    @SkyUK how come we have access to ITV Catchup but not to ITV HUB where we could actually get a REAL catch up of backdated programmes like are available on other device to be streamed? Do I have to cancel subscription and switch to BT TV?

    So it seems as though when you give @SkyUK notice you want to cancel their broadband service in 31 days as per their conditions. They’ll just cut your off without warning after 5 days… Honestly sick of all telecoms providers, customer service is their last concern if at all

    @SkyHelpTeam Last 12 month I had problems with my Internet.. had engineers out said its a sky problem . Get new box no good .. told to book engineers again . But couldn't because of covid . Still paid ... had engineers out again said sky problem and nothings still sorted so

    @SkyHelpTeam Where do I send the invoice to be reimbursed for lack of broadband service? You are not providing the service I am paying for. This is absolutely unacceptable. Going to be raising this issue with consumer ombudsman.
