@PostOffice should have never moved there CC customers to JAJA, it’s ruining the @PostOffice rep...JAJA customer service is crap - would have been better to move them to the @CapitalOne PO card 😡😡

Called @PostOffice travel money line wheo said "your money is in the branch" we can cancel and sort it but your exchange rate will be worse and you'll have to drive somewhere to get it

@PostOffice @shell @FirstUtilitySL I want to tell the world these companies are absolute bastards to deal with in a crisis. House burns down and these all chased me for months wanting payments for a home I wasnt even allowed to enter. I’m spreading the word.

@PostOffice your service at Halifax stinks. Massive queue, one girl serving, the other just sat counting stamps, very slowly. Clearly don't care about customers and both look like they'd rather be anywhere else. Can't even use the auto tills for what I need. 😠

@PostOffice hi there, you are promoting your digital passport renew service,just travelled to Halifax to details told system not working,not post office fault but @GOVUK I was told no idea when may work again,when your only choice is Halifax or hudds what good is this to anyone.

@_BecRx @PostOffice It’s been down for over 5 hours in Berkshire and impossible to get updates. Customer Services have no information and NOTHING on web site or when you log in to account. Good luck - I’ll be changing ISP first chance I get.

@WhichUK @RoyalMail I get them all the time. Never responded yet, never missed an expected parcel delivery. If a retired police officer fell for it that is his problem. It is so obviously NOT from the PostOffice.

@PostOffice Service is a waste of time over half an hour on hold and not spoke to anyone yet my parcel has gone missing. That fact that the post said they delivered it to me and I never got it. Im@not going to complain about it if I already had it would I.

@EmilyKoch @PostOffice The service is called "freepost name" -- the whole idea is that a postcode is not required. So use the image of the receipt to show the staff at your post office how to complete the cert of posting.
