@SkyHelpTeam I’ve already faffed about with that. Moved equipment around, changed broadband channels, unplugged and plugged back in - all of no help! That’s why I checked @WhichUK & tweeted you! I’d call Sky but I think I’d have more chance of winning the @NationalLottery than getting through

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Team, not true. I just spoke to one of your team and there is an issue at the exchange. Remediation is now set at anywhere between 24 to 48 hours so this means potentially a large number of your customers will have no broadband for 3 days. Not ideal given the pandemic

Hey @SkyHelpTeam why do I have to pay £50 to loan a sky Q mini box. No engineer fees as I'll do it and I'm sure @RoyalMail don't charge £50 to deliver an item. Does that mean that you always own the box so the warranty is endless and covered by you, so I can cancel my insurance?
