Changed to @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam broadband . Seems a mistake. Awful connection on anything around the house now, from phone to games console. Considerably slower.

What an awful customer service set up @SkyUK has! You cannot action online, they put you on hold for 2 hours when you call - still can’t resolve your query and transfer you. Department you are transferred to has gone home for the evening so try again tomorrow. WTF!

@SkyHelpTeam The broadband just is not stable - works ok sometimes but drops out a lot. Even the 2nd Q box buffers loads and cuts off due to signal. Its shockingly bad even at times stood in front of the router!
