  Anyone who banks with @santanderuk having issues with payments declining due to the 3D authentication failing, but it’s not actually giving you an OTP or asking you to authorise the payment on the santander app? Don’t know what to do 🫠

  Sort it out @santanderuk since you changed from Visa to Mastercard, it’s been nothing but issues. My account isn’t working today. Good job this isn’t my main account and I have a couple of current accounts with other banks. As soon as my savings interestrate runs out I’m leaving!

  @santanderuk I think you should review that. When they take 8+ hours to respond, then tell you they’re multitasking so might not respond immediately, but expect you to drop everything in your life to respond is a bit unreasonable. My experience = chat support is a waste of time.

  @santanderuk dreadful service, international payment = a 25 mins phone call, 31 questions, endless ‘let me check’ and now my account is blocked whilst I wait for your ‘back office’ to do some more checks, I’ll just wait for you shall I? Or use another provider………

  @santanderuk stop sending emails about using my overdraft when the reason it happened is because you stopped sending texts to say I was nearing it. I received no notification you were doing this. Surely you’ve noticed I only pay bills from them, useless bank with no cust service

  @santanderuk Also told I can’t do what I need to do over the phone has to be in the bank unable even to talk to someone in the branch My other post on media wow thousands of people got the same problem with that particular branch no one contacts us by end of day we are closing all accounts

  @santanderuk trying to report a card issue with you. Spent 30 minutes on the phone, now another 15 on your online system. Why don't you employ more people now you've shut all the branches down? #useless
