Tina Walsh (@tmw1000) reported@MorganBroadcast Always been a bit nervous about banking with @santanderuk, had a few problems with them, including cashier insisting it took 45 days to clear a cheque (manager had to whisper in their ear that it was '4 to 5'), think it's time to look elsewhere. Hope you get your money back.

Big flaw in the systems, not helped by data protection regulations and policing that is off doing other things. I assume this was the Kent Online story from Monday?

It seems that everyone in UK customer facing roles just don't bother doing their job anymore. And their managers likewise. Take them to claims court.
