@SkyHelpTeam multiple recordings maybe 150+ episodes/films from the last 12 months have gone from my sky q box. I pay a lot of have something that’s meant to be reliable and this isn’t. It’s poor. I would like a new box and compensation.

Getting pretty pissed off I can't pause my @SkySports tried at several times of day including the middle of the night (joys of an 11 week old) and still getting a technical error. Shall I just cancel my DD @SkyHelpTeam Bet you'd spring into action then 🙄

@SkyHelpTeam I am having issues with my mobile network. Whenever I try to use it, my phone says that there is a PDP authentication error. I have restarted my phone and reset my network settings. I have been on Sky for a little while and this is the first time it has been an issue
