    I get that companies are manic but over an hour to get through to @SkyHelpTeam is stupid, you say to go online but won’t let me cancel my package on there, if you allowed this option it would make everyone’s days easier!

    @SkyUK long call to your lovely support team. They can do nothing about the fact my viewing card no longer works. Automatically cancelled by your system. Really not happy. Sky costs enough as it is.

    @SkyUK I've had so many friends tell me they started contracts 4 wks or so ago at this price, but are all now being billed more than that, and each one is making no headway with customer services . I left Sky about 15 yrs ago for the same sort of treatment, and never looked back.

    What the hell @SkyUK we've been out of internet since Friday told 2 working days to fix and now it's 1st August fix date!! Talk about 💩even more on small business. Both my husband & me out of data trying to keep the business going and £30 a month with no service. #Sortitout

    @SkyHelpTeam Hey! Is there anyway to get just a SIM with no plan attached so I can use on an iPad to then draw down data from my plan? I used to have one but it seems it’s been cancelled? :/
