I wish to reduce my package and cancel my BB, Iv tried to do this on the mysky app and each time I select remove package it says I have to call someone, but no one will answer as I’m not a priority.

When the recorded message told me to hang up I did. After the 5th go I stayed on the line and got some more options and eventually I got to speak to someone :)

Engineer unable to complete set up due to insufficient signal. Tier 2 will be with us by the end of the week. Nothing happened and no call.
