Utterly comical that they would waste yours and an engineer's time, because they are too inept to manage thier own service.     @SkyHelpTeam Any time frames please? I thought it may be an hour or two now it's getting pretty (WFH) serious. I don't have very good mobile reception where I am with Sky Mobile either, so hotspot doesn't help very much.
