    @SkyHelpTeam Can you please sort out your Bundesliga coverage?? Why can’t the games being streamed on the app also be broadcast using the red button service on Sky Q?? Then they can be broadcast on Sky Sports Football behind the red button. You’re not doing this league justice.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks - already did that and it’s an issue “outside the home” so have to book engineer. So frustrating since openreach caused the issue and it’s a 2 day wait for an engineer

    Disgusting customer service from @SkyHelpTeam over the last few days following an outage. Justification/defence of what (systematically) can't be done rather than trying to make things right. Needless to say, I won't be renewing. They need to take some lessons from @AppleSupport!
