@SkyUK long call to your lovely support team. They can do nothing about the fact my viewing card no longer works. Automatically cancelled by your system. Really not happy. Sky costs enough as it is.

I get that companies are manic but over an hour to get through to @SkyHelpTeam is stupid, you say to go online but won’t let me cancel my package on there, if you allowed this option it would make everyone’s days easier!

With working from home being the new norm for most people, should companies like @SkyUK compensate those who lose work if their products are not fit for purpose? Lost work today as a result of a bad phone line, engineer will be out on Tuesday. I have 3 days of work of until then
