    I get that companies are manic but over an hour to get through to @SkyHelpTeam is stupid, you say to go online but won’t let me cancel my package on there, if you allowed this option it would make everyone’s days easier!

    @SkyUK long call to your lovely support team. They can do nothing about the fact my viewing card no longer works. Automatically cancelled by your system. Really not happy. Sky costs enough as it is.

    @SkyHelpTeam Are there some kind of broadband works going on in Edinburgh? My internet (which is usually very reliable) keeps crashing. Started yesterday afternoon. The test on my app says no known issues in my area but I’ve seen other tweets regarding the same issue in Edinburgh

    @SkyHelpTeam still waiting for a call from re: my bill. £39.00 refund in December for lack of broadband & now a charge of exactly £39.00 for a new hub that solved the problem. Followed by a £10.00 late payment charge because YOU didn’t take the monthly payment correctly.
