    1/2 So @santanderuk my account goes into arrears for 1 day - you then block my account and takes 5 days to unlock meaning I can’t use my own money!!! How do I feed kids/get petrol? You suggest bank transfer how does that work at a supermarket?

    2/2 you then suggest get cash out, you’ve shut all the branches? Also no one takes cash anymore. You then suggest using my other accounts with you - that I have no cards for. So how do I pay for food? Absolutely disgusting service and I will be leaving @santanderuk

    @santanderuk you put restrictions access to my account and sent me a letter and asked me to call you, since I received the letter I tried calling you and waiting and waiting and waiting but nobody take my call, what should I do now? Really disappointed

    So in the middle of our move and while selling our house @santanderuk blocks our account due to a payment entirely consistent with that move and now it is going to take >2 days to remove that block? Seriously?

    Well done to @santanderuk for putting additional stress on my holiday by blocking a payment to my @RevolutApp account and blocking access to my accounts. Transferring my accounts away when back (if we get away as currently can't pay my hotel)

    @santanderuk our accents are all different and we can't sound like the automated voice in the telephone banking service. If you were going to use customers voice as passwords, you should have made provisions for various accents in a diversified UK.

    I just waiter 1 hour 13 mins to get through to your mortgage team and as soon as the call went through up they hung up. This is unacceptable ..... Poor customer service @santanderuk

    @NoHopeOfDebate @PostOffice @santanderuk We've had so many issues with our customers depositing chqs into them, santander seem to be clueless about correct procedure, but chqs seem to miraculously turn up once customer has enquired inspite of santander claiming theres no record
