    @SkyHelpTeam Yes I did all that several times. I uploaded a few photos and got a few different numbers to call. When the recorded message told me to hang up I did. After the 5th go I stayed on the line and got some more options and eventually I got to speak to someone :)

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve already faffed about with that. Moved equipment around, changed broadband channels, unplugged and plugged back in - all of no help! That’s why I checked @WhichUK & tweeted you! I’d call Sky but I think I’d have more chance of winning the @NationalLottery than getting through

    @SkyHelpTeam I need to contact a member of the team to sort out my account. I wish to reduce my package and cancel my BB, Iv tried to do this on the mysky app and each time I select remove package it says I have to call someone, but no one will answer as I’m not a priority.

    @SkyHelpTeam It's down again in twickenham - your service status says it's fine but a down detector site confirms it's not just me. Hub seems to be working with green lights but wifi not connected to my laptop. Was working fine and suddenly stopped working.
