@SkyUK long call to your lovely support team. They can do nothing about the fact my viewing card no longer works. Automatically cancelled by your system. Really not happy. Sky costs enough as it is.

@SkyHelpTeam Following a 20+ min call with your support team I was assured that if I renewed my broadband the £10 admin fee would not be charged. My bill is showing that I am being charged the £10. What's going on?

@SkyHelpTeam Well we had an outage since last October. Open reach were supposed to come and check, but never pitched. Got a call from them to say it was a Sky issue. No one from Sky has ever bothered to call back.

Well Since @SkyHelpTeam is treating the law like it's a list of suggestions an refusing to comply with my lawful request to raise a complaint and issue a deadlock letter, I am being advised to cancel my DD and wait for @SkyUK to contact me. this is a shameful way to treat loyalty
