    @SkyUK long call to your lovely support team. They can do nothing about the fact my viewing card no longer works. Automatically cancelled by your system. Really not happy. Sky costs enough as it is.

    @SkyHelpTeam broadband been down since midnight, your test system keeps failing and says come back later after saying no fault detected. Multiple reports of broadband issues from 3rd party source. MySky app is also down.
