Thought I'd lost my pension. Distraught.Made me ill.

    @santanderuk our accents are all different and we can't sound like the automated voice in the telephone banking service. If you were going to use customers voice as passwords, you should have made provisions for various accents in a diversified UK.

    @santanderuk you put restrictions access to my account and sent me a letter and asked me to call you, since I received the letter I tried calling you and waiting and waiting and waiting but nobody take my call, what should I do now? Really disappointed

    Goodness me @santanderuk @santanderukhelp you really, really donโ€™t want people to call you. New customer here needing to speak to someone. Iโ€™m over 30 mins in & most of that was messages telling me not to call ๐Ÿ˜ฉ๐Ÿ˜ฉ

    Already a @santanderuk customer yet to open a bus account I have to speak to someone on the phone then make an appointment for another phone call then make another appointment to see business manager in person miles away because you closed my branch Out of date and out of touch

    @santanderuk The other issue is when I ring up your CS, it normally takes 40 minutes for anyone to answer the phone Once answered, details taken - Iโ€™m put on hold for another 20 odd minutes Then when I do speak to someone - they tell me I need to go to a branch!!!
