@SkyUK Your complaint email address please. My elderly parents have been without sky tv for 3 weeks(despite paying for it)Your engineer visited today to fit Sky Q. He refused to go into the house citing covid. My parents had PPE as did the engineer. #terribleservice #sky

@SkyHelpTeam I do test it and it keeps saying there’s no errors in my area but obviously that’s not true is it if the internet is down. Stop talking to customers like they’re idiots and don’t know what they’re talking about.

@SkyHelpTeam You’re website has multiple tests that people can use and also when the internet does drop which means there’s a solid orange light on the router, a notification from sky pop ups on your device that tries to help you fix the problem but it fails to do so.

If there is one certainty in life it is that @SkyUK internet is guaranteed to go down once a day. They expect people to pay £140 a month for the full package yet can’t even offer quality services

@SkyHelpTeam It’s working fine now. It’s at night and when I test the line it doesn’t work because the internet doesn’t work. When the internet goes down I get a message on my phone saying your internet has been dropped and tries to reconnect but fails to do so.

@SkyHelpTeam Guys you may be interested, you may not. No broadband since last Thursday. All comms so far have led to - yes we know there is an issue, we are working hard to fix it. This is normally resolved in 2 days. So 4 days later - this is still the best I can get?

@SkyHelpTeam Absolutely disgusting service. Ive had mobile signal issues for nearly 10 days now and you cannot contact O2 to find when they will repair a mast in my area. I have been a customer for over 25 yrs!I am refusing to pay for any of my sky products till contracted service resumes
