@SkyUK long call to your lovely support team. They can do nothing about the fact my viewing card no longer works. Automatically cancelled by your system. Really not happy. Sky costs enough as it is.

@SkyHelpTeam I don’t understand how your website can say there is nothing wrong with your broadband, whilst simultaneously saying, there is a problem with your broadband so we can’t check if there is a problem? Sort it out Sky! Unannounced maintenance? Or just turned it off at 9?

Mourinho once said, there needs to be a pundit who is a chelsea fan on skysports to defend us. I really can’t listen to this guys talk **** about a guy that has done more for the english community and economy then 70% of the people in the UK. Shame on u guys!

@sternejohn @SkyHelpTeam @TrooliFibre You really shouldn’t switch John. When things go wrong Trooli just don’t know how to fix them, they’re too young a company. I’m on day 3 with no connection at all, no updates, no sense of any fix anytime soon. Strongly suggest you cancel switching to Trooli.
