    Fecking disgraceful from @SkySports half an hour build up... Green given 2 minutes, then Evra 4 minutes... Adverts... Ole 3 minutes, Moyes 1 minute, then chat about Utd. Advert... Two minutes about upcoming games .. Now crowd info. Crap.

    I get that companies are manic but over an hour to get through to @SkyHelpTeam is stupid, you say to go online but won’t let me cancel my package on there, if you allowed this option it would make everyone’s days easier!

    @SkyHelpTeam surely a company the size of sky can access more up to date info regarding a MAJOR outage at a time when people are relying on there internet more than ever. The last update was over 8 hours ago! At least have the courtesy to update to say we won’t get an afternoon update
