@SkyUK long call to your lovely support team. They can do nothing about the fact my viewing card no longer works. Automatically cancelled by your system. Really not happy. Sky costs enough as it is.

@SkyHelpTeam It just gives me a number to call and I camt make calls or texts. I need to be able to speak ro my children in the UK. Iv been though all of the trouble shooting. Do you have a live chat?.

@SkyHelpTeam You need to speak to your people who take calls then. I wasn’t offered this for £41. I’ve agreed at £58 but I may yet still cancel because I have 14 days cooling off period. I can’t negotiate on broadband because I’m in a contract with another company for another year yet
