Moved the box, changed channel's. Still no improvement. Left to go to another provider. The complaints team have never phoned me back

If you miss the end of a show by minutes you have to wait a day for it to become available on your playlist. Is there going to be updates for this. When the recorded message told me to hang up I did. After the 5th go I stayed on the line and got some more options and eventually I got to speak to someone :)
