I get that companies are manic but over an hour to get through to @SkyHelpTeam is stupid, you say to go online but won’t let me cancel my package on there, if you allowed this option it would make everyone’s days easier!

@SkyHelpTeam my Sky TV box has randomly stopped playing any audio on any channel. Watching earlier in the day no probs just turned back on and no sound through soundbar or tv, checked them both and no issue from other sources so it's the box - any ideas?

@SkyHelpTeam @Hedgewytch You don’t know what the absurd “admin fee” is for? They’ve tried fleecing re-contract customers for that for about 5 years. It somehow manages to be easily waived when you threaten to cancel.
