    @santanderuk I know it’s difficult at the moment but I can’t get through on the phone, I went to branch and she sent me away (despite me driving half hour) and came back and tried make an apt in branch and not giving any until March. Im about to walk! Crazy service.

    @santanderuk 40 mins on hold and still on hold actually sat in one of your branches who can’t help me after a call this morning to you advised me to go to a branch . Is this acceptable on any level . Anyone suggest a better more modern business bank I should be switching to ?

    @santanderuk some advice: if a client has processed a change to their mortgage don’t keep messaging them telling them that current deal is expiring and encouraging them to take action.Makes client think that process is broken and new deal not actually in place 🙄 #banking #ux #cx

    @santanderuk I have just hung up after being on hold for the past 1 hour 23 minutes. You have the very worst history of phone times I have ever known. I wanted to sort my issue online but was unable to as your app is awful. You closed the local branch. You are beyond useless.

    @santanderuk Had several credit card payments declined, and a live chat agent advised your Security team had blocked it, asked me to call Credit Cards. Credit Cards agent advised Santander credit cards are just “not working”. No issues announced on here. What is going on?

    @santanderuk blocked the access to my account for no apparent reason and I've been waiting for more than 40 min on the phone with no response. This is so frustrating and I need to make an urgent transaction. Very disappointed with the quality of support.

    @santanderuk I’ve had your Mastercard debit card for over a year and Apple Pay still not accepting it. Tried registering the card countless times and been through your customer service… what’s the problem with Mastercard and Apple????

    Planned to get a @santanderuk hire bike to help get around @TfL rail strikes but the 1.3 star rated Android app wouldn't let me register any card - the 'submit card details' button was just greyed out. Took extra 45 mins and a lot of faffing with buses to get home. Thanks... 🙄
