  Sort it out @santanderuk since you changed from Visa to Mastercard, it’s been nothing but issues. My account isn’t working today. Good job this isn’t my main account and I have a couple of current accounts with other banks. As soon as my savings interestrate runs out I’m leaving!

  Please don’t bank with @santanderuk. They have currently restricted my account so I can’t access my money. They have asked me for documents which have been provided but now they are not good enough. They asked for a payslip which is Thai and now they want it translated.

  @santanderuk @TSB I was approved for a credit card, received the physical card and activation info, but it’s now blocked/declining legitimate transactions with no clear explanation. Please fix this urgently and confirm it won’t affect my credit file. Ref: OLA0107788949

  @santanderuk Went to Unity Place in Milton Keynes today to find my local branch, seeing as you thought it ok to close all high street branches. Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.
