    @SkyUK long call to your lovely support team. They can do nothing about the fact my viewing card no longer works. Automatically cancelled by your system. Really not happy. Sky costs enough as it is.

    @princesssteps @SkyHelpTeam @MoneyTelegraph Yeah you won’t be getting a resolution Steph, Sky has a very strict policy on not touching dishes installed by 3rd parties so you’ve wasted your money. Best give up now because you’ll just be wasting your time

    @SkyHelpTeam The engineer from openreach yesterday said the problem was logged and would be fixed but still no Internet. My sky order progress now says contact us.

    @SkyHelpTeam fibre broadband has been down for 1.5 weeks, the engineer came out last Wednesday and said he needed a cherry picker to get to fibre pole, then said he would be back, and disappeared. no word since!!! what is going on?!?!

    @SkyHelpTeam Same as before paramount comes up blue screen etc but try to put a programme on you get a buffering circle sky know about it . But it seems they cannot fix it
