    @SkyUK long call to your lovely support team. They can do nothing about the fact my viewing card no longer works. Automatically cancelled by your system. Really not happy. Sky costs enough as it is.

    @SkyHelpTeam. Myself and my partner (@cat3kidsandadog - account holder) are having massive issues with mobile coverage. We don't have Internet access and when calling, the receiver cannot hear the call. I have a S20+ and Cat has IPhone 12 pro max. Please can you investigate?

    @SkyHelpTeam It’s every thing programme these were just examples tho that’s aired since Monday and usually they are on straight after it’s aired. I never had a issue before.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello, now the internet is back on. However as per previous message, you may wish to look at your fault status service as it seems that it showed the issue was resolved when clearly it wasn’t yet resolved, providing a false status serving no purpose and illusion of fast fix.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thank you that does help. It might be better for customers have that earlier on in customer journey. Just an idea....
