  @ClemFandango61 @santanderuk I hate them machines but it's not so easy going inside a branch when they keep closing them down and the ones that are still open close at 3pm. Putting money in my own account has become such an inconvenience and it's something I need to do at least 3 times a month😤

  @santanderuk been held on call for over 25 minutes ...then get cut off. Great customer service .. not! Message "sorry to keep you waiting" then you cut someone off.

  @santanderuk Terrible service. Needed bank statement - waited 10 days -still nothing. Went into branch and unbelievably they can’t print one! Do not go paperless as this lot are never going to give you a hard copy should you need it for anything!

  @santanderuk Also told I can’t do what I need to do over the phone has to be in the bank unable even to talk to someone in the branch My other post on media wow thousands of people got the same problem with that particular branch no one contacts us by end of day we are closing all accounts
