Absolutely loved the way @btsportfootball not only didn't apologise and hide the sound of the crowd chanting "**** VAR" but actually discussed it! Would never happen on @SkySports who put on fake crowd sounds to hide chants they don't like. #WOLMUN

@SkyHelpTeam severe outage in my area. I work from home and rely on the sky service I pay for to be able to do my job. Not happy at all. I can’t really say to my employer, sorry I can’t work today my internet is down.

@SkyHelpTeam SkyGo app has become unwatchable. Syncs to Sky Q fine over sky fibre BB, 5m away on iPad it continuously buffers, hangs & some instances not load at all. Same on iPhone both running the latest iOS. Can clearly see lots of people getting the same issue...

@SkyUK Once again, Sky has failed us in not releasing Aquaman in Dolby Atmos format! After promises of Dolby Atmos movie releases, Sky has let down clients; rather than providing this much wanted format, unlike Netflix & Primetime, it puts it's resources in gimmicks! Disgraceful

@SkyHelpTeam Think you need to train some of your agents on customer service and improve their knowledge! Jusy spoke to 2 different advisors who told me 2 totally different things! It's why I left sky in the first place! Nothing has changed and only been back 24 hours!
