@SkyHelpTeam It's a sky HD box, was never given a upgrade and most channels will not load. Contract has been increased by sky but none of added features can be used.

@SkyHelpTeam Done everything the 4 stages pressing the arrow up and down on front of box (step 2) . Re put in WiFi details . Including software update . No joy

@SkyHelpTeam I can't use that app for months, It always gives me the error code PFE 4002 when I launch it. I have googled the issue and none of the suggested fixes have worked.

@SkyHelpTeam I'm watching on sky + HD. No signal is the issue. Possibly due to weather conditions as a thunder storm is coming to Leeds as we speak. I'm certain very little can be done about it. No need to message
