@SkyHelpTeam after logging an issue numerous times over 12 months & getting nowhere I have today attempted to cancel via webchat. The advisor told me to wait for 45 mins whilst she went to a meeting & left the chat with nothing resolved. Ridiculous service.

Loyal customer for over 20 years @skyUK. BT scrap line rental for those with no phone, Sky add £18.99 onto TV package’s. Cancelled as you want £20 Admin fee, Deal increased during the call. Not Happy App GREAT NEWS package has changed with only half the package being cancelled 😡

I’m confused ,just watched #refwatch on #SkySports and there’s Dermot Gallagher telling us it’s not hand ball if ur hands down by ur sides so not deliberate yet in the #celtic v #rangers #oldfirmderby the Celtic goal should’ve been disallowed for hand ball when it was accidental

@SkyHelpTeam Might it be worth putting a warnign out that there are fake text messages being sent about an issue with the sky bill and to go to a (fake) website. This website looks identical to the Sky one apart from the domain name.

@SkyHelpTeam Trying to reply to yesterday's dm but I'm just getting the automated responses. Update so far: it won't connect to the mini box. Doesn't always me put in WiFi pw. Thinking it's the mini box as now it's telling me there's a proximity issue but the engineer didn't have this issue.
