    I get that companies are manic but over an hour to get through to @SkyHelpTeam is stupid, you say to go online but won’t let me cancel my package on there, if you allowed this option it would make everyone’s days easier!

    @SkyHelpTeam We did run a line test at the time and it did not help us. Do you want us to request you send out an engineer in the middle of the night? How else would you like us to correct the issue? This has already happened on a few occasions.

    I am a returning customer to Sky after 18 months with a competitor. It’s been almost 2 weeks and they still cannot install a simple Broadband facility. I am the one always chasing up for updates on appointments etc #Sky @SkyHelpTeam 😡😡😡🙈🙈🙈

    Interesting call with @SkyUK - called to ask if they have any deals for broadband for my renewal to match what I've found online. Told no so will be switching to Now - It's NEVER happened to me that a service provider has chosen to lose a customer instead of doing a deal!
