@SkyHelpTeam i do a tracert using command prompt to multiple ip adresses, and always on third step it fails, then skips to another ip adress and it works, i am having really bad latency in a video game but not on browser, sky health check says everything is fine

@SkyHelpTeam 4 days of being given conflicting advice, however sky engineer has been fabulous - knows more than your customer services and tech team. Broadband line cut off by mistake by @OpenreachHelp and you do not have a clue how to resolve ☹.
