Loyal customer for over 20 years @skyUK. BT scrap line rental for those with no phone, Sky add £18.99 onto TV package’s. Cancelled as you want £20 Admin fee, Deal increased during the call. Not Happy App GREAT NEWS package has changed with only half the package being cancelled 😡

@SkyHelpTeam after logging an issue numerous times over 12 months & getting nowhere I have today attempted to cancel via webchat. The advisor told me to wait for 45 mins whilst she went to a meeting & left the chat with nothing resolved. Ridiculous service.

@SkySportsPL @SkySports It was not a "Great free kick," but it was an awful piece of goal keeping. Luca Milivojevic scored with a "Great free kick," against Bournemouth last week when the goalkeeper was beaten despite his very best efforts. If he had been in goal for Watford he would have saved it.

Hi @SkyHelpTeam my sky q box keeps randomly not connecting to my home network. Every other device in the house keeps its connection. Has done this since day 1 in early July. Thought it may be a router issue, but have since upgraded to @NETGEAR #orbi

Other streaming services can manage to deliver a quality service, so why with all your advert income can you not design a HUB which is fit for purpose? Avoid at all costs.

@SkyHelpTeam That's my point, 3-5 working days, in a "next day" society, is no longer acceptable customer service. Even less so given the cost of the service itself. Will you reduce the charge pro-rata for the days the service was not provided or not available to me?

Been with @SkyUK over 8 years, one time I need their customer service, they have been disappointed at the way I have been treated! Also Offcom can be used as red tape and a brick wall, and they @offcom should start looking at their procedures. #outofpocket #awfulcustomerservice
