@SkyUK long call to your lovely support team. They can do nothing about the fact my viewing card no longer works. Automatically cancelled by your system. Really not happy. Sky costs enough as it is.

Sky Box Office is a joke... Paid for the Mayweather vs Paul fight. Stayed up tp watch it. It wouldn't even let me sign in. Kept taking me back to sign in page. On two different devices (phone & laptop) using Browser, App & Desktop Player. Fail. Got a refund though. @SkySports

You guys had people stay up waiting for the Mayweather vs Paul fight, with paid access, yet your app & website didn't let us sign in. Kept saying "successfully signed in" but took us back to the sign in page. Chat advisors processed refunds, at least. @SkySportsBoxing @SkySports

@SkyHelpTeam The same thing. It’s connected and shows between 15-30MBPS, but my work VPN is cutting out regularly and it’s fine for everyone else, and my laptop and phone are often slow when on WiFi vs 4G.

@SkyHelpTeam @Touringthecars It's nothing to do with Shield. You've had an outage affecting multiple CDN networks intermittently since Friday. Twitter is full of people complaining. Just fix it and stop making excuses!

@SkyHelpTeam Latest joke on Sky broad band. Now told I need wait a month more until they can fix an infrastructure issue. Issue is not with Openreach as checked. Lies being told and blaming others. Problem resolution is pathetic, no escalation paths, no mangers to talk to
