    @SkyHelpTeam I need to contact a member of the team to sort out my account. I wish to reduce my package and cancel my BB, Iv tried to do this on the mysky app and each time I select remove package it says I have to call someone, but no one will answer as I’m not a priority.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve already faffed about with that. Moved equipment around, changed broadband channels, unplugged and plugged back in - all of no help! That’s why I checked @WhichUK & tweeted you! I’d call Sky but I think I’d have more chance of winning the @NationalLottery than getting through

    @SkyHelpTeam Very frustrating as it's still not working for more than a day. From local fb page it's affecting lots of people in LS25 who have reported to Sky and BT but still no acknowledgement there's an issue on the 'Service status' that it's a known fault!

    If I reset my network yes the internet comes back up for a few hours if I’m lucky, but **** doing that 4x a day when I’m paying over £50 a month Never had an issue with @SkyUK so might see if I can nab a deal and save some money while also getting decent support
