@SkyHelpTeam SkyGo app has become unwatchable. Syncs to Sky Q fine over sky fibre BB, 5m away on iPad it continuously buffers, hangs & some instances not load at all. Same on iPhone both running the latest iOS. Can clearly see lots of people getting the same issue...

@SkyUK Once again, Sky has failed us in not releasing Aquaman in Dolby Atmos format! After promises of Dolby Atmos movie releases, Sky has let down clients; rather than providing this much wanted format, unlike Netflix & Primetime, it puts it's resources in gimmicks! Disgraceful

@SkyHelpTeam I've been a customer with Sky Glass and Wi-Fi all of 3 days, not received my free puck, TV buffers mid programme and WiFi has gone off and needed resetting twice in an hour. Not living my best Sky life when I work from home and rely on Wi-Fi
