    I get that companies are manic but over an hour to get through to @SkyHelpTeam is stupid, you say to go online but won’t let me cancel my package on there, if you allowed this option it would make everyone’s days easier!

    Fecking disgraceful from @SkySports half an hour build up... Green given 2 minutes, then Evra 4 minutes... Adverts... Ole 3 minutes, Moyes 1 minute, then chat about Utd. Advert... Two minutes about upcoming games .. Now crowd info. Crap.

    @SkyUK long call to your lovely support team. They can do nothing about the fact my viewing card no longer works. Automatically cancelled by your system. Really not happy. Sky costs enough as it is.

    @SkyHelpTeam The process is broken - why wouldn’t these checks be done prior to the switch date so that there is no break in service...and if there was a chance of a delay then at least I could then be notified and can make plans for work and schooling

    @SkySports I’m sorry but he’s so easily onside. I have zero doubt as well. His arm is offside but his arm doesn’t apply!! Only his shoulder matters so why the hell is the line coming down from his bicep and tricep. To keep getting this wrong shows VAR has no place in the game
