    @ClemFandango61 @santanderuk I hate them machines but it's not so easy going inside a branch when they keep closing them down and the ones that are still open close at 3pm. Putting money in my own account has become such an inconvenience and it's something I need to do at least 3 times a month😤

    @santanderuk been held on call for over 25 minutes ...then get cut off. Great customer service .. not! Message "sorry to keep you waiting" then you cut someone off.

    @santanderuk does any customer receive replies from Santander. I have left several messages with your "Sandi" for either a contact or sent a message and receive nothing back in return. Why??

    @santanderuk The other issue is when I ring up your CS, it normally takes 40 minutes for anyone to answer the phone Once answered, details taken - I’m put on hold for another 20 odd minutes Then when I do speak to someone - they tell me I need to go to a branch!!!

    @PixelPrincessRG @santanderuk Im just so annoyed ya know, this will impact my next 2 months now. £1k might not be a lot for some but its what im budgeting especially with the schools opening next week. Its hit heavier this month and having that money returned i didnt spend would help a lot.

    @santanderuk Also told I can’t do what I need to do over the phone has to be in the bank unable even to talk to someone in the branch My other post on media wow thousands of people got the same problem with that particular branch no one contacts us by end of day we are closing all accounts

    @santanderuk your customer service is woeful! Hours on the phone ( mostly on hold ) I thought I had got somewhere two days ago, promised a call back with a resolution but nothing since ! You are putting an 86 year deaf customer at risk , my mother , please help.

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp so after contacting me you still couldn’t help me either - 8 hours blocked accounts for no reason, no support, no customer services - appalling absolutely appalling service
