@SkyUK long call to your lovely support team. They can do nothing about the fact my viewing card no longer works. Automatically cancelled by your system. Really not happy. Sky costs enough as it is.

@SkyHelpTeam Good afternoon. I hope you can help? I'm trying to respond to a short code text message but it won't send. I keep getting 'error 0'. I need to be able to reply to opt in to a service I've requested.

@jimmyredburn @amcgarrigle1703 @SkyHelpTeam And just because you had a line before with a provider doesn’t given any information on the line speed if you upgrade to fibre as thats partly a different line and equal to you just being a new customer really. We can discuss this all day but the upshot is as I said before

@The_Newty @SkyUK Anything that has a fibre component is considered superfast by not only Sky but every other provider as well as Openreach whose network is used by every CP. Take your moaning elsewhere

@SkyHelpTeam Thank you. Guide on short codes doesn't give me a solution. So my only option is to phone or can someone help via DM?

@AmandaAyling @SkyNews @SkyUK in this day and age there is also no excuse to not have a mobile phone/back up in case and only rely on one service

@8gzd8k76nM @amcgarrigle1703 @SkyHelpTeam I have been told by Sky 1) not been set up correctly for the new broad band contract (2) router was faulty, but it wasn’t (3) need to have speed monitored but no change and no feedback. Finally, I was told that the ‘cap’ needed to be reset and they would get back. Never happened.

@SkyUK Yeah, cheap deals now, what about those of us who's bills you increased after only 4 months of contract?? Your deals mean nothing, you will up the cost at your own will, and call it mid term adjustment, just like you did to me, a loyal customer for 10 years! Pfff
