My poor vulnerable dad (with bad eye and memory issues) didn’t know that he was paying for a service he didn’t need nor want… even @santanderuk staff were stunned.

They have service desk tooling that monitors all of this. The truth is they don't care. Their customer's time has little worth to them & their financial model to do business.
