    @santanderuk you put restrictions access to my account and sent me a letter and asked me to call you, since I received the letter I tried calling you and waiting and waiting and waiting but nobody take my call, what should I do now? Really disappointed

    Morning! @santanderuk My customer is trying to pay my Santander account via bacs she is getting warnings the account is not recognised. I checked all the details which seems right. Why would this happen? How can I resolve?

    @santanderuk It's a shame you don't invest more of those profits into more staff. Over an hour waiting on the phone to discuss suspected credit card fraud. Very poor customer service.

    If you have @amazon Alexa and haven’t realised you’ve activated voice purchasing, then double check your settings. My poor vulnerable dad (with bad eye and memory issues) didn’t know that he was paying for a service he didn’t need nor want… even @santanderuk staff were stunned.

    To be clear a bank like @santanderuk know *exactly* what their call wait times are, when peak times are. They have service desk tooling that monitors all of this. The truth is they don't care. Their customer's time has little worth to them & their financial model to do business.

    @santanderuk my son has been trying to get through to your phoneline for weeks to unblock his account. Another 45 mins on the phone today still no joy. Please help he is desperate to unlock his account following fraud text message.
