@SkyHelpTeam Yes I have, I was told that it was a simple fix (something to do with Openreach) but that it couldn’t be chased and I just had to wait it out. It seems odd that you are unable to speak with your partners and why it takes this amount of time for a simple transfer.

@SkyHelpTeam I can’t download any on demand or catch up programs on any sky channels. I just get failed or technical problem. Have tried rebooting the box. Other channels like itv are fine

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK we are having absolutely shambolic service from @SkyUK - straight forward transfer of broadband to you from #BT and we have now been 2 days without any internet or TV..so that is 2 days not being able to homeschool and 2 days not being able to work from home

@SkyUK @daffypops @sky I highly recommend you listen to the call I had with a Tech advisor. He was silent for over 37 minutes of a 52 minute call. Call avoiding to the highest degree with being rude and obstructive. How do I make a complaint please?
