    @SkyUK long call to your lovely support team. They can do nothing about the fact my viewing card no longer works. Automatically cancelled by your system. Really not happy. Sky costs enough as it is.

    Fecking disgraceful from @SkySports half an hour build up... Green given 2 minutes, then Evra 4 minutes... Adverts... Ole 3 minutes, Moyes 1 minute, then chat about Utd. Advert... Two minutes about upcoming games .. Now crowd info. Crap.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, I received an email offer from you about adding sky sports for 24 months. I activated the offer before its expiry date & had the glad you stayed confirmation page but never actually had an email & it doesn’t show in my sky app. I currently don’t have sky sports.

    @SkyHelpTeam I was mis-sold a package and have since been promised three separate callbacks—including one from a manager—that never happened. On one call, an advisor claimed to apply a discount to resolve this matter but instead downgraded my service. Please contact me ASAP

    @SkyHelpTeam Just sent you a message. I want to talk to a human. I do not wish to set up a dd as I don't want Sky as I've sold the house. The buyer messed things up and got BT to cancel my Sky from 13th June. I have BT at my now home address. I don't like your bullying emails.
