@SkyUK long call to your lovely support team. They can do nothing about the fact my viewing card no longer works. Automatically cancelled by your system. Really not happy. Sky costs enough as it is.

I used to get Spotlight TV (previously Keep It Country) loud and clear @SkyHelpTeam. Since the move to 365 the broadcasts have either failed altogether or been totally unwatchable. This is the only problem channel, so I'm assuming my dish is okay. I'm really missing Mariah!
