    @santanderukhelp The customer relations around this whole technical issue have been a complete fiasco @santanderuk and @santanderukhelp and I sincerely hope the plonker responsible for destroying thousands of peoples plans today is looking for another job on Monday morning !!

    Anyone who banks with @santanderuk having issues with payments declining due to the 3D authentication failing, but itโ€™s not actually giving you an OTP or asking you to authorise the payment on the santander app? Donโ€™t know what to do ๐Ÿซ

    Sort it out @santanderuk since you changed from Visa to Mastercard, itโ€™s been nothing but issues. My account isnโ€™t working today. Good job this isnโ€™t my main account and I have a couple of current accounts with other banks. As soon as my savings interestrate runs out Iโ€™m leaving!

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp your customer service is appalling. Hanging up on the customer isn't very professional, is it. All we wanted to do was change our address!

    @MorganBroadcast @santanderuk I have just shown her your tweet and she has sensibly decided against an account with @santanderuk . The last thing anyone should feel is that this is the kind of Customer Service that you would recieve if you found yourself the victim of a crime.

    The ******* crooks @santanderuk have put a block on my bank account without ANY warning because I didnโ€™t change my contact details due to them already being correct. Absolute ******* scumbags.

    @santanderuk clearly in either a cyber attack or major infrastructure issues! What is it? Your customers NEED to know - especially when one of your junior fraud callers said YES you are undergoing a cyber incident! Want me to post more of the call?

    @santanderuk Hello, yes and they have submitted the data to Santander but came back as didn't meet t&C's despite Santander agent confirming that I had. Think error in the data they submit as my acc. wasn't open properly for 3 weeks. I have all the agent chat msgs+ call logs
