If you miss the end of a show by minutes you have to wait a day for it to become available on your playlist. Is there going to be updates for this. Moved the box, changed channel's. Still no improvement. Left to go to another provider. The complaints team have never phoned me back

It happens at night after 10pm and worked again in the morning without fail. So the issue is either with sky or the line which I can’t fix. I’m done with sky. No only do you rip people off, you treat them like idiots.
