    @SkyHelpTeam It’s working fine now. It’s at night and when I test the line it doesn’t work because the internet doesn’t work. When the internet goes down I get a message on my phone saying your internet has been dropped and tries to reconnect but fails to do so.

    @virginmedia Thanks for you lack of response @virginmedia, obviously customer support or helping out my 86 year old mother who lives alone get her phone back and working is not a priority to you, maybe @SkyHelpTeam will be more helpful when I call them tomorrow, disgraceful customer service

    If there is one certainty in life it is that @SkyUK internet is guaranteed to go down once a day. They expect people to pay £140 a month for the full package yet can’t even offer quality services

    @SkyUK Your complaint email address please. My elderly parents have been without sky tv for 3 weeks(despite paying for it)Your engineer visited today to fit Sky Q. He refused to go into the house citing covid. My parents had PPE as did the engineer. #terribleservice #sky

    @SkyHelpTeam I do test it and it keeps saying there’s no errors in my area but obviously that’s not true is it if the internet is down. Stop talking to customers like they’re idiots and don’t know what they’re talking about.

    @SkyHelpTeam You’re website has multiple tests that people can use and also when the internet does drop which means there’s a solid orange light on the router, a notification from sky pop ups on your device that tries to help you fix the problem but it fails to do so.

    @SkySports @skytv Anyone else wondering why during these tough times with no top flight football for 6 weeks why am I still paying £100 per month for Sky? Poor new film selection also. Would have been nice to have had a payment break while the WC is on that would have great PR

    @woddle1000 @SkyHelpTeam So then put it all in an email. If you’re wanting to make a complaint, you have to follow their complaint process or it won’t be dealt with. Also useful if you do happen to have basis - you wouldn’t be able to refer to the ombudsman if you fail to follow the process.

    @OpenreachHelp what is the matter with your staff for 4 weeks @SkyUK has been trying to get you to come out and fix a faulty line for my parents who are classed as cat1 yet we have heard pretty much every excuse going and today im being told to move to another provider 1/2
