Fecking disgraceful from @SkySports half an hour build up... Green given 2 minutes, then Evra 4 minutes... Adverts... Ole 3 minutes, Moyes 1 minute, then chat about Utd. Advert... Two minutes about upcoming games .. Now crowd info. Crap.

@SkyUK long call to your lovely support team. They can do nothing about the fact my viewing card no longer works. Automatically cancelled by your system. Really not happy. Sky costs enough as it is.

I get that companies are manic but over an hour to get through to @SkyHelpTeam is stupid, you say to go online but won’t let me cancel my package on there, if you allowed this option it would make everyone’s days easier!

@SkyHelpTeam I somehow doubt that would do any good, when you've admitted your entire service in Wales is knackered. Moved to you 6 months ago after 5 years with TalkTalk who were faultless. 8 weeks after going into a TV Broadband deal with you you put the prices up! Rubbish.

@SkyHelpTeam Can you explain why this is 2nd outage since Monday, which lasted 20 hrs? Also my frail elderly mum & I supposed to be connected to emergency Lifeline alarm system; no landline means it doesn’t work. Will you be so arrogant & complacent if either of us is hospitalised or worse?

@SkyHelpTeam after being with you about 20 years + I got to say that trying to speak to customer services about the deal ending was appalling. When asking for a deal like for like to what I have to add £20 on top was absurd. Time to leave
