    @SkyHelpTeam Why send me to a page when your fully aware of the problems in Milton Keynes. Your customers talk via platforms like Twitter and can see the conflicting information your putting out. Apparently engineers were sent out hours ago which clearly isn’t the case.

    Really disappointing from @SkyUK. Satellite not working. Need engineer to fix. Not available until 13th August at earliest. Really unsure what the point of paying premium is if service delay is this long??? (> than 14 day maximum). @virginmedia @btsport could you do better?

    @SkyHelpTeam been waiting for you to arrange for Openreach to reconnect my broadband/for 7 days. No response from your customer service team. On hold for 45 minutes. Been a VIP customer for 25 years and have paid you £30k fees. This is how you treat me. Awful service.

    @SkyHelpTeam The service status page seems to be struggling, switching from saying Oops the tests are unavailable to claiming there is now no known issue, but the internet is definitely still not working, and yes I've tried all the steps in the help pages and switched things off and on again.

    @SkyUK So I just upgraded to Sky Q. Listened to a whole load of BS about me being a loyal & valued customer for over 21 years - charged me £99 installation fee PLUS a £30 joining fee (they called it ‘admin’) Just shows Sky only values “loyalty” as a tool in their selling BS!

    @SkyHelpTeam Reason I can't connect isn't because 25 years of IT industry training means I don't know or can't fix it IF you actually had a working network. It was down again for few hours last night no warning. You really need a reliable service or create a meshed 5g / wan system

    @SkyHelpTeam So, I notice from the in app alert that gold tier customers are now being invited to get Sky Glass. This diamond customer hasn't even had their email yet. This whole launch is so frustrating. Arggghhhh.
