@SkyUK It doesnt work properly it buffers all the time freezes ,the voices dont sync with the pictures and you cant record its rubbish im stuck with a tv for 4 years now at 26 poubd a month how bad is that thankyou sky for selling me your next biggest thing that doesnt actuaĺly work

@SkyHelpTeam So I assume my bill will be discounted then? Given that we aren't getting the service we're paying for? Sky is a Multi National, Billion £ company. How is it taking this long to fix? Or are we just expected to just sit around a wait? Was told this morning it could be over a week!

@SkyHelpTeam Hi can you help please? I currently have a rolling sim contract that I'd like to carry on with. I have the £6 option with 2gb data. Been sent a black Fri offer. The same but with an extra 2gb data on top. I've looked on manage my plan but this isn't an option.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, trying to log in on the Sky Go app on my new Apple TV. I’ve solved the issue but this might be helpful to others — a security question needed to be added to my account, logging out of Sky Go on iPhone and then back in again prompted me to add the security question /1
