This is my #skybroadband speed. Sky tell you to use the app but it can’t even spark up at this pathetic speed. Been like this for 2 days and when the crappy app does start it says 40mbps. Can’t wait for the contract to end. Months and months of a crap service @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam I have contacted them, there was several people involved due to the initial sales team creating two accounts in my name. Causing duplicate accounts, which led to several problems. Since that day, I have been told you’d be in touch and I’ve heard nothing?

@SkyHelpTeam This has been a real nightmare spending over 4 hours on calls to your team to try and sort the initial problems of duplicate accounts and then the dates of installs being incorrect and changed. To the install not being complete and 4 weeks later I am none the wiser on anything?
