back left her unable to work from home and facing an even more isolated half term.

@roundyfullandby @bt_uk Customer service eh! Always designed to benefit the company first, the customer second. Plusnet have been pretty poor too for us recently!
