@SkyHelpTeam Sky, my broadband has not been working properly for over 7 months. It has now stopped working completely including my q box and q box mini. Now after calling you on 5 separate occasions today & waiting an hour each time, you don't speak and hang up. Terrible service

@SkyHelpTeam I have lost satellite signal, apps, recordings and catch up. I know my communal aerial is currently not in place after it fell from the roof a month ago but I have been able to access everything else except live TV. Now I can't do anything. Help please.
