    @SkyUK long call to your lovely support team. They can do nothing about the fact my viewing card no longer works. Automatically cancelled by your system. Really not happy. Sky costs enough as it is.

    @SkyHelpTeam why are you sending engineers out with ladders so unsafe the engineer has to drill holes in the walls of my house before he can climb 12ft up to the dish? Installation cancelled and I’ll try to cancel my order tonight.

    Dear @virginmedia. I've made a formal complaint about your wifi service, but I would really appreciate a call before the 28 days you allow for complaints is up. Your phone lines are taking over an hour to answer, which is much worse than @SkyUK. Thanks.

    @Russats @SkyUK Although the bastards @SkyUK are making it impossible to cancel... I've been on hold for over a hour and spoken to 2 different people so far... Current call time is 1hr37 minutes. Its so boring

    @SkyHelpTeam Online log in - I just google sky log in. It worked the other day but needed to log in again the next day when your system was down and it’s not worked since

    @SkyHelpTeam hi who would. I contact when doing speed checks for my sky broadband to be looked at. Your online checks and website even says it needs to be checked as I am not receiving a full service speed/downloads.

    @SkyHelpTeam I am being charged early termination charges and I should not be. I have called 3 times and have been on hold 30 minutes but every time I get through to someone they can't help and refer me elsewhere. Please can you help me?
