@santanderuk I have just hung up after being on hold for the past 1 hour 23 minutes. You have the very worst history of phone times I have ever known. I wanted to sort my issue online but was unable to as your app is awful. You closed the local branch. You are beyond useless.

@santanderuk 40 mins on hold and still on hold actually sat in one of your branches who can’t help me after a call this morning to you advised me to go to a branch . Is this acceptable on any level . Anyone suggest a better more modern business bank I should be switching to ?

I seriously am shocked at @santanderuk - the people, many of them elderly and this probably means no access to online banking, standing for ages and ages in a queue in Lewisham branch. It is truly shameful…

@santanderuk I know it’s difficult at the moment but I can’t get through on the phone, I went to branch and she sent me away (despite me driving half hour) and came back and tried make an apt in branch and not giving any until March. Im about to walk! Crazy service.

@santanderuk some advice: if a client has processed a change to their mortgage don’t keep messaging them telling them that current deal is expiring and encouraging them to take action.Makes client think that process is broken and new deal not actually in place 🙄 #banking #ux #cx

Anyone thinking of getting car Finance with @santanderuk @santanderfi don't bother, very happy to watch you continue to pay for a car that has been rejected 7 weeks ago, with no help from them, in fact the handler has had 2 weeks holiday in that time. Hope he enjoyed it.

@santanderuk I have just received a notification to update my Santander app on my iPhone 6, this phone will only operate up to iOS 12. If your new upgrade does not work with any OS below iOS 14 I will need to close my accounts as I will no longer have access to them. Please help

@santanderuk I’ve been on hold on the phone for over 2 hours and there is no response to the online chat 25 minutes after the automatic response that I was being connected to an agent. Very poor customer service! Website options are poor not helpful!

@santanderuk I can’t believe the shocking customer service my husband has had when trying to change his mobile number. Can’t change the number without sending a statement, can’t access the statement without his no longer active mobile number…not sure what we can do 😡

Dear @santanderuk your service is terrible. I make a payment, no issues or messages. The retailer says no funds received. I go online to chat with you, they tell me the payment has been held up by fraud, gave me a number and then left the chat. 35 mins on hold later!!
