@SkyUK I would strongly advise people to think carefully before entering into a contract with Sky. Brilliant customer service until signed up then abysmal service afterwards. Delivery debacles raged on for days & losing a customer of 7.5years is worth a £10 goodwill offer.

@SkyHelpTeam I've tested my speeds before as this happened multiples of times and I haven't put a claim in either. This time I'll look I to as its still doing it. It is completely cutting off and other in my town are having the same issues as well as nationally I've seen.

The option taken, circumvented, manipulated & abused the rules. This option was the only one that favoured MV. The red flag was the only fair option.

@SkyHelpTeam I too am having the same issue, cannot download any On Demand content. Contract due for renewal so this for sure will impact my decision. Never had issues with Sky before and been with them for over 20 years. I want On Demand back as use it all the time.

@SkyHelpTeam solution now is to link me to a page which lists organisations, debt management companies and ways to contact them, none of which work. It does, however, return you to button which allows you to pay the money you owe (less than half of what I pay them monthly, btw)

@SkyUK I cannot believe how ridiculously bad your internet provision is. I am beyond my wits end. Many, many calls to your help desk to go through the same details to get the same advice. Engineer visited today and now it’s still not working. I CAN’T DO MY JOB. Fix it FFS
