When the recorded message told me to hang up I did. After the 5th go I stayed on the line and got some more options and eventually I got to speak to someone :)

If you miss the end of a show by minutes you have to wait a day for it to become available on your playlist. Is there going to be updates for this. It happens at night after 10pm and worked again in the morning without fail. So the issue is either with sky or the line which I can’t fix. I’m done with sky. No only do you rip people off, you treat them like idiots.
