I get that companies are manic but over an hour to get through to @SkyHelpTeam is stupid, you say to go online but won’t let me cancel my package on there, if you allowed this option it would make everyone’s days easier!

@GNev2 Honest question... What hold does Kroenke have over the press & media? Does KSE have immunity? Over the years all owners have been mentioned on Sky but not Kroenke. The only Skysports mentioned Kroenke is to support him, eg to give him personal credit for the Partey deal. Why?

@SkyHelpTeam Yes. But it’s taking me through a package cancellation process. I do t want to cancel my Sky just an appointment that’s been made for tomorrow. I’m at a loss why and engineer is coming out. We’re already connected to sky.
