@SkyHelpTeam I’ve already faffed about with that. Moved equipment around, changed broadband channels, unplugged and plugged back in - all of no help! That’s why I checked @WhichUK & tweeted you! I’d call Sky but I think I’d have more chance of winning the @NationalLottery than getting through

@SkyHelpTeam I need to contact a member of the team to sort out my account. I wish to reduce my package and cancel my BB, Iv tried to do this on the mysky app and each time I select remove package it says I have to call someone, but no one will answer as I’m not a priority.

@SkyUK hi I recently got a offer for sky q with free installation and 1 free mini multiroom box When I ordered there were no multiroom boxes in stock. I was told to order this at the end of march. When I've gone on to order its charging me £50 can u help as cant get through phone

@SkyHelpTeam As pretty much skyQ but it’s nothing like it! I’m read up paying more for this and getting such poor service. My glass at times won’t turn on I have to unplug it & plug it back in to get it to even switch on. It freezes on channels. I’m sick of it
