They’ll just cut your off without warning after 5 days… Honestly sick of all telecoms providers, customer service is their last concern if at all

Will it be totally fixed by Monday? I work from home and need to take customer calls!!! I have had to take today off as holiday due to this issue. Very dissatisfied.
