@SkyUK long call to your lovely support team. They can do nothing about the fact my viewing card no longer works. Automatically cancelled by your system. Really not happy. Sky costs enough as it is.

@ptpmultitrades @SkyHelpTeam In what way is it crap? I'll mainly be using it for Netflix and Amazon Prime, the missus for her usual soaps. We're on 900mb FTTP so streaming isn't gonna be an issue. I'm after opinions on the picture quality/sound.

@SkyHelpTeam I'm running out of patience with Sky Glass. BBC1 currently unwatchable. ITV hub a permanent issue. Navigation to view the schedule is awful, unable to guess when subtitle option is available, every few days needs reset. Awful product and no sign of help/solution.

@SkyHelpTeam your app for the Entire WOB v FCB game just now was losing picture 4/5 times Every Minute !! Absolutely disgraceful!!! Useless! You can't get a signal from there to UK!!!!!! Pathetic! Utter dross! And you're licensed to be on the WWW how ??? Fail !!! Dire!!!!!!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam Sky glass pixelating heavily on several stations including BBC 1, Sky History, Sky Docs and Blaze among others. Unwatchable. Phoned customer services who did not have a clue what was going on. New to glass but very disappointed as my WiFi signal is excellent.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Stephanie. Check your forum for connection error 001. The app starts, checks for updates, then you get the screen with the error. In short, it doesn't work. Have tried uninstall/reinstall, firewall. Nothing. You should have been aware for a while. Disgrace.
