@PostOffice I arrived just after 1300 hours to post a birthday card overseas and left at 1342 hours. None of the self service machines were working as you can see. Staff were swamped. Queue well peeved.

@PostOffice Queueing in Ealing Common W5 3NN branch just now, the lady serving was rather rude to a customer who was concerned about the length of time other customers were being made to wait in the queue as she was the only one serving at the counter. Not the sort of 1/2

I don't often send moany tweets but genuinely the @PostOffice in Ealing is the most depressing place. Always a massive queue and too few staff and just horrible atmosphere. Gross.

@PostOffice Yesterday I posted my old passport to the passport office having renewed online at home and the po counter person commented on it saying how great it was. I agree! But I'm glad you still do this for folk who aren't comfortable doing it online. Because the paper form is awful.

@PostOffice I’ve submitted a complaint via web form. The staff in the WH Smith’s branch on Harben Parade, London NW3 really need some customer service training. Being on the receiving end of rude, dismissive, and hostile attitude is unacceptable. Sort them out.

@PostOffice your Kings Cross branch need to check their security of parcels! I’ve just been to post a parcel and the “air lock” is full and open on the customer side. So anyone could steal the parcels. Tried to tell the counter staff but they weren’t interested

You would have postal services in your area and a bank that people could open accounts with and drive new footfall through the door. Offer government backed mortgages, gov backed green loans. Got to hand it to the @USPS they screwed up and never told us our package had arrived at the post office, then sent it back, then after spending a week of calling them was able to get our package back. And then they had the audacity to charge me $20 for postage due #postoffice

2/2 @PostOffice still hasn't come 5 days plus 2 weeks later. First enquiry call was cut off. 2nd attempt said waiting time is 30 minutes. Unimpressive service.

@PostOffice Hi I was refused service in your Broadway Market (E8 4PW) yesterday as I was trying to bank cash and had Bank of Scotland notes. I was told they cannot accept that and to call ‘head office’. I bank with Post Office every week, has policy changed?

@PostOffice how can you operate on such a poor version of customer service. My local post office shuts at 5:30, went to pay off my Avon bill and been told it’s shut due to one staff member working! Would be better if they left cleaning the stairs until they really shut!
