    @SkyHelpTeam hi, are you having issues with the Crewe area, or have I just picked the worst day to have broadband problems. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting tips and each time I attempt a test, I just get the somethings gone wrong message. Could you advise please.

    @SkySportsPL @SkySports Two professional referees got a simple handball wrong. What on earth are feeding these idiots. Even VAR has the luxury of a still and the blind idiot still makes the wrong call. It’s not VAR it’s idiot using it. What on earth are they watching.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve already faffed about with that. Moved equipment around, changed broadband channels, unplugged and plugged back in - all of no help! That’s why I checked @WhichUK & tweeted you! I’d call Sky but I think I’d have more chance of winning the @NationalLottery than getting through

    @P_Rob86 The adoption of Disney + into our @SkyUK box has broken it. Since the update, the box keeps losing the network. Its bloody annoying.

    @SkyHelpTeam I do test it and it keeps saying there’s no errors in my area but obviously that’s not true is it if the internet is down. Stop talking to customers like they’re idiots and don’t know what they’re talking about.

    @virginmedia Thanks for you lack of response @virginmedia, obviously customer support or helping out my 86 year old mother who lives alone get her phone back and working is not a priority to you, maybe @SkyHelpTeam will be more helpful when I call them tomorrow, disgraceful customer service

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkySportsNBA Been a Sky Glass customer now for over 1yr. I struggle to watch any NBA, E.G - last night there was TNT Tip Off, 2 games followed by Inside the NBA for 1hr - none have added to my playlist, if i kept Sky Q i could watch them all, can you help me out?

    @SkyHelpTeam It's not just the f1, it's a real problem for anything. If you miss the end of a show by minutes you have to wait a day for it to become available on your playlist. Is there going to be updates for this. If not I'm glad I haven't sent my sky q Box back yet

    @MatchroomPool You really need work on your Streaming service, it's really hard to watch a good experience when watching on tv's from devices like firestick, firecube, appletv4k. It's just not as good as watching on @SkySports please bring events back to tv.
