    @santanderuk son's card was blocked as 36p overdrawn. You didn't tell us there was a block on the card. He's refused travel on public transport. A safeguarding issue. Complaints Dept. tell me it's an automated procedure. Much like your Complaints Dept. then...no humanity at all.

    @DomLittlewood Hi Dom, Are you still assisting people who have consumer issues at all? I've had a bad experience with @santanderuk They lied to me about a mortgage product, promising my rate would be lower and hiking the repayments by 600% instead of lowering them. Can you help?

    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk They promised that the payments would go down, not up. So they lied. I feel duped, and yes I have called & they said it could take up to 8 weeks to sort a complaint. I really don't believe that. You've caused me major mental distress. I need this sorting NOW

    @santanderuk Your statement export is atrocious. Your CSV data doesn't have the discription. Your text output uses iso-8859-1 with nbsp chars, it should use utf-8 without display characters. Your other formats are broken. These are not hard fixes.
