    @SkyUK Your complaint email address please. My elderly parents have been without sky tv for 3 weeks(despite paying for it)Your engineer visited today to fit Sky Q. He refused to go into the house citing covid. My parents had PPE as did the engineer. #terribleservice #sky

    If there is one certainty in life it is that @SkyUK internet is guaranteed to go down once a day. They expect people to pay £140 a month for the full package yet can’t even offer quality services

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes I did all that several times. I uploaded a few photos and got a few different numbers to call. When the recorded message told me to hang up I did. After the 5th go I stayed on the line and got some more options and eventually I got to speak to someone :)

    @SkyHelpTeam It’s working fine now. It’s at night and when I test the line it doesn’t work because the internet doesn’t work. When the internet goes down I get a message on my phone saying your internet has been dropped and tries to reconnect but fails to do so.

    @SkyHelpTeam Don’t think you get the point of the complaint why should I pay for sky that’s newly upgraded and have no service for 4 weeks but you could send an engineer earlier when one is available, but you choose to make more money your happy to make me wait another 2 weeks.

    @WeRThe48Percent @SkyHelpTeam I have discovered what our problem is. The engineer set the Sky Q box to digital Dolby. He wasn’t to know that the Roth speaker isn’t a digital Dolby item. Go into speaker settings and change to external speaker. The noise drops stopped instantly.

    Until very recently the customer service at @SkyUK was very good. Now it seems to be shocking. Shame I renewed my contract fairly recently.

    @SkyHelpTeam Because you’ve just said that SkyQ requires new equipment, so why didn’t the engineer state this when completing the installation? Why have I been left with a service that doesn’t work but still paying a premium price for it? 🤨
