-
sweelee (@sweelee1) reported from Bromley, England@PostOffice Yes as you would expect at this time of year. Most of the customers should have been encouraged to use self service, but due to lack of understanding about how to operate and whether it took cash, they opted for the customer assistants. Better service at the self service, IMO.
-
R Fletcher Antiques (@AntiqueFletcher) reported from Bromley, England@PostOffice Thanks for your help. I'm assuming that we don't need the customs stickers for the EU until told differently then.
-
åjP☆ (@ayejaypeeCPFC) reported from Croydon, England@santanderukhelp I had an irate customer ring me asking why I hadn't "bothered" banking her cheque. Bit embarrassing. chris summers (@ratman97) reported from Bromley, England@PostOffice just a small complaint. Had a parcel delivered today, left in the food waste bin, so far no problem, except the bin was about half full of food waste. Had to clean my package outside before opening it and bringing it in.
-
Bill Banks (@bill_banksy) reported from Bromley, England@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp @RoyalMail The last 2 parcels I’ve sent have been stolen or lost. These were dropped off at the post office and never reached their destination. They never left your possession so have been stolen or lost by your staff.

⭐️Ashby⭐️ (@TellerMarie) reported from Bromley, England@PostOffice There was no need to keep 20 odd people outside in the rain with zero social distancing with a person who clearly had no idea what he was doing.
