    @SkyUK our internet is still dropping with no apparent reason sometimes for hours at a time. This has been going on for 2 weeks at least now. When will it be sorted? I pay you guys a lot of money and for 10 years we haven’t had any problems.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes I have, I was told that it was a simple fix (something to do with Openreach) but that it couldn’t be chased and I just had to wait it out. It seems odd that you are unable to speak with your partners and why it takes this amount of time for a simple transfer.

    @SkyHelpTeam I can’t download any on demand or catch up programs on any sky channels. I just get failed or technical problem. Have tried rebooting the box. Other channels like itv are fine

    @SkyHelpTeam Connectivity issues are awful at the moment. Were happening at least 10 times a day at one point. The solution given on the phone has helped but it still happens far too often
