@SkyHelpTeam Currently showing no outage, and Service Check shows info for West Midlands, which is nowhere near where I am (Berkshire). There appears to be an anomaly between what the website says and what is happening here locally - happened earlier in the year when Gigaclear cut cable.

@SkyHelpTeam Why am I being charged £30.00 for one of your engineers to come out and fix what wasn't working? Absolutely appalled by your customer service. Tried to cancel my free trial of Sky Movies, but unable to do that anywhere except calling your centre who don't pick up!!🤬

@SkyUK You've just increased my broadband & phone from £26 to £36 at near end of contract. That's a big hike. I signed up for 18 months because it was easier for this OAP, but next time I'll get help!
