1/2 So @santanderuk my account goes into arrears for 1 day - you then block my account and takes 5 days to unlock meaning I can’t use my own money!!! How do I feed kids/get petrol? You suggest bank transfer how does that work at a supermarket?

@santanderuk you keep sending letters and notifications on apps and emails to get in touch about mortgage fix rate ending... impossible to get in touch with you..I have spent 4hrs on hold one day and another 2 over the past week. Absolutely pathetic.

@santanderuk FAO Mike Regnier CEO of Santander. I refer you to Complaint Reference 11352221. I have been business client of your bank since 2008. You have lost £15k of my money and show know interest in finding what the problem is. This problem has created irreparable damage...
