If you miss the end of a show by minutes you have to wait a day for it to become available on your playlist. Is there going to be updates for this. As others have advised, place an order with another company, even if you have no intention of leaving. Sky retentions will contact you, as at that point, they can treat you as a new customer and give you those deals.
