    @SkyUK long call to your lovely support team. They can do nothing about the fact my viewing card no longer works. Automatically cancelled by your system. Really not happy. Sky costs enough as it is.

    @SkyHelpTeam Not true. They can make the correct programme available On Demand. I don’t believe that you’ve done anything with this. Can you show proof it’s been passed to a technical team for resolution ? Otherwise I’ll make a formal complaint.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello Becca, yes they have however Sky have no way of escalating anything to @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp (apparantley) so essentially you are taking my money without being able to HELP in any way? This might be out of your control but you arent helping in anyway!!

    @javthehutt @SkyHelpTeam Sky have very little control of the network outside of your equipment (router, etc). If there's a fault on your line Openreach deal with it, so the chances are they are waiting on a response from Openreach.
