@SkyHelpTeam Yes I did all that several times. I uploaded a few photos and got a few different numbers to call. When the recorded message told me to hang up I did. After the 5th go I stayed on the line and got some more options and eventually I got to speak to someone :)

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve already faffed about with that. Moved equipment around, changed broadband channels, unplugged and plugged back in - all of no help! That’s why I checked @WhichUK & tweeted you! I’d call Sky but I think I’d have more chance of winning the @NationalLottery than getting through

@SkyHelpTeam Hi we don’t have a landline. My neighbour had the same issue so it looks as though there is a wider issue. The website takes us round in circles so we have no idea how to get an engineer out. I have fibre being installed tomorrow so I guess now 50hrs since it has cut out we wait!

@SkyUK Do NOT buy this unless you enjoy wasting your time with sky tech support who don’t give a toss! I’ve had mine since October & it’s the worst thing I’ve ever bought! You lose channels, it disconnects from the internet for 0 reason, the pucks should be called pukes, avoid avoid!!!
