@SkyUK long call to your lovely support team. They can do nothing about the fact my viewing card no longer works. Automatically cancelled by your system. Really not happy. Sky costs enough as it is.

@SkyHelpTeam - can you help me report a suspected fault on our Sky broadband line and raise to @WeAreOpenreach? Constant disconnections over the last few weeks. Issue is at the local cab/ exchange as neighbours also experiencing the fault at same time (router logs confirm -BT).

@SkyUK Just beware of their not so award winning routers! Absolutely pants, off back to BT thanks to your unbelievable price hike and unwillingness to help a customer unless they pay £5 a month to have Wi-Fi guarantee 5ft away shouldn’t require a guarantee
