You have the very worst history of phone times I have ever known. I wanted to sort my issue online but was unable to as your app is awful. You closed the local branch. You are beyond useless.

Im about to walk! Crazy service.

They appear on your phone as if it's the same number as what appears on the website, however Santander says in their policies that no in-person consultant would call you, only an automated voice if necessary.
