@SkyUK how come we have access to ITV Catchup but not to ITV HUB where we could actually get a REAL catch up of backdated programmes like are available on other device to be streamed? Do I have to cancel subscription and switch to BT TV?

So it seems as though when you give @SkyUK notice you want to cancel their broadband service in 31 days as per their conditions. They’ll just cut your off without warning after 5 days… Honestly sick of all telecoms providers, customer service is their last concern if at all

@TennisChannel @SkySports Why are Sky so bad at tennis. Tennis Channel shows matches on-deman while SkyTennis requires you to watch live unless it is a feature match. Disgraceful for the 21st Century. I hate the fact you bought out Amazon Prime which had the perfect system!

@SkyUK Had issues with Sky now since March. Complaint made. No direct contact number for complaints team. Phone returned on two occasions. Goodness knows how many hours wasted being passed round various departments on the 0345 number. Worst customer service you’ll get anywhere.

The day the @UKParliament ban the use use of virtual assistants when trying to get through to @SkyUK and the such will be a great deal for all! Its absolutely terrible that you cannot get through on the telephone because they don’t employ enough people, and the bot is crap
