I get that companies are manic but over an hour to get through to @SkyHelpTeam is stupid, you say to go online but won’t let me cancel my package on there, if you allowed this option it would make everyone’s days easier!

Question for @SkyHelpTeam - are you sending out automated “your broadband will be disconnected in 24hrs due to suspicious activity” messages, or can they be ignored as scam calls? I put the phone down and didn’t listen to the whole thing.
