    @ClemFandango61 @santanderuk I hate them machines but it's not so easy going inside a branch when they keep closing them down and the ones that are still open close at 3pm. Putting money in my own account has become such an inconvenience and it's something I need to do at least 3 times a month😤

    @santanderuk been held on call for over 25 minutes ...then get cut off. Great customer service .. not! Message "sorry to keep you waiting" then you cut someone off.

    I seriously am shocked at @santanderuk - the people, many of them elderly and this probably means no access to online banking, standing for ages and ages in a queue in Lewisham branch. It is truly shameful…

    @santanderuk every time I use my card online to do multiply purchases you block my card, this is the 3rd time in 2 days. I’ve told you I’m doing so and no again you’ve block me. Spending 30 minutes on hold each time to get this sorted. #Jokers

    @santanderuk Sort youR app! I have an iPhone with FaceID it doesn’t need a passcode as well as it’s not fooled by photos. I’m now locked out as you forced me to change my passcode and I mistakenly entered the old one 3 times in error. MO WONDER YOU PHONE LINES ARE BUSY,

    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk Terrible service..doing a house renovation. Told Sant (joint account). First new payment, blocked. 30mins on hold to unblock. Next payment, blocked. Wouldn't unblock over phone (40mins hold) told to go in branch. Not possible. Changing banks

    @santanderuk Hi. Currently overseas (USA) and credit card not working. Apparently there is an issue with credit card payments according to your help desk. Will you be able to reimburse the foreign currency fees due to having to use my debit card?
