I get that companies are manic but over an hour to get through to @SkyHelpTeam is stupid, you say to go online but won’t let me cancel my package on there, if you allowed this option it would make everyone’s days easier!

Fecking disgraceful from @SkySports half an hour build up... Green given 2 minutes, then Evra 4 minutes... Adverts... Ole 3 minutes, Moyes 1 minute, then chat about Utd. Advert... Two minutes about upcoming games .. Now crowd info. Crap.

@SkyHelpTeam @chriscresswell1 That's no use. Your services will work with most routers 3rd party or not. I have a sky router and this internet is unusably bad past hour. How about fixing it instead of making customers run in circles like you just did? The answer to the question would be a resounding YES.

@SkyUK Just had notification that my Sky Package is going up. Cannot imagine why? Is is the dreadful speeds which Sky gives me on broadband or the poor content on TV ? And no I cannot get HDR as I have a old Sky Q Box and you want to charge me a extra £50 to change it. 🤬🤬🤬
