I get that companies are manic but over an hour to get through to @SkyHelpTeam is stupid, you say to go online but won’t let me cancel my package on there, if you allowed this option it would make everyone’s days easier!

@SkyUK long call to your lovely support team. They can do nothing about the fact my viewing card no longer works. Automatically cancelled by your system. Really not happy. Sky costs enough as it is.

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK I have already cancelled, was really disappointed to do as I like Sky Q and wanted to stay but felt that Sky wasn’t really bothered about me as a customer, pointing me to a website loses the personal touch that you go on about.

@BeckyEverson @SkyUK @virginmedia To be fair - we have no connection issues with Virgin for TV and broadband but I'm not happy about the mid-contract price increase at all. Contracts don't seem to matter these days. And I was told my contract was a fixed price too!

@BeckyEverson @SkyUK @virginmedia Switched to Virgin broadband a few years ago after having a lot of issues with BT. Never had a problem with Virgin, excellent speeds and no dropouts, which is ideal when working from home! So happy with the service I have now switched my mobiles to Virgin.
