    I get that companies are manic but over an hour to get through to @SkyHelpTeam is stupid, you say to go online but won’t let me cancel my package on there, if you allowed this option it would make everyone’s days easier!

    @SkyUK long call to your lovely support team. They can do nothing about the fact my viewing card no longer works. Automatically cancelled by your system. Really not happy. Sky costs enough as it is.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello, done this. It’s intermittent. It usually says everything is fine. Yet multiple devices continuously keep disconnecting. Even when next to the router. Yet connect to another wireless access point on the network, and it’s rock solid.

    @SkyHelpTeam could I have a little help please? Just trying to work out why I’m paying extra for a new sky package with “super fast sky broadband” & “sky boost”only to install the new router and get worse Wi-Fi signal? Doesn’t appear to be money well spent.

    @SkyHelpTeam When testing my broadband connection it states good but why does my Wi-Fi drop in and out when we’re upstairs?? We’ve been a customer for 2 years and yet we’re paying way over the cheap prices your offering new customers.
