@SkyHelpTeam @MartinSLewis So sky I appreciate the times we are in means you are on a reduced customer contact however your happy to let me speak to an agent when I ordered a new phone but I can’t talk to anyone about changing my TV and BB contract 🤔

@SkyHelpTeam wow your helpline is NO GOOD! We have no broadband, used the test on your website to troubleshoot and that test failed. Your automated phone service just sent me a text to follow the same advice I’ve already done. So now i’m stuck. How can I get help?!

@SkyHelpTeam It's not great though Matt, there aren't really any thorough updates on the website it just says there is a problem in the area. They should update us on what is currently going on. I had to cancel calls today due to working from home and having to use my mobile hotspot

@SkyHelpTeam @benage87 No internet all day since morning but no info at all, been checking service status all day which had green ticks saying no known issues untill click to test connection then said outage with button to check for updates back on status page with green ticks again no info at all

@SkyHelpTeam both mine and my neighbours broadband has been down all day. With virtually no phone reception at home, I'm sat in my car in a Tesco car park trying to use my phone to get online! Not impressed! B97 post code.

@SkySports Yes he’s had money which people throw at him, also been very lucky with the jobs he’s had, but very rarely wasted that money and plenty of managers have failed at top teams and got sacked which he’s never reached that point

@SkyHelpTeam @benage87 Status page now finally says there is an issue but the info is for upgrade work in scotland nothing to do with outage in redditch which is in midlands, not impressed at all

@SkyHelpTeam any update at all about broadband services in redditch .. can barley get a 4G signal to send this let alone check the sky website for an update. What compensation is going to be offered for loss of TV services i pay for that need the internet?

@Jme23uk @SkyHelpTeam Yes it really is a question when you rely on broadband to get on internet because your 3G and 4G are useless in the house … oh and you forgot 5G … just as bad
