Loyal customer for over 20 years @skyUK. BT scrap line rental for those with no phone, Sky add £18.99 onto TV package’s. Cancelled as you want £20 Admin fee, Deal increased during the call. Not Happy App GREAT NEWS package has changed with only half the package being cancelled 😡

Hi @SkyHelpTeam my sky q box keeps randomly not connecting to my home network. Every other device in the house keeps its connection. Has done this since day 1 in early July. Thought it may be a router issue, but have since upgraded to @NETGEAR #orbi

I’m confused ,just watched #refwatch on #SkySports and there’s Dermot Gallagher telling us it’s not hand ball if ur hands down by ur sides so not deliberate yet in the #celtic v #rangers #oldfirmderby the Celtic goal should’ve been disallowed for hand ball when it was accidental

@SkySportsPL @SkySports It was not a "Great free kick," but it was an awful piece of goal keeping. Luca Milivojevic scored with a "Great free kick," against Bournemouth last week when the goalkeeper was beaten despite his very best efforts. If he had been in goal for Watford he would have saved it.

Can anyone tell me where I can get a FULL CHOICE of what’s on #Peacock. #Skytv just seems to have a tiny section. You offer it proudly as part of Sky and then you don’t bother to give us the choice. I’ve just checked and there are 61 shows. Mostly awful. @SkyHelpTeam @peacock.

@suzeperunknown @SkyHelpTeam They will be quoting the credit for loss of service, something you shouldnt get if its broadband as thats covered by auto-comp. If its only just been fixed today you wont get auto-comp for up to 45 days so in reality what you’ve done is not accepted more money than you should get

@SkyHelpTeam There's no point, it's broken and your advertising is at best misleading. I only have problems with Sky content. That you sold Sky on the basis of being able to 'pause live TV' years ago and have now broken that feature is stupid and as for the remotes, someone should be sacked.
