@SkyHelpTeam been waiting for you to arrange for Openreach to reconnect my broadband/for 7 days. No response from your customer service team. On hold for 45 minutes. Been a VIP customer for 25 years and have paid you £30k fees. This is how you treat me. Awful service.

Really disappointing from @SkyUK. Satellite not working. Need engineer to fix. Not available until 13th August at earliest. Really unsure what the point of paying premium is if service delay is this long??? (> than 14 day maximum). @virginmedia @btsport could you do better?

Hey @SkyUK Why is my on demand not working? When I try to download I get a message stating "Failed". This is starting to get on my nerves. Perhaps your payment will also soon be "failed". Not happy. 😡

@SkyHelpTeam Why send me to a page when your fully aware of the problems in Milton Keynes. Your customers talk via platforms like Twitter and can see the conflicting information your putting out. Apparently engineers were sent out hours ago which clearly isn’t the case.

@SkyHelpTeam you sent an Openreach engineer. I waited 7 days, and he arrived two days ago. He said he couldn't fix the problem, and that it would be fixed within two days by another team. Nothing has happened. I told you about this problem online, and you tested the line.

Getting fed up. We have had 7 phone calls today from people claiming to be from @SkyHelpTeam tech support about a problem with our router. Clearly a scam call but 7 bloody times they have called so far today and have upset my 4 month old baby when trying to get him to nap

@SkyHelpTeam Yet another ticket now opened with OpenReach. Another 3-5 days of no phone and no internet to wait. Of course, I’m sure Sky will be happy to keep taking my money while providing zero service, but if I stopped paying the service would also stop pretty damn quick.
