    @SkyHelpTeam No wifi (again) what is the issue please? I'm receiving alerts from my mobile phone provider that I've used almost all of my data with 10 days before it renews, and it's because your wifi cuts out CONSTANTLY.

    @tvproduceruk @JohnyMoz @SkyHelpTeam If it drops off on demand, it will go to another platform. As long as that platform is on Sky glass (most of which are or will be) and you have the relevant subscription for that service it will follow the migration to the new platform.

    Wow thanks @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam for offering the £7 reduction on my bill but only if I buy an £18 sports package that I expressed I didn’t need. Robot advisor completely ignored my financial situation. Poor customer service
