You have the very worst history of phone times I have ever known. I wanted to sort my issue online but was unable to as your app is awful. You closed the local branch. You are beyond useless.

Im about to walk! Crazy service.

Imagine a set of really unhelpful people who take 45 mins to answer the phone, have no authority to comment on your problem (no intention to fix it), and pay you zero interest.

Anfield B C Peter (@permarlings7) reported@santanderuk Absolute rubbish, I tried to use my Santander credit card yesterday, denied as I apparently need to register a mobile phone with them. They haven't even let me know I need to! Not very good customer care!!!
