@SkyHelpTeam You’re website has multiple tests that people can use and also when the internet does drop which means there’s a solid orange light on the router, a notification from sky pop ups on your device that tries to help you fix the problem but it fails to do so.

@SkyHelpTeam Unless that’s a 24 hour help line, that’s no use to me. It happens at night after 10pm and worked again in the morning without fail. So the issue is either with sky or the line which I can’t fix. I’m done with sky. No only do you rip people off, you treat them like idiots.

@SkyHelpTeam I've been 9ver this with your team like a million times over the past few months. All I have on my network is my 2 computers and the SkyTV box. IF it's a device issue then the internet would work on the other devices still right? Which it doesn't, not cabled nor through WiFi

@freesat_tv It's 1gb hd (new model) it's a @SkyHelpTeam problem as phones won't play iPlayer either but that can't/won't help as it all works when not connected to there network

@SkyHelpTeam It's not just the f1, it's a real problem for anything. If you miss the end of a show by minutes you have to wait a day for it to become available on your playlist. Is there going to be updates for this. If not I'm glad I haven't sent my sky q Box back yet

Hey @SkyUK I've just finished chatting to one of your CS advisers about not having any internet for 2 weeks, turns out you can't do anything about it....it's an openreach problem. 👍 This sucks for someone who's self employed and works from home....

@SkyHelpTeam I do test it and it keeps saying there’s no errors in my area but obviously that’s not true is it if the internet is down. Stop talking to customers like they’re idiots and don’t know what they’re talking about.

@SkySports It’s a difficult job being a ref, but with VAR it’s been made easier so mistakes should be fewer. However refs do appear to be untouchable & exempt from criticism after a poor performance. I can’t think of any other business where criticism is outlawed like it is in football

@SkyHelpTeam Didn’t bother to call me back - this is NOT acceptable and even worse I have been a customer for 20+ years...to send an Engineer round knowing he is not allowed to enter my house and can only install a dish if I already have a hole in my wall is a JOKE....you should be ashamed!!

@SkySports If a referee was to comment on how bad a manager was he would be kicked off the list- stop interviewing managers after the game their should be a cooling off period of 20/30 minutes before any interviews with players or staff cut out the sensational comments Press would hate it
