    1/2 So @santanderuk my account goes into arrears for 1 day - you then block my account and takes 5 days to unlock meaning I can’t use my own money!!! How do I feed kids/get petrol? You suggest bank transfer how does that work at a supermarket?

    2/2 you then suggest get cash out, you’ve shut all the branches? Also no one takes cash anymore. You then suggest using my other accounts with you - that I have no cards for. So how do I pay for food? Absolutely disgusting service and I will be leaving @santanderuk

    @santanderuk you put restrictions access to my account and sent me a letter and asked me to call you, since I received the letter I tried calling you and waiting and waiting and waiting but nobody take my call, what should I do now? Really disappointed

    @santanderuk you have blocked my account, I have tried to call, 50 minutes cut off, 1hour cut off, went into branch to be told same number to call, now 27 minutes into call. Feel embarrassed for the branch staff trying their best to keep customers happy whilst unable to help me.

    Shout out to @Barclays & @NatWest_Help for making it so easy to change my login details & lock my banking app online asap after my phone was robbed out my hand yesterday leaving me with no access to a phone🙌 @santanderuk on the other hand....

    @santanderuk only way I can do this is through sending secure codes to my phone for the thieves to see or giving them a call whilst having no access to a phone... It's the next day & I get an email from @santanderuk asking if they can call me to sort it out.. Good work guys👏

    @santanderuk I'm on a business trip and I've forgotten my PIN. It happens. Apparently there is *nothing* you can do to help. Useless system that customers can only view their PIN for *some* cards. Really entirely unhelpful. Now I'm totally stuck. Thanks a lot.

    @santanderuk My card was declined yesterday. I was sent a text from yourselves to contact your department immediately I was on hold for 20 minutes, as it was tea time I ended call. I've tried to call back twice today & both times I was disconnected, this is appalling service.

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp what a shockingly incompetently designed system that is. Block peoples cards over several days while travelling abroad and solely relying on that card. Been a Select customer for years. Soon as I’m home I’m cancelling all accounts with your bank.
